Since all the other guilds have been covered, I figured I'd start a thread for the Dimir. What are your ideas?
Here's one I've been kicking around for years that seems like a good fit for the Dimir...
Rasp 2 (Whenever this creature attacks, the defending player puts the top 2 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.)
Masked Assassin 2B
Creature - Assassin
1/2
Deathtouch
Rasp 3 (Whenever this creature attacks, the defending player puts the top 3 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.)
Whispering Phantasm U
Creature - Spirit
0/2
Flying
Rasp 2 (Whenever this creature attacks, the defending player puts the top 2 cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.)
One I thought up just now. Scry plus fateseal, but for one card only...
Scheme (Look at the top card of each player's library. You may put any or all of them into their owners' graveyards.)
Thorough Coverup 2UU
Instant
Counter target spell.
Scheme (Look at the top card of each player's library. You may put any or all of them into their owners' graveyards.)
Expendable Agent 1UB
Creature - Human Rogue
3/2
When Expendable Agent dies, scheme. (Look at the top card of each player's library. You may put any or all of them into their owners' graveyards.)
Scheme: This, on the other hand, I actually really like, but I have trouble judging its power level. Getting to manipulate everyone's draws can be really good. It can't be called Scheme though because that's already a thing in Magic.
I figured it would be about as good as scry 2, but I could be wrong. What do you mean about it already being "a thing?" EDIT: Nevermind, I see it's used for those big cards from that special rules set. So... how about "Meddle"?

A scheme is one of those things that you use in Archenemy games.
EDIT: I guess Meddle would work.

How to use card tags (please use them for everybody's sanity)
[c]Lightning Bolt[/c] -> Lightning Bolt
[c=Lightning Bolt]Apple Pie[/c] -> Apple Pie
Vowels-Only Format Minimum deck size: 60 Maximum number of identical cards: 4 Ban list: Cards whose English names begin with a consonant, Unglued and Unhinged cards, cards involving ante, Ancestral Recall
'Scheme' is definitely the better of the two, since it's scalar and, at least, tries to be methodical. As for proper nomenclature, how about "intrigue"?

The thing here is that this is >= fateseal 1. I still consider it questionable whether fateseal is a feasible mechanic itself since it gets more problematic with increasing number of cards you provide with it.
Not the best space to explore for a such open field as the Dimir can provide, but a very nice flavor, so why not? Just as with populate the small scale of a single guild may be a good place for a mechanic that you don't want to create a too broad focus for.
I'd suggest "plot" for a name.

Planar Chaos was not a mistake neither was it random. You might want to look at it again.
[thread=239793][Game] Level Up - Creature[/thread]
Scheme/Meddle looks great. I wouldn't anticipate having any problems with it, since it's only doing the top card. Even if you do it multiple times you're still only seeing their very next draw, and you only have to remember one thing per player at any given time. If you manage to meddle once during your turn every turn it's not much different from controlling a Ghoulcaller's Bell and a Lantern of Insight, neither of which is spectacularly powerful. Fateseal is problematic when it's for 2 or 3, etc.
