Endless Denial is probably fine in a permission-weak Standard metagame. It's certainly fine in Modern or Vintage or anything powered-up like that. The shuffle ability doesn't make it playable if Cancel is utterly unplayable anyway, but if the format is slow enough, it could be really good. Upping the quotient of hard counters in your deck is pretty nice if you're planning for things to go long, and it will definitely be relevant in that case.
Overkill is certainly fine anywhere and everywhere.
Blast Furnace... I get it, but I still think that if you're playing the combo-ramp game, who cares about the exile cost? You'll probably only need it once, really. It sure compares badly to Sol Ring, but nearly everything does. I have a hard time seeing an environment where this is OK.
I can't evaluate Blast Furnace off the top of my head. Endless Denial worries me a little (probably OK for a commander-type product). Overkill is a wonderful and clean design.

“Tell me who you walk with, and I'll tell you who you are.” Esmeralda Santiago Art is life itself.
Blast furnace -- you'd think that 3 cards exiled is reasonable, but if you take a look at modern and legacy (or vintage for that matter), the graveyard has way more than 3 when trying to combo off. Sure, this won't _Start_ the combo, but it will definitely add mana after a fetch and a couple of spells/eggs in.
Too good. Obviously, not as good as sol ring, but still too good.
