Rather strong, but well within what I know of Mythic Rares. However, the fact that you can potentially get 4 4/7 creatures for just 7 mana is crazy. Maybe lower the cost reduction by ?
Have a crosspost from *Impossible Creature Type Game*:
Hydra Servo Templatex

I think Hangarback Walker for half the mana cost might be too easy to break in a deck like Affinity. Also, the static ability has the old wording ("count as"). Nowadays it'd read "Servos you control are Hydras in addition to their other types," without the may clause.
Rat FloodBBB
Creature — Rat (R)
Rat Flood costs B less to cast for each Rat you control.
Rat Flood's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Rats on the battlefield.
Whenever another nontoken Rat enters the battlefield under your control, create a token that's a copy of Rat Flood.
*/*
You are right, Morphic Tide, I completely overlooked the possibility of chaining four consecutive creatures there
About Hydra Servo: You cuold cut the creature-type tampering ability, because I don't see any other interactions by adding the Hydra creature type there.
About Rat Flood: You could balance it by either adding a mana cost to the trigger, such as 1B, or making a simpler 1/1 Rat token, because the "token copy" thing tends to get out of control rather fast as Pack Rat demonstrated some time ago.
That said, I repost the card, but with a fix:
Eye of Kozilek5CC
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi Portal(M)
Menace
When you cast Eye of Kozilek, you may search your library, hand or graveyard for an Eldrazi or nonartifact colorless card, reveal it and put it in your hand, if you search your library this way, shuffle it.
When Eye of Kozilek enters the battlefield, until end of turn, the next Eldrazi or nonartifact colorless spell you cast this turn costs you 5CC less.
"We saw Kozilek and Ulamog die in Zendikar!" Shouted Jace to the hooded person, who replied "You thought you saw them die, but one of them tricked you into believing so, did you seriously expect to destroy something that can mold reality itself to its whims?"
"What will we do now, Jace?" Asked Gideon.
Jace answered "We have no choice, we must get the help of Ugin..."
(4/7)
It's still a very risky card, since it allows you to get something like Emrakul or Ulamog at a discount, though it's tailor made to follow it up with a Kozilek, the Great Distortion, since the card's supossed to represent a portal which Kozilek uses to return from his apparent death.
The point of that wording is that it makes it so that Servos count as Hydras as the only addition, canceling out other changes. Also, it uses Fabricate, so you get the counters or the creatures, never both. And there are plenty of general purpose Tribal effects that having Servos count as Hydras would help with.
As for the fix, it's great. The addition of Menace is... odd, but acceptable. Overall, just a neat cost reduction card. Because of that nature, though, the body is decidedly too large. The main problem I have is that you fetch an Eldrazi, reduce the cost of that Eldrazi by a bunch, and have a 4/7 with Menace after that. It basically has no cost to it.
No card from me this time...

Artifact (U)
When a creature with power 5 or greater enters the battlefield under your control, sacrifice Hoofprint Amulet. If you do, draw 3 cards. Treasure hunters have found that the only way to break open these relics is to scatter them before a baloth herd.
I like the flavor of "Hoofprint Amulet" especially as it refers directly to Craterhoof Behemoth, one of my favorite EDH face-smashers. The flavor is running rampant as well, but I get hung up on it being an amulet. I kinda see it as a fossilized hoof-print instead; also, why does breaking it draw cards? Again, i love the flavor, and I also think it is well-costed since it requires an additional ETB trigger to be useful. Uncommon is a good call for this card.
In light of the recent statement WOTC made regarding the future of "expedition" and "masterpiece" cards in upcoming sets (namely, that they will continue to milk this cash cow for the foreseeable future) it occurs to me that, since they have been releasing these in formulaic batches based on card type (lands, then artifacts) it can be assumed that in the next few years we will likely see a planeswalker cycle of these ultra-mythics. For that to happen, and to fit with flavor, wouldn't the set they are tied to need to be thematically planeswalker-heavy? I imagine something like what we had with Champions of Kamigawa in that we will see an insurgence of planeswalker-related cards and even, dare i say it, uncommon and even common planeswalkers! They would naturally have to be somewhat deprived of their current power however...

Personally, I agree with Mark Rosewater that for story and flavor reasons, planeswalkers should feel special and should always be mythic rare. You can read his thoughts on a "planeswalkers matter" theme here.
Also, I'm not going to hold my breath for a Masterpiece Series where all cards are planeswalkers. The premise behind Masterpieces is that these cards exist on the world in question, so it's going to be difficult to create a world where 50-100 planeswalkers are hanging out. I'm not saying it won't happen, but there are lots of other Masterpiece themes they can do that will be easier to implement. Masterpiece themes don't have to be card types, either. They could do:
Tribes: Tribal-themed cards. Graveborn: Cards that interact with the graveyard. Behemoths: Huge creatures. Mana: Cards that either produce or interact with mana or the mana pool in a significant way. Pitched Battle: Cards that affect combat in significant ways. Enter the Battlefield: Cards with ETB triggers. Hauntings: Cards themed around paranormal activity / ghosts / spirits.
And of course more.

I just actually thought something is extremely wrong with my Ravdenalius.... that's the problem of trying to make flashy mythic and failing miserably
Anyway, Organ Thief..... I don't like it. Skulk means it's meant to attack and push in damage, but it clashes with its kill-to-draw ability. Add to the fact that its base power is tiny, and this card would require too much support to work by itself. Not a fan, though statwise, this is mostly fine.

Vanishing 7
If Ravdenalius, Eternal Requiem would leave the battlefield while it still has time counters on it, instead exile it and put it onto the battlefield under its owner's control with the same number of time counters, then remove a time counter from it.
When Ravdenalius dies while it has no time counter, destroy all nonland permanents opponents control, then shuffle Ravdenalius into its owner's library.

Too complicated, I guess?

I would offer some thoughts on these new rules suggestions, but I don't think this thread is the appropriate place for that discussion.
A New Dawn 3W
Sorcery
Destroy all black enchantments and tokens. Creatures you control gain +1/+1 until end of turn.
Too cheap? This would be a cycle of cards.

Whenever Renegade Haulercraft becomes crewed, gain control of target artifact with converted mana cost equal to or less than the total power of creatures crewing Renegade Haulercraft.

So, worst case scenario, you can always steal a 1 cmc or 0 cmc artifacts (including thopters and servos) everytime you crew this, but once you have enough guys to crew this, you can start stealing the big stuffs. Comments?

Pyroclastic Summoning 0
Sorcery - Mythic Rare
You may only cast Pyroclastic Summoning if you have seven or more lands.
As an additional cost to cast Pyroclastic Summoning, sacrifice all lands you control.
Add RRRRRRRRRRRR to your mana pool.
The rebel leader knew she would die. At least she'd go with a boom.
That's 12 red mana. Too pricey of a cost?
