I like this idea a lot, though it's probably towards the upper end of what you can do at common. (It should be fine, as long as you're spending your complexity points wisely.)
At a glance, the individual cards look good, though Goblin Gangleader seems underwhelming.
Aether Weird is pretty situational and hard to use compared to the others. I don't think changing the ability to U for +1/-1 would be too much...
I agree about Goblin Gangleader; there are not going to be a lot of situations where you're going to get max value out of the ability. Could it be 1R or something for first strike?
