Dragonrend - 2R
Instant -- Shout (C)
Dragonrend deals 3 damage to target creature. If that creature is a Dragon, it loses flying until end of turn.
Dragoncall - 6
Sorcery -- Shout (R)
Search your library for a Dragon creature card, reveal it, and put it in your hand, then shuffle your library.
Slow Time - 5UU
Sorcery -- Shout (M)
Untap all permanents you control, and you take an extra turn after this one. You can't play Slow Time during this turn or any turn created by Slow Time.
J'Dar, the Dragonborn - 2BW
Legendary Creature -- Cat Rogue (M)
First strike, deathtouch
Whenever J'Dar, the Dragonborn attacks, you may cast a Shout card from your hand without paying its mana cost.
3/2
(This is based on my third playthrough attempt, a Khajiit thief build. Deathtouch is from Mehrunes' Razor.)
Domas, the Dragonborn Companion - 3WW
Legendary Creature -- Human Warrior Werewolf (M)
Whenever Domas, the Dragonborn attacks, you may cast a Shout card from your hand without paying its mana cost.
:symbg::symbg:: Flip Domas, the Dragonborn
4/4
//// Domas, Beast Form
Legendary Creature -- Werewolf (M)
(Domas, Beast Form is black and green.)
Trample
When Domas is flipped into Beast Form, put three hunger counters on it. When the last hunger counter is removed, flip Domas.
Whenever a creature dies, if Domas dealt damage to it, remove all damage from Domas and put a hunger counter on it.
9/4
(This is based on the second playthrough, a Redguard healer/1H specialist who joined the Companions. I didn't actually use beast form much, but I thought it would be a fun card. Also, possibly unprintable.)
Dragons are strongly aligned with red in Magic, but the Dragonborn is not forcibly aligned with any Magic color in Skyrim. The other Shouts have to be color-aligned since they tap deeply into the color abilities, but dragons exist in every color in Magic, so it made sense for Dragoncall to be not color aligned. I wasn't sure whether to make it cost 4 or 6, it should probably cost 4.
Dragonrend has several breaks from its Skyrim equivalent to make it more palatable as a Magic card. Skyrim's Dragonrend doesn't affect non-Dragons, and I'm not sure if it deals damage or if its sole effect is forcing a Dragon to the ground so you can melee it. The only reason it's red is the damage aspect.
