It seems like a fair enough card. It's not too overpowered, and although the color producing is a bit restricted, it's still good.
Next: An edit of a previous card of mine.
Earthshaper Kassim 3BRG
Legendary Creature: Human Shaman {Mythic}
You may play land cards from your graveyard. 1, T, Sacrifice a land: Earthshaper Kassim deals 3 damage to target creature or player.
"The Druids claim to serve the earth, but their worship only goes to the surface, unaware of its true potential."
4/4
Depending on what lands are in the same set as this guy, as the previous guy mention this guy can get out of hand. Otherwise, however, he seems fine. I'm kinda of thinking, if perhaps you nerf his ability as "you may play basic lands from grave", then I think it's also possible that his cost can be dropped. But anyway, not giving extra land drops innately is also a good thing. I like.

A bit too underwhelming, maybe?
Yes, I would say it's underwhelming for a Legendary Creature. I also personally don't like effects that depend on what your opponent is doing (in this case, counting the cards in their graveyard), because it's harder to build around and gets hosed by certain decks. Of course, if this appeared in a Limited environment that focused on creature sacrifice and/or stocking the graveyard, that would be a different matter.

Razia's Appearance deals 2 damage to each creature. You gain life equal to the damage dealt this way.
So it's Pyroclasm plus a big chunk of life gain. Seems solid, not much to be said about it.

Exile target nontoken creature with X eternity counters on it. As long as it's in exile, it gains "Whenever a player casts a spell while this card is in exile, remove an eternity counter from it. Then, if it has no eternity counters on it, put it onto the battlefield under its owner's control".

Seems legit for the most part, although maybe you may want a "X cannot be 0", but at the same time, given that the wording says "if it has no eternity counter" instead of "when the last counter is removed" a la suspend, so maybe it's fine, making it a 1cc blink sorcery.

Lithophage Burrower3RR
Creature - Wurm (U)
Lithophage Burrower can't be blocked as long as you control five or more lands.
Whenever Lithophage Burrower attacks or blocks, sacrifice a land. Entire landscapes have been ruined by its passing.
6/6
This doesn't seem red. Red doesn't get "Can't be blocked", usually. I could maybe see it in red-black. As far as strength, I think this needs to be a rare for limited - aggro decks having a 6/6 unblockable for 5 as their curve topper seems just too good.
Heedless Rage2RG
Sorcery (U)
Gain control of target creature until end of turn and untap it. It gains haste and "This creature must be blocked if able" until end of turn.
I also considered this in red-black, and I'm not sure about the name. Thoughts?

I would name this sort of effect some sort of mind control, as it forces your opponents' creatures to fight each other. This definitely feels red-black; black normally doesn't have the "must be blocked" effect, but this combined with some flavor text could make a really flavorful card.
Hercules, Son of Zeus3RR

Hercules attacks each turn if able.
When Hercules dies, return it to the battlefield transformed at the beginning of your next upkeep.

Somehow I have no personal qualm against this, given the strong flipside. The regeneration cost is way too high, regardless.

It seems like it's fairly costed, but the second line of text is a little confusing. The first part I think is usually reworded as '~ can only block creatures with flying', but the second part is basically reminder text for Flying sans Reach (which I can understand because it's happened before.). I'm not sure whether limiting the tappable creatures to only ones with Flying is strong (depends on the rest of the set I guess). But I'd say it's balanced over all.

I don't understand why you would remake Rashmi with a couple of small adjustments and somewhat sloppier wording. As a design in isolation I would shrug and pass this by, 'cause it's just not the kind of card that appeals to me, but that it's near-identical to Rashmi, Eternities Crafter stands out as strange and offputting.

This is quite powerful. It can counter spells with cmc 4 or less , potentially repeatedly, and your opponent has no way to circumvent that without artifact destruction. The cost does seem high, but I'm still otherwise wary about this. Maybe the heat threshold should be lowered to 4 or even 3, but I may be wrong.

Interesting design. The Equip cost could be 1 to activate the fight ability on the following turn and it would still be balanced I think.
By the way, it's kinda similar to a Cat tribal equipment I was working with to play alongside Qasali Ambusher, so I'll just post it as the next card (for reference, it's based on Inventor's Goggles).
Qasali Spear1
Artifact — Equipment (U)
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has first strike.
Whenever a Cat enters the battlefield, you may attach Qasali Spear to it.

I'm a bit wary about the costs there. +1/+1 bonus is nothing special for the most part, but first strike looks dangerous. On the other hand, comparing it to the goggles does make me think this should be fine.

Legendary Creature - Human Rebel (R)

2/3
Does Zidane get +3/+3 until end of turn, or permanently? Either way, seems like a good Limited beatstick, since you'll either have a permanent 5/6 on turn 4, or you'll get to crash in whenever you want with a 5/6. It's underwhelming for a Legendary Creature, since it's basically just a vanilla creature that gets bigger and has some immunity against burn spells.

I have issues with it being an Elemental, and the abilities seem too pricey for what they do. The Protection from Red bit is a rather nasty thing to stick on a CMC 3, but the overcost on the abilities makes it somewhat balanced.

I love Slivers, Myr, Saprolings and generally any creature type best served by spamming loads of tokens
Seeker is quite a wonky ability which I'm afraid may not be applicable to anything less than rare or even uncommon. Otherwise, given the potential swinginess of this (creature steal), the costs may need to be higher. I know Act Of Treason costs 3, but Act of Treason doesn't have a 2/1 haste body, something which normally would cost 2.

It is a bit expensive. This is a late game graveyard pull that would help you if you were down on creature count from your opponent, but it also prevents you from putting down any heavy hitters that could potentially win you the game, unless they have haste. I would either edit the cost or the effect.

If by "swingy" you mean "tends to swing the game quickly in your favor," then I would say probably yes. It's probably too much land destruction on one card. Nice flavor though, and it would be very fun to play for 33RR or 44RR as a game-winner.

I can almost imagine planeswalkers arguing in a cramped Volkswagen with Sarkhan getting frustrated at the driver's seat, thanks for the entertaining thought.
As for your card, it feels a bit strong. 6/6 with flying for 4 is pretty beefy, even with the crew costs. I like the idea of super crew; I feel it could allow for some really overpowered cards if there's no crew but only a supercrew vehicle.

This seems fine from a power level concern, as the CMC is the same as Donate. The life-loss addition could come in handy, but doesn't seem overly powerful.
There aren't many instants and sorceries that add text to permanents, so I wonder if it's something WotC shies away from doing?
