Bountiful mulch can't "discard" cards. You can only "discard" cards from your hand. It should be worded:
Look at the top five cards of your library. Put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest back on top in any order.
Draw a card for each land card put into your graveyard this way.
I'm not sure what part of rummage is the static part.
Reincarnate is fine, but it seems a little boring.
What part of Influence is the static part? I really like the mechanic, enough that I think i'd just keyword the entire thing. (I also agree that it'd be cool if it just gave abilities rather than making it a copy).
I really like Enhance. It's obviously a riff on extort, but I think it's a very cool one. Extort opened up some design space for us, so why not use it? I like how it can make your small creatures very relevant in the late game.

"In the beginning, MTG Salvation switched to a new forum format.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move."
It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
What part of the ability word would remain the same across different cards?
Are they like this?
Rummage -- Look at the top N cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.
Influence -- When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, you may have target creature you control become a copy of CARDNAME until end of turn.
It seems like they could just be normal keywords. The first is a keyword action pretty much exactly like scry.
Rummage N (To rummage N, look at the top N cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
Influence (When this creature enters the battlefield, you may have target creature you control become a copy of this until end of turn.)
Enhance only really looks like extort because of the hybrid mana. It looks mechanically a lot more like Chorus of the Conclave. Assuming this should work with both Selesnya token creatures and Simic graft creatures, it should not be a triggered ability. It should be a static replacement effect like devour.
Enhance (As another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay (G/W). If you do, that creature enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.)
Influence makes temporary copies, and Rummage looks at the top X cards of your library, then you can discard them, then the card may or may not do something based on the cards you rummaged.
Enhance was definitely based on Extort, but I like silvercut's wording; it opens up a little more design space.
The reason why Influence copies P/T as well is to make it fit in with green. It'll be used more in green as a combat trick, blue to give skillhaste, and red whenever it fits.

If rummage becomes a keyword action, then Bountiful Mulch would be like Foresee, Riddle of Lightning, etc. "Scry N, then [effect]. (To scry N, ..."

Rummage 5, then draw a card for each land card put into your graveyard this way. (To rummage 5, look at the top five cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest on top of your library in any order.)
I really like reincarnate. It`s a simple, easily executed mechanic and can give lots of life to a card and can work well in a set that can use the flavor.

(Also, you still don't "discard" cards.)
