Terrors Unfeared is a cool idea. I'm a little weary about being able to search your library for up to four creatures though and being able to put them directly onto the battlefield, even if you're losing life and your opponent can make 2 go to your graveyard (and I'm already thinking ahead that those graveyard creatures can be reanimated). The creatures going directly to the battlefield is also significant and feels a bit green. Maybe nerf it to less creatures and/or make it BG instead of mono-black?

You may be right. I was thinking that it didn't matter since they're not going to remain creatures once they enter the battlefield. Generally a creature without a defined power and toughness has P/T 0/0 (like an Entropic Specter in your graveyard), but it might be worth making clear that they become 0/0 creatures.

I would say this is just a step too far. A tax of 2 might be more appropriate. It should read "Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, counter that spell unless its controller pays 2." Also, the first line needs to reference the card's name. ("CARDNAME can't be countered.")

So basically, either it nets you an extra land on your turn, or lets you cast a creature as if it had dash for free as long as it has a mana ability. Very cool! The only reservation in the back of my head is wondering just how powerful the latter is, as a reoccurring ability for free.

5/5
I think it is fine - gaining control of artifacts is definitely in R/U (see: Dack Fayden, for instance) and the card itself is reminiscent of Covetous Dragon, but with a power level a bit higher because it gets an upside instead of a downside. The flavor is especially strong here because you don't have a choice to gain control of an artifact - your opponent can turn your dragon's ability into a downside for you by forcing you to gain control of a Jinxed Idol, for instance. After all, your dragon wants treasure and doesn't care if it hurts you. I would give the card +2/+0 until the end of your next turn, however - a lot of the opponent's targeting will be on their own turn, and big fliers generally like going sideways, meaning that the two effects don't mesh well.

Looks like a pretty good piece of equipment though having both trample and reach is kind of awkward since one is a defensive keyword and one is offensive. If you made the third ability, vigilance instead of first strike it would recitfy that. Might be useful in Commander voltron builds. This would be fine at Equip 3 very comparable to Sword of Vengeance like you mentioned.

Yea, Ishara Boon's +1 is intended to target a non-lard card, instant and sorcery is not the flavor of Ishara. I'll reword to "non-land card" instead of "spell" if that's more proper and elegant.
Diabolic Story seems like Demonic Tutor with a light mono-black drawback. It works as a bit of a nerfed version of a classic staple, though I'm not sure how much I care for the flavor of the drawback, as it requires you to either have high-cost cards kept in your hand or have a decent amount of cards in your hand. Initially I was tempted to criticize it for being uncommon, but then I looked and saw that Demonic Tutor has actually been an uncommon the whole time.

/// Sudden Shelter Land (U) T: Add G to your mana pool.
When Sudden Shelter transforms, up to two target creatures you control get +3/+3 until end of turn.
I had toyed with the idea of version of morph for lands, but using it in the vanilla way that morph tends to be done seemed a bit awkward (simply playing lands face down as 2/2 creatures - I'd rather just do a "land becomes a creature in addition to a land" effect). Terramorph as you've done it seems to do it in a way that introduces a new type of double-backed card, which is preferable and inherently open to more flavor. I like it. Your card is balanced and flavorful. It may be cool to even do lands that terramorph into a creature.

A Grixis, life sac way to cast a lot of instants and sorceries. I hope the implications aren't too powerful at cost - you can conceivably cast your whole hand in exchange for most of your life, or a couple of expensive power cards on turn 3 or 4.
This is poorly templated, in that you don't specify how much life for how much mana. This basically reads as channel, but only for instants and sorceries - except it can pay coloured costs as well. Playing this on turn three instantly leaves you with counterspell up for the rest of the game, can help fuel card drawing past all reason, and just in general seems way too strong; I don't think this is great design space, in short.

Argue is very cool. I like that on its own it's still a weak counterspell, but can obviously be a power house against storm and other eternal decks. I like this alot, specialy the flavor text, but i don't know if this should cost 4. Act of treason is a sorcery for 2R that only gives you the creature for one turn. Making AoT an instant would make it cost 3R. So, basically, if you already are commiting to playing double black spells you are getting the extra effect for free. That seems quite powerful. Maybe too much. I think that even as a rare, 3BB is a safer mana cost. Or you can keep the 2BB cost and make this sorcery speed. Either alternative seems fine in my pov.
