Oops, I knew I wrote something wrong on it. It was supposed to be 0/0, but forgetful me always likes to go trigger happy with the X's. I have a few others I'm working on, I'm starting off a semi-custom set idea by just starting with a general theme and some central figures then going from there. I have a keyword but I'm unsure of the best way to word it.
Corrupt (When ~ comes into play, you may gain control of target creature with power or toughness less than the power or toughness of ~)
It seems too clunky as I have written now, any suggestions to make it clearer?
Clone much? I can't think of too many instances where you'd want to put a token copy of a card into play rather than having a second card of it. Not much else to say.

I don't know if the trade off is that balanced but the effect might be terribly moot. It's hard to evaluate a card with an underused mechanic like tapping lands down.

It's Vanishing now. it replaced Fading so that they could just use Time counters for 2 mechanics.
It's pretty balanced. takes 5 turns to go off. only reason i see that it's legendary is to drop them back to back turn 2 and 3.

It works, not completely broken. I'm not the best card criticizer person so if I missed anything, please correct me. Anyways, it has an interesting concept, it could work, but a 2/2 non-blocker? Not the best thing to bring back into play but again, it is playable.

This is actually probably a good deal underpowered, take a look at Chameleon Colossus which beats that seven ways from Monday. As it's currently printed, you could probably knock off 2 from the costs of both the creature itself, and it's ability.

Snake Breeding -- It's more interesting if the 1/1 has deathtouch, and the 5/5 doesn't (why does it need it, anyway?) With the existing version, there's no reason not to target yourself with the 5/5 deathtouch, while your opponent gets a one-turn reprieve -- barring Unsummon or other tricks.
But it's even more interesting if it affects all your teammates, and all your opponent's teammates; and if it gives everyone the choice.

Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. If U was payed each player draws two cards and discards two cards. If W was payed draw gain 1 life for each card drawn this turn.
The first aspect is to speed up the game and draw your fogs effects. The second is a nice gain life that scales well with the turbo effect run in mill.

Ah! What the Nephilim SHOULD have been like! Powerful! The biggest problem I see is that it would be such an AWESOME Grixis recursion target. Black LOVES this card! With a cost like :symr::symg::symw::symu: it should be antiblack. If you had to cast this card (play it from your hand) it would be better. I also think it would be cooler if it had an activation cost that matched it's casting cost.

Returning a permanent to play that's been removed from the game is way too powerful to cost just :symu::symr:.

I really like him but a 5/5 haste, first strike, 6RW is a little expensive.
Maybe if it was:
If RR was spent to play ~, ~ gains haste.
If WW was spent to play ~, ~ gains first strike.
I think a 5/5 haste creature for 4RR is fair.
I think a 5/5 first strike creature for 4WW is fair.
I think a 5/5 first strike, haste creature for 2WWRR is awesome!

Not my type of card but then, I'm not a white/blue player at heart. This is one of those types of cards where, if played against me, I'd have to tell my opponent something uncomplimentary about his mother. So I think it's a really good card, if you're a white/blue control player. Fairly costed and the effects work well together. I think it could even be fair at 1:symuw::symuw:
***EDIT*** On second thought, I think it would be better to cast it at 1WU. White doesn't get card draw and blue doesn't get life gain but they would work nicely together in the way you're proposing.

By making it Double Green, you are allowed to lower the cost a little, making him more viable. Also, to balance the powerful atk and defense for his cost, you make it so you can only play him in response to your opponent. This also adds a bit of flavor namewise.
Now for my own devious creation. Sorry if this wording is a little confuddledl. I couldnt think of any better way to put it. Also, can someone explain how to put mana symbols and the like into posts? I just joined today

Suicidal Psychomancer - You forgot that the card needs to gain suspend; you can't say "suspended with 1 time counter", it should probably be "remove it from the game with one time counter on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend." See Jhoira of the Ghitu. On a side note, you're pretty good at flavor text.
Here's a card with bigger suspend shenanigans:

i like it. cost effective. of course Raijin is one of my favorite DotA characters as well.
the only thing that i might do is add, "Whenever a spell or activated ability is countered this way, remove a time counter from ~." you could remove the casting cost and make it to where the suspend cost must be 3 or more. that would give you more to add to the base creature.
