Evaporate: Pretty complex, but incredibly solid. For 3U, you get a redirection effect that can Control Magic combat tricks, save a creature from dd (and prolly kill an opponent's with it), or (correct me if I'm wrong), bounce a creature and put the Aura that was going on it onto one of your own. Wow. Just to illustrate: Playing r/u, you Shock a Grizzly Bears. In response, the green mage Giant Growths the bears. You Evaporate the bears, changing the shock to another of his creatures, and giving your Goblin Piker +3/+3 until end of turn, followed by the attack for 5. Pretty incredible card. Le Chat, I'm impressed.
Briologist GG
Creature - Human Druid
~ comes into play with a +1/+1 counter on it.
T: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature with one or more +1/+1 counters.
0/0
Briologist- Weirdly, I dont think it's broken, and even it should be uncommon. It's pretty good. Trample wont overpowered him but will improve him alot.
Insane Thoughts B
Sorcery R
Insane Thoughts cant be countrered. As an aditional cost to play Insane Thoughts, pay half of your, rounded up. If this will reduce your life total to less than 1, is reduces it to 1 instead.
Sacrifice all permanents you control and discard your hand, then draw that many cards and add that much B to your mana pool. You may play any number of lands this turn and spells that you play cant be countered this turn.
Insane Thoughts- Rounding up, your life will never go below 1 by halving it. The entire "If this will reduce..." sentence is superfluous. This card is indeed insane. I don't even know where to start. I want to say it's broken, but that would just spoil the fun. Nice card overall.

"We live on a placid island of ignorance in the midst of black seas of infinity, and it was not meant that we should voyage far." - H.P. Lovecraft
Wizard's would say its too strong. If you look at the recent 4CC they usually have a situational ability. Like getting rid of spliced cards. Personally? I think its fine, a good vote would be Dismiss vs Time Ripple.
Bloodstained Hurricane :xmana::symu::symr:
Sorcery
~ deals X damage to each creature and each player. Draw a card for each creature damaged this way.
Bloodstained Hurricane: o.o Omg that looks overpowered. How about "draw a card for each permanent put into a graveyard from play this way"?
Vined Oracle Stone 3GG
Legendary Enchantment-Oracle
At the beginning of each of your upkeeps target creature gets +X/+X where X is equal to the number of creatures you control.
Vined Oracle Stone :3mana::symg::symg:
Legendary Enchantment-Oracle
At the beginning of your upkeep, target creature gets +X/+X where X is equal to the number of creatures you control. Fixed Wording
What is this Oracle subtype? Its annoying to look at a card and not know what something does, ie Reach through the Mists.
The card itself is a fixed Junkyo Bell, which is pretty good. Nothing amazing, but playable in a swarm deck.
Stutter- I like it. Too cheap though, should cost 2UU or 1UUU.
Hunted Still2
Artifact Creature R
When Hunted Still comes into play, put seven 0/1 pest artifact creature with "This creature can't be sacrificed" and flying under target opponents control. 4/4
Hunted Still -- It's powerful because a) it's colorless; b) it's a 4/4 for 2; c) a and b combined; and d) it's drawback -- putting seven Pests into play -- is extremely easy to manage. They're not going to hurt you (unlike the other Hunted creatures tokens), and while they offset the Still, you're gaining much much more than you're losing. One Pyroclasm or x=1 Hurricane puts you on top.
Make it more like the other Hunted critters: For a 4/4 artifact, put four 1/1 or two 2/2s into play .. or make it unusual, and put a 1/1, a 2/2 and a 3/3 into play. *shrug*
And what's a "Still", anyway?

what is lamasu? it doesnt have to mean anything.
Lunge for the Throat- way to cheap. make cost atleast 2RR. I would've make it 1RRR.
Hunted Still2
Artifact Creature R
When Hunted Still comes into play, put a 2/2 thoper artifact creature token with flying into play under target opponens countroll. 4/4
Archon Specter: Solid. Fun, too. It might be a bit cheap, but the multi-color offsets that, I suppose. Name is nice.
Dustic 1R
Enchantment
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player may destroy target land.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice ~. If you do, each opponent sacrifices a land and ~ deals three damage to target creature or player.
Dustic: What an odd name. It seems to be an adjective, and enchantments are usually given nouns as names. The mechanism is okay -- you're never going to keep the enchantment around for more than a turn. and you're basically risking that your opponent's potential loss -- a land and a creature, or a punch in the nose -- offsets your definite loss of one land.
Your semi-definite loss of one land. Play this with Vedalken Orrery or any means of putting an enchantment into play on your opponent's turn (who's that guy?) and the card no longer has a disadvantage.
.
Lunge for the Throat -- It shouldn't be too red, as it's meant to be splashed. Consider this in relation to Might of Oaks.

Peace Accord - While it definatly looks intresting, and fairly well balanced. I don't like it, on a personal level.
Gentle Carress - 3BW
Sorcery
Destroy target non-black non-white creature. Than chose a creature in your graveyard with converted mana cost equal to that creatures, and return it to play under your control.
Gentle Caress - seems very situational for a 5-mana Sorcery. I mean, take a Vindicate, tack 2 extra mana to it ... then make it only able to hit creatures ... only 60% of all creatures ... and then, maybe, you get an additional benefit... a very big maybe.
I would remove the manacost requirement:
Gentle Carress - :3mana::symb::symw:
Sorcery
Destroy target non-black non-white creature. Return target creature card from your graveyard to play.
And how about:
Fluxing Collateral
Enchantment - Aura :2mana::symu::symu:
Enchant Permanent.
You control enchanted permanent.

Caster of the Darkness: Um, this is frickin' hard to critique without knowing what... /me runs back two pages... Aha!
Blackened Oracle Stone 3BB
Legendary Enchantment - Oracle

Um, I've never been a very big fan of cards that directly reference other cards by name. I suppose it's costed fairly, but it's not terribly interesting to me. X( Sorry.
Golgari Blossom BG
Creature - Elemental Plant
~ comes into play with two +1/+1 counters on it.
Morph (BG)

Golgari Blossom- a 4/5 in turn 3?! seems fair enough, IF it was legendary. but what with the ravinca-style doing with morph anyway?
Morr, Who Stops Time Itself 4UUU
Legendary Creature- Wizard Rogue R
You may play Morr anytime you could play an instant.
When Morr comes into play, end the turn.
When Morr is put into a gravayad from play, end the turn. 4UUU, Sacrifice Morr: Draw three cards. 4/4
But he's spiffy. Maybe fiddle with his casting cost a little?
4UU is Time Stop, and for one more mana, you get a 4/4 body that can turn into another Time Stop with 3 cards as a bonus prize. I dunno, make it more blue or cost more. Being legendary in this case doesn't do much to him.
I give you some Kamigawa Action:
Soritami Samurai 2UU
Creature- Moonfolk Samurai
Flying 2, Return a land to hand: Soritami Samurai gains Bushido X, where X is the number of cards in your hand, until end of turn.
1/3
Probably needs to cost more for his ability. I kinda just slapped on 2UU.
That's all I wanted from you, Wizards. A blue Samurai. You said the Moonfolk made the best samurai and we didn't even get one! D:
Soratami Samurai: A tonguetwister of a name, for one thing. The ability feeds into itself, which each activation providing more and more of a combat boost. And even though there's a severe loss of tempo, the late-game bonus more than pays it off. (4) + bounce two lands = +4/+4; at (3) and three lands, it becomes +9/+9. Broken a little?

This screams broken, creatures are alot easier to recur than Instants. I'd have it remove itself from the game.
Devouring Zombie :1mana::symb::symw:

Sacrifice ~: Remove target creature from the game. If that creature was black, return ~ to your hand at end of turn. "My first minion not to follow my edict, I hope this is not a trend." - Lord Dralnu
1/3
Devouring Zombie - As much as I like this card, its a tad overpowered. Make it a T, Sacrifice: Abiliity. Or better yet, how about this:
Zombie Exorciser 1WB
Creature - Zombie Cleric
Remove Zombie Exorciser from the game: Remove target creature from the game. If that creature is black, put Zombie Exorciser on top of your library at the end of turn.
1/3
This cuts out the possible abuse that could be done with it. Or, at least, you'd have to work a bit harder.
My Card:
Mind Crush 1B
Enchantment
Whenever a player draws a card, sacrifice Mind Crush. That player then discards that card.
Just a fun card I thought up for my megrim deck. Wording seems a bit janky, though. What do you think?
Wording: Whenever a player draws a card, sacrifice Mind Crush. If you do, that player discards a card.
I like the idea; the If you do part fixes the problem of Mind Crush being in play when your opponent draws 4 cards all at once (from, say Tidings) (now it'll only make him or her discard one of the 4). And the change from "that card" to "a card" is because there is, even for the briefest instant, a time that the "drawn" card is "hidden" in the opponent's hand. Players would try to capitalize on that by discarding a different card. Granted, that change is enough that you could drop the cost down to B.
Fightspark RRR
Creature - Elemental
Haste
At end of turn, if ~ didn't attack or block this turn or last turn, sacrifice it. If you do, ~ deals two damage to target creature or player.
3/3
Mind Crush -- Almost a "Seal of Discard," but mandatory. Being only a triggered ability gives them the opportunity to play the card in response (if they have a way of playing it at instant speed). A replacement effect would take care of this entirely, but then perhaps be too strong.
An interesting play note: What if they shuffle their hand after drawing the card? Admittedly, with this on the table, they shouldn't be pulling shenanigans like that; but since both the library and the hand are private zones, can you be certain they discarded the card they just drew? (See: Jandor's Ring)
.
Fightspark -- Ball Lightning meets Erg Raiders, with a twist of Shock Troops thrown in. Not bad, but it's might-stick-aroundness makes it much weaker than its predecessor.
.
Angel of the Apocalypse -- 3WW
Creature - Angel
Flying.
Any time you could mulligan, you may remove <THIS> in your hand from the game. If you do, put it into play at the beginning of your upkeep of your fifth turn of this game.
3/3
Angel of the Apocalypse- Wow. Vey nice. but you know how it could be nicer? if it can be a good card even if it isnt in your hand at the start of the game. I think 4/3 instead of 3/3 will do. Good job.
Twisted Faith5WW
Legendary Enchantment

When Twisted Faith comes into play, if there are more than two players in the game, sacrifice Twisted Faith. If you do, draw a card.
