Yeah I wanted to avoid exiling because I'm a zealous fan of allowing for repeatable effects as long as they can't easily allow broken shenanigans; which is why I sent the card back to their owner's hand.

For 9 mana you have Rise of the Dark Realms which is likely a lot better than this guy. For 4 mana you have Empty the Catacombs which is similar but definitely not as powerful. I don't think this card is too far off of where it should be.
