Eh, for creatures the wording should be 'You may play creature cards as though they had flash'. It reduces the problems with those cards losing flash when they leave your hand and go on the stack. But for lands, it simply doesn't work- lands can't be played at instant speed, and flash does nothing for them since they aren't cast. Its more of a problem with how lands work at all, giving them flash would break the one-land-per-turn rule, which is troublesome for wizards. And thats a real problem to tackle, so it would change the flavor of your card too.
Jarad's Crypt1BB
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant opponent
Whenever enchanted opponent would draw a card, instead that player puts a card from his or her graveyard on top of his or her library and then draws a card. Jarad's first step towards immortality was to dig a tomb to bury his foes.

Good point about the wording. Thanks for catching that. As for lands with flash, flash in the CR uses "play" rather than "cast", so flash does work with lands.
As for Jarad's Crypt, I don't know enough about graveyard-based strategies and how that might affect Jarad's Crypt, so I will leave that for the next poster.

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)

[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
Incremental Growth. Name aside, it's interesting. The counters might be unintuitive for some, but I don't see any real rules problems, in the same way that lands can retain +1/+1 counters even when not currently a creature. I could go either way on whether or not this should be or with exiling cards in graveyards. I lean towards more black when you have the flavor of eating bodies (like this) and more white when it's the flavor of sanctifying a grave.
next:
Inspiring Knight1WW Creature - Human Knight
Nobility 1 (other creatures you control with power less than ~ get +0/+1)
(2/2)
I really like the flavor of that idea. It does seem like it would get confusing with Doran the Siege Tower, and the card seems a bit overcosted in most situations. Is there a token theme in the set you intend it to be in?
Martyr of PharikaG Creature - Human (U)
When ~ leaves the graveyard, you may return target Enchantment card from your graveyard to your hand. Both the prayers of the cured and the ashes of the cremated strengthen the gods.
1/1
Quite nice, I like the concept. But would put it more like G1 and 0/1 card.
Now some ressurection:
Nicol Bolas, God of DragonsUBBR3 Legendary Enchantment Creature - Dragon God (MR)
Indestructible, Flying
As long as your devotion to UBR is less than 9, Nicol Bolas isn't a creature.
If you play U spell, draw a card.
If you play B spell, target opponent discards a card.
If you play R spell, ~ deals 2 damage to target creature or player.
Once they trapped him and they thought he won't return. He actually did, just stronger than before.
8/8
So, classical antihero in mtg world, former planeswalker.
For the abilities, if you play double colored spell, both abilities trigger.
Did I make him too powerful? Any comments?
Very much a build-around card, but I don't think it needs to be Mythic. The effect isn't splashy enough to warrant it, in my opinion. Costing seems fine.
----
An attempt at making a creature that can support auras and combat tricks without using hexproof:
Steelskin Sentry1(G/W)
Creature - Cat Soldier
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, Steelskin Sentry gets +2/+2 and gains indestructible until end of turn.
Could probably be either a 1/2 base stats or have the P/T boost be only +1/+1 to help make this a little less oppressive. I like the use of indestructable and that this also fights combat tricks.
Denial1U
Instant {C}
Counter target spell that targets one or more permanents.
It seems fair, though I think of late this kind of effect has been implemented as "Creatures/Permanents you control gain hexproof until EOT," and also seem to be given more often to Green (e.g. Simic Charm). It's fine, however, in a vacuum of design precedents.
Here's a try at an EDHish card:
Hetheron, Mana-TornURG
Legendary Creature - Human Elemental Wizard [MR]
Whenever a player casts a spell, put a charge counter on Hetheron, Mana-Torn, then Hetheron deals damage to you equal to half the number of charge counters on it, rounded up.
X, remove X charge counters from Hetheron and sacrifice it: Choose one: Scry X, then draw X cards, or Hetheron deals X damage to target player and each creature and planeswalker he or she controls, or put X X/X green Elemental creature tokens onto the battlefield.
Hey again, aesirblade. So, this seems to be a RUG variant or at least inspired by Marath, isnt it; with a drawback and notably stronger abilities. I have to say its very interesting; all three effects have a similar power level and embody well their respective color's spirit. Its also nice that the counter mecanic can either deter people from playing their spell, or encourage them to (if they want you to get damage). SwingY as RUG likes to be!

My card:
Etherium Serum1

Be aware that Denial affects any doesn't care about the owner of the permanent like hexproof does so this actually works quite differently.
@Radouf: This needs to cost a little bit more due to how it interacts with planeswalkers and +1/+1 counters. Also your wording should be taken from Vorel of the Hull Clade's ability.
Soulfire Compulsion1R
Enchantment - Aura {C}
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +2/+1 and has “Sacrifice this creature: Add RR to your mana pool.”
Hmmm.... Looks ok, I guess. Although since you have to lose 2 cards and 2 mana to get RR, it's possible to increase the mana gain to RRR instead.
Spoilers up, and here's some complementary spoiler cards.
Balm Of PharikaBG
Legendary Artifact Enchantment (R)
Whenever a creature that has been dealt damage dealt damage by a creature you control this turn dies, you gain 1 life.
Pay 3 life: Look at the top card of target player's library. If it is a creature card, you may put it into its owner's graveyard.
It's alright, but I don't really see a need for it to be legendary. I get that it's supposed to be another one of the Gods' legendary tools, but Pharika could make tons of balms, and this one really would work better if you could get more than one out.
Next: Inspired by the flavor text of Heroes' Bane from JOU.

(4/4)
20/20 hydra for 10mana? hell just too OP. If you have doubling season, it comes as 40/40. Also, doubling counters for each other creature + possiblity to mass trample and reach.
Too broken.
Ultimate BattlefieldRRRRR Legendary enchantment

Seems like a pretty good Eldrazi Spawn token maker. Nothing really mind-boggling or outstanding about it, though. But I suppose Eldrazi Drones aren't supposed to be flashy in any way.

Power level is right but it seems too complex for a common. I'd simplify the ability (typechanging is complicated) or bump it to uncommon and drop the cost of the activated ability by 1.
Leyline of Resilience 2GG
Enchantment (R)
You may cast creatures you control from the battlefield as if they were in your hand. If you surrender your life to the forest it will bring you rebirth
basically it allows you to abuse EtB and trigger-on-cast abilities
Well leylines should have the leyline clause of entering the battlefield from your hand at the start of the game. But even without that, its all sorts of broken things that happen when you can cast from the battlefield *unconditionally*. It makes every 0 CMC card infinite, and all sorts of problems with alternative costs. How much would an "instant speed bounce your own cards unconditionally" cost? I like the mechanic, and I think there might be some way it could be put in with some restrictions
Unraveling MummyBB
Creature - Zombie (U)
Discard a card: Put a -1/-1 counter on Unraveling Mummy. Only your opponents may activate this ability.
4/3
Unraveling mummy seems strong but reasonable since your opponent can choose how big it is. After one activation it's on curve. Great flavour.
Font of the Devout1 (R)
Enchantment
When ~ enters the battlefield, choose a color.
At the beginning of each end step, if your devotion to the chosen colour is 20 or greater, you win the game.
It could stand to be mythic rare rather than just rare. Getting up to 20 devotion isn't too hard with the right decks as well.
Also, a colorless enchantment seems a bit weird. Maybe an enchantment artifact or something?

Unlimited recursion is a dangerous thing, and not to be taken too lightly. Wizards has shied away from it for a long time, and this wouldn't be an exception, but I think its a mechanic that SHOULD be explored. Maybe a bit more conservatively, tying to one card- perhaps more easily done with an aura or equipment than artifact- but thats an idea for another card. My problem here is that theres too much overlap between this and whip of erebos, and the whip is the logical conclusion of wizards ensuring that the recursion is limited. If the whip didn't exist, it would be a great idea for a card, but it feels a little too similar. Good idea on its own though for sure, I like a card that has you make choices between its full effects
Dream Tyrant4UB
Creature - Demon Illusion (M)
Flying
When Dream Tyrant enters the battlefield, tap and gain control of each creature until that creature becomes untapped, or Dream Tyrant leaves the battlefield or becomes untapped. Those creatures don't untap during your untap step. (This includes Dream Tyrant.)
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player loses 1 life for each creature you control that he or she owns.
2/4
I'm not sure about this one. It's devastating against someone with tokens, but I don't know if it's more or less threatening than Insurrection. At the very least, the wording is really convoluted. I'm sure there's a better way to word it, but there are so many conditions for not untapping and control changing that any way you put it sounds really awkward.
Survival of the Biggest1RGG Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, destroy target creature with the lowest toughness. Then, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature with the greatest power.
Interesting. Totally encourages attacking, although if someone slapped this guy out of your turn after your alpha strike, things may go bad for you. Seems ok enough though, seeing that instant kills are pretty common.
A heavy upgrade from a god weapon I made some time ago.
Axe of Mogis2BR
Legendary Enchantment Artifact (R)
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a creature, Axe of Mogis deals 2 damage to that player. 2BR, T: Put a 3/3 black and red Minotaur Enchantment Creature token with haste onto the battlefield under target player's control, then that player sacrifices a creature.
I'm not sure about the second ability; It's a slight upside for your opponent in case he plays mostly Saprolings, although at the time that ability also boosts the first one in which case your opponent gets to upgrade a creature, then eat 2 damage. Also synergizes well, as before, with Mogis himself: You sac a creature, you take damage from the Axe, you don't sac a creature, you take damage from Mogis. Comments?
