Gardener of Wisdom
Creature - Plant Elemental (C)
Gardener of Wisdom enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the number of creature and/or land cards in all graveyards. At its core is a seed. Nurtured by the past and hopeful for the future.
0/0
Sunbloom Elf

You may have Reality Gateway enter the battlefield tapped. In reality, a fortification. In the Dreamscape, a denial.

Galloping Dread looks like an interesting constructed plant. Two of those can cycle each others in interesting ways. Daumas Patrol seems quite overboard for a common. Multiple 2/2s are already an unusual thing regardless of rarity, but throwing instant speed AND a cost down on top of Knight Watch for just seems way too good for a common. Serene Light looks pushed, but possibly acceptable. Prime reason to snatch up some enchantment removal.
If Corpse Churn hadn't just been published, Raise the Lost would concern me (black has not been getting this at instant speed recently). However, the life gain being tacked on like this feels too green or white. Couldn't it be based off the Power or thoughness of the creature, or on the number of creaturec ards in your graveyard instead?
I see you've tweaked Snatching Murkbeast's P/T. I like those stats for black. It's gonna get a value Ox eventually anyway. Jorallen Battlemage is unexpectd. I thought U/B was the main premonition archetype?
I'm probably not familiar enough with the current interactions as a whole, but Sunbloom Elf looks like frustration awaiting. It's a good defender, but attempted "free" attacks to block dreamscape cards beget near-free blocks to get rid of it. Or I might just be misreading the card compeltely, which is easy to do in your set
Galloping Dread - I'd prefer this if it came from the grave to the battlefield.
Plague with Distress - "rewards you for attacking convoke" is cumbersome. Cost reduction is always trouble. Note that you basically just make a 6cc spell cost 8, so that's kind of crazy.
Manic Researcher - I like this, but I think it could be 2/2? Great design.
Nature's Precept - Wow, interesting design. I think it could cost G to play, but this is really interesting.
Daumas Patrol - It's suspend. Reprint Suspend. Unless your idea is that self-mill will speed it up... in which case, great? Broken? It also encourages deck shuffling, so this could be a problem. Also, 3 seems a bit high, no?
Serene Light - Just reprint an existing card. Pacifism or Arrest. There's no need to print this card which will never see constructed play.
Dreamscape Entwiner - I love this keyword. Good job.
Raise the Lost - I'd much prefer this be costed as a "hurts you zombify" than a "helps you raise dead". It's overcosted the latter way, but if it's zombify that hits you for 3 life... with flashback? Great!
Snatching Murkbeast - Can you make this card playable in some constructed format? I don't care where... just make it somewhat playable somewhere.
Charred Visionary - See above.
Jorallen Battlemage - Oh, there's no way this'll get printed. I love the design, but it's referring to hidden information.
Gardener of Wisdom - Isn't this just a bad lhurgoyf?
Sunbloom Elf - Just make it tap for mana. I know you want to attack with it and have your mana too, but it's not cool to jury-rig the game like this.
Reality Gateway - Just give it the ability to tap, or the ability to block as though it was tapped. Also, it's a 0/6 for 3 mana, so it's unplayable in any constructed format. I see what you're trying to do here, I just wish you did it playable.
Conclusion:
Dreamwalk is the best thing about this. Your Prowess Anarchist is the 2nd best.
Daumas Patrol seems too similar to Moans of the Darkscape to want both at common as is. Has Moans been changed or cut?
Moan has had its costs tinkered with to differentiate, also the two 2/2 ETB tapped sorcery vs two 2/2 vigilance instant I hope is enough small changes to make it acceptable as both colors really want the card.

The card is still probably overboard. Maybe basic put 1 token, if cast from library, put 2. Premonition ? Or is that just too long for a common?
