got an idea for a mythic rare thing after Mass Defile was moved to rare
here we go:
Rakdos's Forbidden Teaching (Mythic) XBBR
Enchantment
Each player Skip his/her Draw step.
Each player may cast any number of cards from his/her graveyard.
Dementia — each cards in your graveyard cost X less where X is 7 minus the number of cards in your hand.
this is my attempt for picturing Rakdos cults activities on necromancy(rakdos have a lot zombies)
Rakdos's Necromancy tend to be more wilder & suicidal than Innistrad's Blue Necromancy(Havengul Lich) or Liliana's mono-black Necromancy(Liliana Vess).
Skipping each players draw step was the suicidal element here. but rather than feeling it as drawback if the graveyard was at the fullest it was more like "infinite creature summoning & infinite instant casting". and you are free from opponent's milling
and it can irritate the opponent as well since they can't draw more cards too especially blue control whose depending on library
Random stuff is random: a common(?) cycle! Sorted by guild-in-set.

Novijen Construct has trample if it has any +1/+1 counters on it.

T: Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature. Activate only if Simic Cytografter has a +1/+1 counter on it.
Pass one: old guild/new guild keyword synergy. Especially since I watched the ComicCon panel entirely. (Getting exact quotes helps.) This is where I feel I stand, as to my ideas qualify for that! (Cue the 'you're so pretentious' posts. ;))
Full Synergy
- Golgari: Recombinate can get a Dredge card into the graveyard, and vice-versa. The two work very well together.
- Rakdos: Dementia is a scaleable Hellbent; if you're playing with Hellbent, you're improving Dementia effects, and maximizing Dementia enables Hellbent effects.
Partial Synergy
- Gruul: Thrash enables Bloodthirst; there's not much to say here otherwise. (It allows "baby neo trample", but the number caps it as you can see.)
- Simic: While Augment is a half-leveler system, it plays very nicely with Graft. Not so much the other way around, alas.
- Izzet: Splice isn't technically new, but making it general on instants and sorceries is. I don't need to explain how it and replicate play nicely with each other, albeit a bit one-sided. Replicate benefits from splice; splice doesn't necessarily benefit from replicate, since Splice is "as you play" rather than gluing to a spell. I can think of a way to tighten up the synergy though.
Zero Synergy
- Azorius - Forecast effectively keeps the card in hand until you're ready to play it. Off the top of my head, I can't think of much that would be involved with forecast from a synergy perspective, short of "reveal <something> from your hand" abilities on permanents.
- Dimir - Transmute is both discard and tutoring, so anything synergistic would also have to involve the graveyard and/or the library.
- Selesnya - Convoke taps creatures to cheapen costs. The only thing that comes to mind is something as simple as "EFFECT for each tapped creature you control", but even then that feeds off of Convoke rather than plays nicely both ways.
- Boros - Radiance. Ew. Nothing really comes to mind here.
- Orzhov - With Haunt being deemed "clunky", the best that comes to mind as to something that works with it best, is "whenever a creature dies". In other words, a form of Morbid.
Orzhov Idea #2. These have more synergy with Haunt, for obvious reasons.
Deathrite — Whenever a creature you control dies, you may pay {COST}. If you do, {EFFECT}.
Indentured Spirit (Common)

Orzhov Debtkeeper (Rare)

3/3 Deathrite — Whenever a creature you control dies, you may pay 2WB. If you do, return it to the battlefield under your control.
Unfinished Business (Uncommon)
3WB
Instant
Return target creature card in a graveyard to the battlefield under your control. At the beginning of your next end step, exile that creature.
Those charming guildmages! And Azorius attempt 2.0. Also, doing things shorthand, because a number of things (mana cost, P/T) are understood subjects.
Charms (Note that I made charms easier to read this way on purpose, to make it clear what the modes are. All charms are "obviously" CD, instant, uncommon, and three moded. Given that, it's just name, effects, boom. Effects are still a work in progress.)
Azorius Charm
- Counter target creature spell.

Rakdos Charm
- Each player sacrifices a creature.

Unleash the Firemind (Rare)
UR
Sorcery
Exile target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard. For each card exiled this way, Unleash the Firemind deals 2 damage to a player of your choice.
Overload 3UURR

Flight of Fire (Common)
UR
Instant
Target creature you control gets +2/+0 and gains flying until end of turn.
Overload 4UR
InsurrectionNameHere (Rare)
2R
Sorcery
Gain control of target creature you don't control until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn.
Overload 6RRR
Man. I really wish that overload had been "You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, copy it for each [object] it could target. Each copy targets a different [object]." I don't like the idea of spells that alter their own text. It'd also feel more like an evolution of replicate. Plus, Stifle isn't enough of a blowout right now.
Also, I got kinda close with that Golgari mechanic: I got the name right, and they both trade creatures in your graveyard for +1/+1 counters.
Bloodknife Dancer (Common) 2BR
Creature - Human Cleric
4/3
Unleash
Bloodknife Dancer can't attack unless it has a +1/+1 counter on it.
^ You might be asking what the point is, but there is such a thing as bad cards that otherwise play well in Limited. This is kind of a "teaching" card to Unleash, you might say. Multicolor is there to justify the power/toughness ratio.
Rakdos Cull-tist (Rare) 1BR
Creature - Viashino Warrior
1/1
Unleash
Whenever Rakdos Cull-tist deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on it. 1(B/R)(B/R), Remove a +1/+1 counter from Rakdos Cull-tist: Rakdos Cull-tist deals 2 damage to target creature.
Interrogate (Common) WU
Sorcery
Detain target creature an opponent controls. (Until your next turn, that creature can't attack or block, and its activated abilities can't be activated.)
Draw a card.
Azorius Watchcaller (Uncommon) 2WU
Creature - Vedalken Soldier
2/2
Flash
Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control.
I had this come to mind for Orzhov. It was partly inspired by how they did Detain.
Orzhov Priest (Common) 1WB
Creature - Human Cleric
2/1
When Orzhov Priest enters the battlefield, extort target opponent. (Until your next turn, that opponent pays an additional 1 to cast spells and activate abilities of permanents he or she controls.)
Collector of What's Owed (Rare) 2WB
Creature - Human Cleric
2/3
When Collector of What's Owed or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, extort target opponent. (Until your next turn, that opponent pays an additional 1 to cast spells and activate abilities of permanents he or she controls.)
The problem with extort is that, flavor-wise, it is antithetical to white, and mechanically, is too similar to Azorius 1.0.
Also, wouldn't it make more sense for black to appropriate life, not mana from its debtors? I refer you to the flavor text of <drum roll> Extortion! Gold, flesh, it's all good...
Choose one — Creature cards in your graveyard get +2/+2 until end of turn; or target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn; or return a creature and a land card from your graveyard to your hand.
Also, the charm cycle goes "C ability, D ability C/D ability"; Maro confirmed that.
@The Milkman, I could see a pushed :symw::symu: cantrip.
How is the last ability crazy?
Ghoulcaller's Chant and Life from the Loam are examples of getting two (or more) permanents back for 2 or less. As long as you have a limiting factor (both by the selection of the items, and the requirement for both to be met --see Hex) it becomes a good card, nothing crazy though for its cost.
Just making random stuff with guild mechanics. Thinking out loud. Some of these are repeats since I'm transcribing the whole file. Most of it's meant for Limited fodder and not meant to fit in the Name and Number crunch, and also likely to collide with the names of real cards.

this is my attempt for picturing Rakdos cults activities on necromancy(rakdos have a lot zombies)
Rakdos's Necromancy tend to be more wilder & suicidal than Innistrad's Blue Necromancy(Havengul Lich) or Liliana's mono-black Necromancy(Liliana Vess).

hope this can bring you some fresh idea:)

Instant
Detain target nonland permanent.
What if it were a cantrip?
Also, the charm cycle goes "C ability, D ability C/D ability"; Maro confirmed that.
@The Milkman, I could see a pushed WU cantrip.
You got 99 attackers but I'm blocking with 1.
