Loyalty to Coin AloneW
Enchantment - Aura (C)
Enchant creature
Enchanted creature can't attack or block unless its controller pays that creature's mana cost.
Might it be more flavorful for the fateseal ability to come first, causing the target creature to spend the next round sulking?

Could be powerful:
Tempered GrowthG
Sorcery (U)
Search your library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield tapped. Then shuffle your library. That land doesn't untap during your next untap step.
I don't know if it's just me, but changing cards like that isn't really in Black's piece of the color pie. It's White and Blue's job. Other than that, it seems the effect would befit an instant at a bit of a higher cost. I like the effect though.
Essence of Thought U
Creature - Elemental
When ~ enters the battlefield, search your library for an instant card and exile it facedown. X, T, sacrifice ~: Reveal a card exiled with ~. You may cast it if its converted mana cost is less than or equal to X.
1/1
This is a riff on a card I've been bouncing around in my head, Kaho, Minamo Historian. With a few changes for flavor, I think I've scaled it back properly.
I guess Frightnight a rare card, making it a sorcery certainly takes some of the trickiness of being able to be cast during combat. Anyway, it's not completely symmetric, as it doesn't remove the abilities of the creatures.
EDIT: I like the Essence, even if it turns to be a rare card, it won't be underpowered at all, because tutoring a card is always an useful ability.
Deep Wood Wolf1G
Creature - Wolf (U)
Deep Wood Wolf's power and thoughness are equal to half the number of forests you control, rounded up plus 1. As much as the living creatures of the forest are a part of it, the forest itself becomes a part of each being that thrives in its grand embrace. (*+1/*+1)
So, this is like Aspect of Wolf in creature form, if you have one Forest, it'll be 2/2, if you have two, it'll still be 2/2, with three, 3/3 and so on...
Interesting, but I don't know if I like it. It's pretty undercosted for a tutor.
You also need "You may"... or "if you don't, sacrifice ~".
Throw HardR
Sorcery
As an additional cost to play ~, sacrifice an artifact.
~ deals 4 damage to target creature or player. If a creature dealt damage in this way would be put into the graveyard this turn, instead put it on the bottom of it's owner's library.
The first part of Throw Hard I get, it's kind of like Artillerize and it isn't bad. But the second part? I just don't get why the creature would be put on the bottom from a red damage-dealing spell. It's kind of odd.
Large Boulder1
Artifact - Equipment (C)
~ can only be equipped to creatures with power 3 or greater.
Equipped creature gains +2/+1 and "t, sacrifice ~: ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or player."
Equip 1
I love this. So very very much Of course, you may want to add reminder text or rules text that explains what happens if the creature's power drops to below 3, but otherwise, decent. Maybe the bonus could be a little smaller though, like +1/+1.

Resonant GarbeastRGW
Creature - Beast (U)
Trample
Whenever an opponent casts a red, green or white spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Resonant Garbeast. Every sound that mimics its call makes it stronger. And it likes mimicking sounds
3/3
Generally speaking, I've always hated cards that punish an opponent for their choice of color.
It's one thing when Tormod's crypt says "no reanimation spells for you!", it's quite a different thing whe Karma says "You just got fed in the B".
A 3 drop in 3 different colors, suggesting multicolor block, will probably get a boost for about half of the spells in the block, including red spells that do 3 damage.
Ontop of that because the mechanic is clearly "color matters", it is flavorly devoid. "I likes it when people play spells of these 3 colors" is just absurd. Plus, you'd inevitably want to print several more to complete the set... that's a whole bunch of bland, uniform uncommons.
Dagger of Bone3
Artifact T: Add B to your mana pool.
Pay 1 life, T: Until end of turn creatures you control are 1/1 black skeletons with "B: Regenerate this creature."
Being a 1/1 regen saves you from combat. Make the cost steeper to prevent abuse. It should also be formatted {mana}, {tap}, then {other} for the activated ability.
Into the Nothing 1U [U]
Instant
Shuffle target tapped permanent into its owner's library.
Whoa there. Blue should not get instant speed Vindicate for 2 mana, even with the tapped drawback, which isn't actually that much of a drawback. Shuffling it in is a very very minor drawback that can actually be a boon for you if the opponent is trying to reanimate. Very dicey. Move the cost up by at least U if you're really trying to push it, I would cost this as 2UU myself.
Collective Decay3BB
Sorcery (R)
All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures on the battlefield.
Turn-long Healing Salve for cmc3 seems fine to me. Name is gross.
Timeflood2UU
Sorcery (U)
Remove all time counters from suspended creature cards you own.
Creatures that entered the battlefield under your control this turn get +1/+1 until end of turn.
Except that the board is now getting flooded with creatures, by and large
I'd do one of the following: 1) Extend its effects to other types of suspended spells; 2) make it Simic.

Magnificent Bastard2BB
Creature - Human Rogue (R)
If ~ would die, you may exile it instead. If you do, search target player's library for a card and exile it face down. Then that player shuffles his or her library. You may look at and play that card for as long as it remains exiled.
2/2
..... no, please no. Even though this costs 5, it's far too powerful, way surpassing Bond of Agony in power level. The player-targetng ability is fine however, so apply to that to everyone; pay 2 mana, pay 1 life, deal 1 damage. Then it will be fair enough for colorless.

Defiance on Defeat3WWW
Enchantment (M)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a defiance counter on Defiance on Defeat.
If you would lose the game, instead exile other permanents you own and all cards in your library, hand and graveyard. Choose a permanent card exiled this way for each defiance counter on Defiance on Defeat and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle the rest into your library, then draw seven cards. Remove all counters and emblems from you, and your life total becomes 20. Then exile Defiance on Defeat.
Too expensive to matter? Ya, in a way this is an improved (but a LOT more complex than) Lich's Mirror.
This is pretty unusual. The thing is, it's the sort of card, like Lich's mirror, that wants to be played in a really aggressive deck with a low curve (like Burn) that can use this as a Wheel of Fortune type effect. I'm not sure if this is a completely white ability - I would like to see what can be done with it in red.
Here's one more for today.

Lost in thought is an interesting concept, though the syntax and flavour are a bit off. How does being lost in thought relate to creature bounce?
NecrograftBB
Enchantment - Aura (R)
Enchant Creature.
Imprint — When ~ enters the battlefield, exile target creature from a graveyard.
Enchanted creature gains all abilities of the imprinted creature.
When ~ is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, return ~ to its owner's hand.
In magic, the cards in your hand represent the spells in your mind. So the creature is literally lost in your thought.
Necrograft is too powerful with the third clause. It also seems like it'd be better at 1BU and "Enchanted creature is a copy of imprinted creature"... none of that boring "but it keeps it's power and toughness and other abilities to form super combo" bleah.
Aetherial Cage3
Artifact (R)
~ comes into play tapped. T, exile ~: Imprint ~ on target creature. As long as ~ is imprinted on that creature, it cannot attack or block or use activated abilities.
This isn't worded even remotely correctly. The only way I could see it working is if it had the Haunt wording. Even then, this isn't a rare. It's uncommon and doesn't need the comes into play tapped clause.
Ikran, Overbeing of Reality :3mana::symw::symu::symb::symr::symg:
Legendary Creature - Avatar {MR}
~ is unblockable. Prismatic - When Ikran deals combat damage to a player, if you control a land of each basic land type, target permanent phases out. It may not phase back in.
5/4
Well, it's certainly interesting, but I'd say for 8 (including every color), a 5/4 unblockable with a super-Vindicate every turn is a bit underpowered. I'd add a couple more abilities or ramp up the P/T.
Water the Plants3GGG
Sorcery (R)
Put two -1/-1 counters on each blue creature and two +1/+1 counters on each green creature.
Instant speed please. It would give green more ways to screw up combat math, which it sorely needs seeing as it doesn't have much good to do it with.
