Working on a RGWU Faction right now with Ally Tribal being the major theme/mechanic for the Faction. So suggestions for improvements with the RG cards as well as some ideas for the other colors, WU would be greatly appreciated as well!
These all seem perfectly balanced and doable. The only point I feel needs to be made is for Taurean Brawler. If the opponent doesn't have any creatures, the ability can't go on the stack even with the 'may' clause (Since targets are chosen when an effect goes on the stack, and you choose whether or not to perform the effect on resolution). It should probably say "up to one target." This way, it can still be put on the stack without any legal targets.
I've updated the original post with some updates and modifications to the RG cards that I'm pushing so far , while updating with these also. Thoughts on overall effect distribution for this mechanic?

It's weird how despite granting flash, Hidden Companion can never let you cast other dudes on the opponents turn once it is in play. Could the effect be worded to work until your next upkeep?
Ghost Dancer will just bounce itself forever, providing two Ally triggers a turn while making the "or another ally" clause practically irrelevant.
I can't tell if Jemdet is supposed to be a replacement effect or a triggered ability, but I suspect or does not work as written.

Updated those three with some changed rules text and link Hidden Companion to the thread I stole it from; credit to LSK. I changed the wording slightly so you can only cast x1 additional creature with Flash per Companion so stacking them becomes relevant and so that its more power-appropriate for (C).
Ghost Dancer now can Cloudshift any creature when your Allies ETB, so you can net some extra value out of your Horseback Riders or tutor for some more Allies with Blackhawk Squadron
Finally attempted at fixing the wording on the Astronomer and renamed it Jemdet Stargazer.
I think I would just make Hidden Companion's trigger the normal Ally +1/+1 counter ability (Oran-Rief Survivalist). Otherwise this seems too complicated for a common. If it were bumped up to uncommon or rare, then it should just be "You may cast Ally cards as though they had flash."
