Seems ok enough, although maybe potentially overpowered given that this is easily a 2/2 first striker on turn2 (or 1 if you have Shockland). +1/+0 may be more in line.
A sleeker, stronger version of my coffin earlier.
Sarcophagus Of Second Lives5
Artifact (R) Imprint - Whenever a creature you own dies, you may exile it.

So it can get more healing counters faster, and if you don't need some of your weaker creatures back, you can keep them exiled to turbo-charge this card's healing counters accumulation so that whenever one of your bigger guys dies, you can bring it back asap. Comments?
Well, I think that there would need to be some rules changes added in to allow this card to work, but I can allow the CR to be bent for hypotheticals. This has the potential to be really problematic during combat, though. I'd also move it to mono-black, based solely on the fact that blue gets enough of the color pie as it is, and the flavor makes plenty of sense in mono B. In short, I like it, but I'm not sure that I like all the rules and judging headaches the card would cause.

Countermagic is the smell before rain, the sun on the horizon and the chocolate chips in my mint chocolate chip ice cream. It's the first time I saw a woman naked and the first time I smelled perfume. It's that feeling you get when you know you're right.
But most of all; it's the feeling of playing Magic
Its body and static effects are fair but its activated ability is severely undercosted. For only 2 mana you get to kill a flying creature (which is already efficient but passable) but getting an army 2/3 Reach Deathtouch spider tokens on top of that is too much.
Smeltdown1RR
Enchantment (R) R, Exile an artifact card from your hand: You may search your library for an artifact with a lower converted mana cost than the exiled artifact, reveal it and then put it in your hand. Shuffle your library.
Whenever one or more cards are removed from target library (this includes cards being drawn from it), you may search that library and exile one card.
Whenever target library is shuffled, you may look at the top 10 cards of that library and put them back in any order.
Probably undercosted by 2-3, but would be very lolz to cast. Also, it's great in a huge amount of decks (at worst, you get to pseudo-scry 10 every time you shuffle). Probably would be banned on release, but who knows. It certainly looks fun.
Tibalt, HellchildBR
+1: Destroy target creature. It deals damage equal to its toughness to you
-3: Target player discards two cards at random
-7: Target player gets an emblem with "At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose life equal to the number of creature cards in your graveyard"
[2]
I think this is quite undercosted. Being able to repeatedly destroy creatures as a [+1] is really powerful Even something like Ral Zarek at four mana gets only Lightning Bolt, and even then at [-2]. This would be too powerful for Standard and Modern, I think. Possibly even Legacy as well, although there are enough creature light decks that this may be fine there.
Would balance this by changing the [+1] to "~ deals 1 damage to up to one target creature or player and 1 damage to you." Even then, it would be quite strong, and possibly needing to go up to 3 mana; even then, it might singlehandedly stop aggro decks swarming with X/1's from existing.
Here's one for today.

It's costed prohibitively enough to not be worried about. The X costs also means that it's hard to abuse with free-cast effects. Seems fine.

Surprised something like this doesn't exist already, honestly:
[Place of Power] Land T: Add 1 to your mana pool. T: Add two mana in any combination of colors to your mana pool. Spend this mana only to pay kicker costs.
Hmmmm..... if you can make ways to add more mana without adding more lands, this guy can get way out of hand easily (4 mana per land lost), but otherwise, this may work, but I worry a bit.

So, enchanting a deathtoucher with this guy means people will start dying from turn 6. Comments?
Doesn't seem so broken. But would state it "for each OTHER Aura". Could be a hell in Aura decks.
But the CMC seems fine.

I have absolutely no idea how high CMC this card should have. Also, if it is too broken or not. Any graveyard hate will instantly kill you. But on the other hand, you can choose any card... So, what s your opinion?
Seems fine. It reminds me of the Lich style cards. Cost seems fair compared to similar effects like Yawgmoth's Will. Though I think this card should be monoblack since it has no blue mechanics.

I dunno if its that fairly costed. As a ramp piece, it blows the crap out of early harvest and the like. Thats just for lands. For all permanents, that seems dangerous at 2 cmc. On the other hand the latter effect seems reasonable. Maybe it could play up that angle more, without doubling not just your mana pool ala doubling cube but also your activated creatures/artifacts

Its a pretty efficient body for a rebel block, but given that mechanicswise its just using 2 keywords on a weenie and the staple rebel effect, feels more like it could be an unommon. Of course given how strong it is, if it didnt bust a standard wide open it certainly would a draft. Its not the kind of carr that could never be printed powerwise, but you'd sure have to be cautious about what rebels are playable withan enabler that strong. Any 4 life swing evasive 2 drop is already pushed on its own without popping out more of itself. Now if it was the only rebel in its rotation that would be interesting

Sorcery (M)
Search your hand, library and graveyard for up to three copies of target permanent you control and put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.
I feel like this has the potential to be really powerful with the right piece of fat, in the right deck. But thankfully, decks that do run extreme fat generally only run a couple copies of it, to keep the curve reasonable, and there's nothing too unfair about finding 3 1 drops. I think this is going to be most busted finding 4's, 5's, and 6's. I think I would increase the cost to 8 mana, because being able to find three more Stormbreath Dragons, for instance, will pretty much just win the game on the spot. If nothing else, it's a triple rampant growth at very worst, so I think I want this a bit higher than 8 mana.

6 mana to exile any creature, in any color no less, can actually be too much. I reckon the casting cost can be nudged down to 5 but adding O-Ring clause so that at least it doesn't get too abusive (even if Artifact removal isn't exactly commonplace.)

It does go infinite with Training Grounds, which I definitely approve of. But there's a big problem: It doesn't have a power / toughness. I would recommend 3/4 or 4/4 for this sort of effect. There is the question of why this card is randomly untapping elves, but that's a question for another day.

Spear of Freedom looks fine. Pretty much what I said before for the Green spear. The free cast is harder to gauge than the land tutor, but it looks alright, I guess. Though a free Cruel Ultimatum or Relentless Assault is pretty obscene.
That Krenko Planeswalker is incredibly broken. The fact that the first effect gives you a goblin token and easily 2-4 points of damage while INCREASING its loyalty is enough said.

I am GUR. I view the world around me with a sense of wonder and awe that only increases as I learn more about it. I quickly become bored if deprived of puzzles to solve or new things to learn. At my best, I am brilliant and inventive, at my worst, I am moody and erratic.
My first impression is to be reminded of Ghostfire there and that those cards are some strong stuff. But in all honesty, I don't mind too much, and that's some unexplored design space. I think that Crypt Watch would never see print on account of too much complexity for NWO, but that doesn't mean I mind it.
