Spell Version
Sorcery
Destroy target land that could produce C.
Creature Version
Creature - Beast
When ~ enters the battlefield, destroy target land that could produce C.
3/3
I associate red with land destruction but there's some argument for green as the "nature" color getting rid of unnatural colorless effects. Maybe 1RG and 3RG respectively?
GRB are the colors of LD so these spells can cost any combination of those.
Currently LD is a minimum of 4CMC with an upside, unless extremely narrow Peak Eruption. So your Sorcery would have to cost 4 and be underpowered or you can attach an extra effect.
5CMC seems fine for the beast, but if you're making it cost two or more colors I can see this pushed to 4 to be real nasty. Goblin Ruinblaster is the closest we currently have to what you want, so adding color and +1/+2 seems fine for a pushed rare.
I might have to slightly disagree with User here, in that if Peak Eruption is our point of comparison, I'd say that destroying a land that can only produce colorless is approximately as narrow as only destroying a mountain. And Peak Eruption does damage on top of that. So I wouldn't have a problem with the first example costing, say, 3 mana. As that would just make it an incredibly narrow Stone Rain that only applies to colorless.
While I understand that there are some legit concerns behind why land destruction was kind of powered down in MTG over the years, I'm biased by having been an MTG player when it wasn't a big deal to see 2-3 CMC land destruction cards, and then coming back later to learn that that's taboo now. So to me, 3 CMC for a significantly narrow land destruction card is a pretty moderate proposition.

If Peak Eruption was destroy a Land that can produce R then you would have a fair point. It only destroys mountains which is an incredibly narrow subset of lands. While it really depends on the format this card is introduced for how powerful it would be I don't think you can reasonably compare hitting only mountains to hitting any lands that can produce C. Though I might be biased, mostly playing EDH where colorless lands are rampant.
It is a little format dependent. You're right that "lands that can produce colorless" is a bit more broad than "mountains". But 3 mana for a land destruction card that only affects colorless mana producers isn't overpowered at all to me. Outside of formats where that's common, it's a sideboard card all the way and would end up actually likely being more narrow in practice than "destroy target mountain"
