Coldfire Commander feels a bit schizophrenic. It's a very aggressive creature, but it has flash. Flash is a defensive ability. As a 2/2, it's too small to really be a good defender. The delay on the ability also seems unnecessary. I think a mono-red version of this card could be a lot more elegant, especially if you cleaned up the ability:
Heartfire Commander1RR Creature - Dwarf Knight
Haste
Whenever ~ deals combat damage to a creature, that creature deals damage to its controller equal to its toughness.
2/2
-----
Æther ThinningU Enchantment
Whenever a creature attacks alone, that creature can’t be blocked this combat.
I highly doubt this could cost as little as one mana, seeing that unblockability is pretty much THE most powerful combat ability, ever. (beaten by perhaps Protection from creatures).
Next
Glory HoundB
Creature - Human Warrior (U)
Glory Hound cannot attack or block unless an opponent has 10 or less life. "I refuse to soil my blade unless victory is certain."
3/2
Well, that sounds about right, I guess. And no, it's not too cheap.
Windgrip Nimbus3WW
Creature — Elemental Beast (U)
Flying, plainswalk.
Whenever Windgrip Nimbus is targeted by a white spell or ability, you gain 1 life.
When Windgrip Nimbus dies, you gain 1 life.

I highly doubt this could cost as little as one mana, seeing that unblockability is pretty much THE most powerful combat ability, ever. (beaten by perhaps Protection from creatures).
It's a very powerful effect, but it also forces you to go tall rather than wide since it only triggers when you attack with a single creature, leaving you more vulnerable to removal. It's also symmetrical, so it triggers when your opponents attack with a single creature as well.
Windgrip Nimbus3WW
Creature — Elemental Beast (U)
Flying, plainswalk.
Whenever Windgrip Nimbus is targeted by a white spell or ability, you gain 1 life.
When Windgrip Nimbus dies, you gain 1 life.
2/4
The targeting ability has the same problem as the old Daru SpiritualistEn-KorWorthy Cause deck: You can gain infinite life with any 0 cost ability that targets. Here it's even easier because it's only a 2-card combo instead of a 3-card combo. Otherwise, plainswalk and flying together is awkward, both mechanically and in terms of flavor.
----
[Get Outta The Way!]BR Sorcery (U)
Destroy target creature. If that creature had defender, its controller sacrifices another creature.
Feels a bit too efficient, at its worst it's still a 2 mana unconditional kill spell. At rare this could work, considering Dreadbore exists, but at uncommon and a potential 2-for-1 this would need to cost 1-2 mana more.
Violent TerraformingRG
Sorcery (U)
Destroy target non-basic land. It's controller may search his or her library for a basic land and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
And... what does it do, besides of being stashable?
Seadash Current3UU
Creature — Elemental Beast (U)
Flash.
Whenever Seadash Current is dealt damage, draw that many cards.
Whenever Seadash Current dies, draw a card.
2/3
I quite like stash as a mechanic, you get some of the upsides of morph without the fragility of a 2/2 body. Granted you can't beat someone with a stashed card and you can only stash at sorcery speed so it also has it's downsides. This card however is missing its effect so I can't really judge it.
Seeker of the Lost1W
Creature - Human Aetherist (R)
Discard a card, 2W, t:Put a white enchantment token with "When this token enters the battlefield, exile target creature until it leaves the battlefield" onto the battlefield.
2/2

The first non-keyword ability comes across as a deterrent ability. It is daring players to block or kill it. I think changing that ability to target the source's controller instead of any player makes the card feel like more of a dare to defending players. And makes me feel more comfortable about it being an uncommon.
Whenever a source deals damage to ~, that source's controller loses that much life.
Æther Sluice2
Artifact (U)
Whenever any amount of colored mana is emptied from a mana pool at the end of a step or phase, put that many charge counters on Æther Sluice. T, remove X charge counters from Æther Sluice: Add X to your mana pool. "No sense in letting good mana go to waste."
Well, at least I found what to do with all the unused lands and Frontier Siege's Khans ability, but it should be Rare, to valuable in any deck you can imagine.
Liferoot Sandstorm3GG
Creature — Elemental Beast (U)
Trample.
Whenever Liferoot Sandstorm is dealt damage, put that many +1/+1 counters on target creature.
When Liferoot Sandstorm dies, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

Its trigger really needs to be changed for clarity's sake. As it is, it needs to be struck down in one hit, because it can put its counters on itself to 'regain' that health. I'd make it 'another target creature you control.' or, alternatively, 'put that many counters on it at end of turn.', but that changes its use quite a bit.
Parch W
Sorcery (C)
Parch deals 3 damage to target tapped creature.
If White can have Vengeance because it has Divine Verdict effects, can it have this because it has Sandblast? Is it an acceptable bleed for white?
Celebrate the Hero [mana]2RW[/card]
Sorcery (u)
As an additional cost to cast Celebrate the Hero, tap an untapped legendary creature you control.
Each non-tapped creature you control gets a +1/+1 counter. Those creatures have first strike, haste and lifelink this turn.
Given the name, I'd almost expect this card to do the opposite of what it does--tap a bunch of dudes to power up a "hero."
Advancing Glaciers3G
Enchantment (R)
Sacrifice a non-snow land: Search your library for a snow land and put it into play. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery and only once per turn.
Well, sounds like a good way to get basic lands, specially when you have lands that give you generic mana.
Longhorn Magma3RR
Creature — Elemental Beast (U)
First strike.
Whenever Longhorn Magma is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to target creature.
When Longhorn Magma dies, deal 1 damage to target creature.
3/3
Last one of my elemental beast cycle.

The 1-damage ability seems fairly irrelevant when it already deals damage whenever it's hit by something. I would put it at 4cmc, as a first striking Spitemare that only hits creatures.
Statue of Limitations5 Artifact
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one:
-Until your next upkeep, players can only cast one spell each turn
-Until your next upkeep, creatures with power 3 or more can't attack
-Until your next upkeep, players can't gain life
Well, that's gonna be a mass removal target, believe me. It needs to be a rare at least, or it may make limited a pain.
Winged Obelisk7
Artifact (R)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put an X/X Dragon Drone artifact creature token with flying and haste onto the battlefield, where X is the amount of lands with different names you control.
Interesting rare, by the time you cast this it will likely be spitting out a 3/3 dragon minimum, though could easily be a 7/7+ creature. A bit too efficient for colorless, probably needs some kind of additional cost.
Study the Seasons1G
Enchantment (R)
If a land would enter the battlefield under your control untapped, you may have it enter tapped instead. If you do, put a chroma counter on it. As a land has that chroma counter on it, it has "t: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool."
Cursed BoltB
Sorcery (U)
Linger 1 (Until your next turn, spells your opponents cast cost 1 more to cast.)
Cursed Bolt deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
Well, it seems fine... but this card can be red as well, given it deals damage instead of making target lose life.
Memorysplash2UU
Enchantment (C)
Whenever a player would draw a card, you may pay XUU: That player sends the top X cards of his or her library to the bottom of his or her library before drawing. In the mind of an immortal, seconds are irrelevant.

Should read "If you do, instead that player puts the top X cards of his or her library on the bottom of that library in a random order, then draws a card". Should probably also be a rare due to the complexity of the effect.
Suntouched Mire

Seems pretty solid, actually. At first glance, it seems a little under powered next to the likes of Celestial Colonnade and Creeping Tar-Pit, but it fills a different role. Instead of a finisher to close out a game, it's a staller. With lifelink, even when it does go on the offensive, while it doesn't have evasion, or do as much damage, the lifegain keeps victory out of your opponent's reach. Best thing I can say is that maybe the name could use work? Most of the manlands' names evoke some sort of action: Creeping Tar-Pit, Stirring Wildwood, ect.
So, without further adieu... Here's my card!

Aether treason cannot be countered.
Counter target spell. If the spell countered this way was a creature spell, put an X/X blue elemental creature onto the battlefield under your control. Otherwise, draw X cards.
Card advantage should not scale linearly on a 1 to 1 ratio with mana cost. It's way too powerful. The other ability is fine though. Maybe if you use multikicker:
Æther Treasons1UU Instant {U}

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way and it is a creature spell, put an X/X blue elemental creature token onto the battlefield where X is the number of times ~ was kicked. If that spell is countered this way and it isn't a creature spell, draw X cards.

Xythia, Gatekeeper of Oblivion3WUB Legendary Creature – Zombie Sphinx {M}
When a creature is exiled, if ~ is in your command zone, you may pay 1, if you do, draw a card.
When ~ enters the battlefield, exile all other creatures.
5/5
One of the biggest mistakes with commander according to Wizards was that by simply having Oloro, Ageless Ascetic as your commander, you got massive benefits even if you never once played him. With that alone I'd say this is a bad design, but in addition to that, the two abilities can't interact with each other (and players will assume they can), and its incredibly strong without the first ability. Exile stops a ton of commander combos and you get a Damnation + a 5/5. But the first ability should not be printed at all.
Broken Skies 2BR
Sorcery (U)
Broken Skies deals 3 damage to each creature and each planeswalker.
This card is based on Famine - is it fair, and would you pick it in a draft?
Considering that that same mana cost, but color shifted, is used for Supreme Verdict, an uncounterable board wipe, this seems tame by comparison. It's more than fair, and I'd say it's easily usable in both constructed and limited.
White Flag4 Artifact {R}
While ~ is on the battlefield, creatures may not attack.
