Hazy Mind is kinda bad. The reason why hymn to tourach was considered unacceptable was the random discard, which meant you could lose as early as it was cast. This cost the same as hymn, but the discard isn't random and the enchantment clause makes it much more acceptable. The last line however, makes it so much weaker that it makes mind rot look better.
Mogg meteor is dangerous. In constructed, its possible to make a deck with 3/4x mogg meteor and 56/7 mountains, and have a good chance of winning on turn 2 espeically if you mulligan aggressively. It would be a stupid and boring glass cannon of a deck, but it still has unacceptably high odds of winning waaay too early.

Good points. I'll drop the last ability on Hazy Mind and I'll rework Mogg Meteor to make it less abusive.
