Turning your unused lands into a 2/2 blockers, hm? Probably a bit too powerful, but maybe ok since he's pretty expensive to begin with. Taking note of the second ability though, maybe his starting loyalty may go up 1 and his ultimate to go up 1 also.
This card below is actually a repost, but I just wanted to ask your opinion to compare this card below and the one I just posted.
Elzataerinn4RRRR
Legendary Creature - Dragon (M)
Flying, protection from Dragons
When Elzataerinn enters the battlefield, put a corruption counter on each non-Dragon creature.
At the beginning of each upkeep, destroy target non-Dragon creature if it has a corruption counter on it. If that creature dies this way, its controller puts a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying and haste onto the battlefield under his or her control.
8/8
As a quick comparison, here's my previous card:
Elzataerinn, the Invader5RRR
Legendary Creature - Dragon (M)
Flying, haste, protection from Dragons
Whenever Elzataerinn, the Invader attacks, for each non-Dragon creature defending player controls, put a corruption counter on it if it doesn't have one, or destroy it if it has.
Whenever a non-Dragon creature with a corruption counter on it dies, put a 5/5 red Dragon creature token with flying onto the battlefield under you control.
7/7
So the repost, which is the first incarnation, gives the corruption counter one-shot, but then turn-by-turn can start spawning dragons, although it may backfire on you (may, as in, considering this guy's protection against Dragons), whereas this can corrupt repeatedly, and the dragons spawned are all yours.
You can comment on just the repost, but I'd appreciate it if you could also make comparative comments, whether the first Elzataerinn is better, or if the Invader is too cheap, or if they belong to completely different niches despite having relatively similar ability. So, comments?
Vicious Mold3GGG
Creature - Plant Ooze (r)
Hexproof
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a noncreature, nonland permanent he or she controls. If that player does, put a +1/+1 counter on Vicious Mold.
2/1
Would lower the mana cost a bit and raise the p/t some. Also, I think the "he or she controls" clause is redundant. Players can't sacrifice permanents they don't control, I think. (They can make others sacrifice their permanents, of course.)
Devouring InfernoRR
Instant (r)
Devouring Inferno deals one damage to every creature on the battlefield.
If at least one creature was put into a graveyard due to Devouring Inferno, you may cast a copy of Devouring Inferno without paying its mana cost.
Oh gosh I love that effect. Very Goblin Sharpshooter! I'd add 1 to the casting cost though.
Let's see... Oh I know!
Exobotanical Gardens 3GU
Enchantment
When Exobotanical Gardens enters the battlefield, search your library for any number of land cards and exile them. Then shuffle your library.
You may play land cards exiled with Exobotanical Gardens.
I like the effect but think it could have the search limit that Boundless Realms has. Has blue been defined as the "play from exile" color? I ask because outside of that, I'm not feeling blue in this card (and I am not sure that "play from exile" has been explored enough to really call it out as a blue effect).

Vesuvian Mindbender4UU Creature - Shapeshifter (R)
When Vesuvian Mindbender is cast, gain control of target creature. Vesuvian Mindbender enters the battlefield as a copy of that creature.
0/0
It can't be countered Keiga, the Tide Star effect as there is no permanent gain control of target creature at the moment other than Blatant Thievery. At the same time it copies the creature makes it so strong this should be...
As Vesuvian Mindbender enters the battlefield, gain control of target creature.
Vesuvian Mindbender enters the battlefield as a copy of that creature.
All the First2W
Instant (U)
If All the First is in your opening hand, you may exile it. If you do, put a 1/1 white Soldier creature token onto the battlefield, draw a card, and you gain 1 life.
Put a 1/1 white Soldier creature token onto the battlefield and you gain 1 life.
Draw a card.
The blue in Exobotanical Gardens comes from the ETB Mana Severance. That general effect is still in Blue's color pie, at least as of Worldwake. (Selective Memory) Being able to then play those land cards exiled with the enchantment is where the Green factors in. Playing from exile is ill-defined, I agree, but I see no reason why this specific space could not be Green.
As to Vesuvian Mindbender - I like that effect at that cost. Probably would have been given an extra 2 if printed, but that would drop it from "neat" to "not worth it". That said, I'd change the creature control effect. Make it more like Banishing Light, i.e. until Vesuvan Mindbender leaves the battlefield.
Edit: oh man I love All the First. I have no concrit, I just want to say that i love it!
This card is looking like it wants to be played with lots of life gain and blinking shenanigans. I'm not sure I understand the purpose of it counting as an Instant, since neither white nor black tutors for instants specifically. It seems appropriately costed when a combo as simple as Benediction of Moons or Cathedral Sanctifier and Demystify wins you the game in the same turn for 8 mana.

Azorius AdornmentWU Instant (U)
Multikicker WU
Choose one, then for each time Azorius Adornment was kicked choose another:
Target creature you control gains lifelink until end of turn.
Draw a card.
Return target attacking or blocking creature to its owner's hand.
Well, from what I can tell it's pretty much an Azorius Charm with Multikicker. I don't see a problem with that, but it seems a tad repetitive. The thing is, it renders the charm useless minus the fact that the charm puts attacking or blocking creatures on the top of their owner's library instead of returning it to their hand.
Manahungry DemonX2B
Creature-Demon (R)
Flying
~ enters the battlefield with X tap counters on it.
~ doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
Remove one tap counter from ~;untap ~.
6/6
Not entirely sure what would be a good mana cost after the X, or what would be an appropriate P/T. It's a very rough sketch, but an idea I thought seemed interesting.
So when this demon deals combat damage to a creature, planeswalker, or player, the effect would trigger. Frost demon indeed.

Coat of the Gods3
Legendary Artifact (M)
Each creature gets +1/+1 for each other creature on the battlefield that shares at least one evergreen keyword with it. (For example, if four Bird creatures with flying and a Dragon creature with flying are on the battlefield, each gets +4/+4.) 3: Return Coat of the Gods to its owner's hand. Any player may activate this ability during his or her turn.
Evergreen keyword is not quite a defined term in Magic right now, so it's unlikely that this card will see print as is. Worse, we have heard or known that some evergreen keywords have been mostly shafted or less-used (Landwalk, Protection, Shroud), so this can get problematic after a while. Otherwise, maybe this should cost more considering that, despite the drawback, you can load up your field with creatures and then drop this for, what, +8/+8 for your entire army?

Scry 7. Then an opponent Fateseal 4 on you. (To do Fateseal 4 on you, that opponent looks at the top four cards of your library, then puts any number of them on top of your library in any order and the rest of them at the bottom of your library in any order)
I'm planning of making some kind of targeted Fateseal unlike what we have in Future Sight. Fateseal is a dangerous ability, for sure, but at least if it becomes less liberal (a la Spin Into Myth), it may be a bit more manageable. As for this card, Scry 7 is admittedly a lot, but then your opponent gets to screw your card draw later, so maybe this card is actually on the weak side, although if you have salvaged good cards using Reito Lantern or so, that Scry 7 may actually be still too good, especially if your opponent falls into your trap and put the four cards at the bottom of your deck, speeding up your recycling. Comments?
The first thing that bothers this about me is the grammar. It should probably read "Scry 7, then an opponent fateseals 4." Like scry, fateseal isn't capitalized, and it's used as a verb.
If you're a smart player, the chances of this screwing you decrease drastically. It's a bit like a miniature [[[Long-Term Plans]]]. You know exactly what you're going to get when you get to that fifth card down, and you're going to get there even faster if your opponent fateseals anything. The drawback is real, but it's a bit like [[[Gifts Ungiven]]] in that you're playing a game with your opponent. It's potentially a dangerous card. It's also a card that would take quite some time to play, with the player agonizing over 7 cards and the opponent over 4 after that.

Uh... what is Ingest? How different is it from Annihilator, if at all? Anyway, its second is fine, ulti also good, first ability seems fine also since it's pretty expensive, but maybe better for it to have a +1 at most, or up its cost to 6.

{+2}: Put a 1/1 colorless Eldrazi Drone creature token with ingest onto the battlefield.
{-3}: You may cast a card exiled by a permanent card you own. You may spend mans to cast that card as though it were mana of any color.
The way it's worded, these abilities don't work together. Tokens are never cards.
Far Future Prophecy seems a little too efficient for its mana cost. Even though you don't see the cards for awhile, scrying 5 for 2 seems really powerful. It's also fairly easy to do something like Far Future Prophecy into Serum Visions and completely stack your deck. I think if you reduced the scry to 3 it'd be okay.

Herald of Suffering1BR Creature - Vampire Warrior
First Strike
If a creature would be dealt damage, it gets -X/-X until end of turn instead, where X is the amount of damage it would have been dealt.
2/3
I like the Herald of Suffering: efficiently costed without being overpowered. You did not add a rarity, but this seems uncommon for sure, probably could be a rare since it can easily dominate the early turns in limited: for 3 mana this wins a fight vs anything less than a 4/5, that is huge. But being a vampire it should have flying, no? But adding flying to an already pretty efficient creature starts to get a bit too powerfull. Finally, I'm not a rules genius, but the wording is wierd: shouldn;t it be read as "if a creature would be dealt damage by HoS"... otherwise, this ability spills over to ALL creature, including your opponents.
Next, this might be a bit too powerfull with delve cards. The "exile" as opposed to "discard" clause is there to prevent abusing the downside of the added cost (for example, with snapcaster mage). Also, the "draw a card" could be too powerful. Probably that should go... what do you guys think?
Voyage into the future1U

I don't typically bother with rarity when designing individual cards. Rarity is very much a function of the limited environment, but individual cards don't have an environment that they're a part of. That said, Herald of Suffering would likely be a rare. The effect is meant to be global and symmetrical. The idea is to turn your burn spells into shrink spells. Making your Lightning Bolt into a Last Gasp, for example.
Also, less than half of the currently printed vampires have flying.
Voyage into the Future seems okay, but I might recommend changing it from "instant or sorcery" to "noncreature, nonland card." Exiling makes sense, because if it were discard it would make storm decks even stronger. I also might make the exiling a kicker-style effect, that way if you have no other cards in hand you can just cycle Voyage.

So you get a 2/1 flier for W or 2? That seems reasonably balanced. Won't break any records, but its solid.

Ut: You may cast a card exiled with temple of the telepath. You may spend mana to cast that card as though it were mana of any color.
Well, I like it, but the second ability confuses me. Exile two cards from target opponent's library? Any two? Or the top two? Because if it's the first, then that's insane. I assume it's the latter.

Ut: You may cast a card exiled with temple of the telepath. You may spend mana to cast that card as though it were mana of any color.
Let's reword this a bit.
Temple of the Telepath
Land
Whenever you draw a card, if you drew another card this turn, put a telepathy counter on Temple of the Telepath. (I'm assuming you meant this to be a trigger rather than a replacement effect, since the alternative seems so unpleasant.) t: Add 1 to your mana pool. 3UU, t: For each telepathy counter on Temple of the Telepath, exile the two cards of target opponent's library. U, t: You may cast a card exiled with Temple of the Telepath [and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.] (I borrowed wording from Daxos of Meletis here. I would cut this line, for space and power.)
I think you might have a bit too much going on with this card. I mean, look at all that text! But I don't see that you could really trim much to make it have the same basic effect.
Adept of the Mind 3UU

That first ability sure can scry deep for you, but it's also really awful card disadvantage most of the time.
The shuffle ability is extremely overcosted and seems unecesssary with the scry ability anyway. Repeatable shuffling like this has fallen out of favor due to the "load times" it creates. Check out Myr Mindservant and Madblind Mountain, though.

As for Toshiro, the (0) ability looks too efficient at -3/-3, even considering the potential drawback... although then again, if you are able to spam this on yourself, this can get out of hand. Otherwise, ulti may need to cost even higher (like -15) since with permanent cards, this can get bonkers fast.

4/4
Too horrible a drawback for a 4/4 flyer for 4? Or still OP?
Doing a quick gatherer search, most modern-legal 4/4s fliers for 4 (or better) have a drawback along the lines of "when this creature attacks/blocks/is targeted then destroy it". If that is the comparison bar, then fateseal 2 each time the chimera successfully attacks seems fair. You could add "player or planeswalker" and I feel it would still be fine. The only criticism is that I don't feel the R. The U is represented wth fateseal, but the R?
Next, more lands. This one is in honor of landfall (and hopefully manlands) returning. This one in particular is a twist on Celestial Colonnade. It is harder to activate but it saves you lots of mana and has more powers:

Eww, that could get pretty nasty, pretty fast. A second-turn 4/4 with flying or vigilance is pretty potent. Does the creature retain the keyword abilities when it reverts back into the land after the turn ends?
Regardless, I think this land is a bit too powerful. It could stand to have a "you may pay 1" or a "you may pay (W/U)" there, followed by an "if you do."
Please comment on the actual card's design rather than the mechanics that the person who posted the card decided to use. Saying that a mechanic is "retired" doesn't say anything about the card's design. Not to be rude, but you do actually need to rate the card. I don't think it matters much to Magac that fateseal is retired (actually I'm not certain it really is retired, but whatever.) this thread is more for fun than anything. You might try thinking of equivalent exchange when you comment. You get what you put in. You put in "Fateseal is retired" as your comment, so you should expect to receive something like "'Cleric' is spelled wrong." as a comment on your card. I apologize if I seem harsh, I just feel like you could contribute more if you want people to contribute towards you. People deserve better.
Don't worry! I'll still comment on your card!
It's nice, though I think it's a trifle too powerful. I would drop the toughness or the power. Probably the power personally. It feels like a defensive card to my eyes. Block a Siege Rhino and tap to gain 3. A while ago I might have thought of it as too powerful even at that. But Wizards released the likes of Siege Rhino and Baneslayer Angel Now I don't know what to think...

Which was is this exactly? A shared color? an unshared color? The wording is slightly confusing. Either way this supports mono color or multicolor (respectively) in a really neat way. I hope we have an ability like it someday. Though I'd prefer not making attacking a prerequisite. I tend towards being defensive, so I guess I'm kinda biased. Anyways, I like it a lot.

Taking into account the powerful ability this card possess, I think the Ninjutsu cost at 3 cc is a bit low. I mean, for example, pay 3 to Ninjutsu this, spam mana to ramp up its power to deal maximum damage, and you will still have enough mana to protect it from any oncoming burn spell. A 4U Ninjutsu cost may be necessary, if only because if its instant/sorcery recursion. Otherwise, fine, although taking my previous critique into consideration, maybe this guy could stand to be 3/6 if the ninjutsu cost is higher.

The Nightingale 2WU
Creature — Human
Vigilance
Whenever The Nightingale deals damage to a creature, draw a card.

Pass the mantle (When this dies, you may exile it. If you do, target creature gains its name and mantle abilities.)

Not sure about rarity; probably uncommon or rare? This is meant to have a superhero flavor.
Weird card again.
Far Future Prophecy 1U
Sorcery (U)
Exile the top three cards of your library face down, then scry 5, then put the cards exiled this way on top of your library in the same order as they are exiled.
To find the future in dreams, one must dream a future worth dreaming.
Should I add "without changing their order" after "... face down"? That way it's more clear, but then becomes redundant. Anyway, comments?

I guess you haven't been following the news?

Far Future Prophecy seems a little too efficient for its mana cost. Even though you don't see the cards for awhile, scrying 5 for 2 seems really powerful. It's also fairly easy to do something like Far Future Prophecy into Serum Visions and completely stack your deck. I think if you reduced the scry to 3 it'd be okay.

Herald of Suffering 1BR
Creature - Vampire Warrior
First Strike
If a creature would be dealt damage, it gets -X/-X until end of turn instead, where X is the amount of damage it would have been dealt.
2/3
Next, this might be a bit too powerfull with delve cards. The "exile" as opposed to "discard" clause is there to prevent abusing the downside of the added cost (for example, with snapcaster mage). Also, the "draw a card" could be too powerful. Probably that should go... what do you guys think?
Voyage into the future 1U
instant (R)
As an additional cost to cast Voyage into the future, exile an instant or sorcery card from your hand.
Scry a number of cards equal to the exiled card's mana cost.
Draw a card.

Now, back to one of my pet cards: lands as wincons for control decks.
Temple of the Telepath.
Land.
If you would draw a card, except the first card you draw each turn, put a telepathy counter on temple of the telepath.
t: add 1 to your mana pool.
3UUt: For each telepathy counter on temple of the telepath, exile two cads from target opponent's library.
Ut: You may cast a card exiled with temple of the telepath. You may spend mana to cast that card as though it were mana of any color.
Adept of the Mind 3UU
Creature-Wizard (R)
Discard X cards; Scry X.
4UU; Shuffle your library. Activate this ability only once per turn.
3/3
Loyal Pegasus and War Falcon show that this P/T ratio, with flying, at this mana cost, doesn't happen without a drawback of some sort. It certainly doesn't happen with the added flexiblity of being able to cast this despite color screw.
Let's reword this a bit.
Temple of the Telepath
Land
Whenever you draw a card, if you drew another card this turn, put a telepathy counter on Temple of the Telepath. (I'm assuming you meant this to be a trigger rather than a replacement effect, since the alternative seems so unpleasant.)
t: Add 1 to your mana pool.
Tamiyo's Calligraphy Pen 1
Artifact
U, Tap an untapped creature you control: Target player puts the top two cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
U, Tap four untapped creatures you control: Draw a card.
Yeesh... and here I feel Origins' release was just a few weeks back....
More fatesealing.
Chaosmind Chimera 2UR
Creature - Chimera (U)
Flying
Whenever Chaosmind Chimera deals combat damage to a player, that player fateseals 2.
It brings with it the message of its master. However, said message is linked to the master's mind.
4/4
Too horrible a drawback for a 4/4 flyer for 4? Or still OP?
Next, more lands. This one is in honor of landfall (and hopefully manlands) returning. This one in particular is a twist on Celestial Colonnade. It is harder to activate but it saves you lots of mana and has more powers:
Tranquil coast.
Land
Tranquil coast enters the battlefield tapped.
t: add U or W to your mana pool
Landfall- Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may have tranquil coast become a 4/4 elemental creature until the end of turn.
If the land is an island, Tranquil coast gains flying and hexproof. If the land is a plains, Tranquil coast gains vigilance and lifelink. It is still a land.
Priestess of Elhona
Creature-Human Clerirc
: You gain 3 life
2/5
Eww, that could get pretty nasty, pretty fast. A second-turn 4/4 with flying or vigilance is pretty potent. Does the creature retain the keyword abilities when it reverts back into the land after the turn ends?
Regardless, I think this land is a bit too powerful. It could stand to have a "you may pay 1" or a "you may pay (W/U)" there, followed by an "if you do."
Please comment on the actual card's design rather than the mechanics that the person who posted the card decided to use. Saying that a mechanic is "retired" doesn't say anything about the card's design. By doing this, you're effectively wasting the time of the person you're replying to, as they have not received a genuine reply about the design of the card, a reply they desire for posting in this thread.

Vowels-Only Format
Minimum deck size: 60
Maximum number of identical cards: 4
Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
I like this. Also I think it's too weak, possibly in both renditions. Considering Long-Term Plans.
this is too powerful. If you have this in your opening hand it's a turn 2 4/4 for what equates to a pseudo mana. It's not a bad idea, it just needs balancing.

Demonic Pact - BBBB
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep you may search your library for a card. If you do shuffle your library and put that card on top of it.
Pay 3: This enchantment's controller skips their draw step. Any player may activate this ability.
I love the original Demonic Pact, this card isn't really supposed to put it to shame. I just thought up this idea after revisiting fateseal and it seemed to match the flavor of a demonic pact.
