Bonding Ooze - G
Creature -- Ooze (R)
Soulbond
Trample
When this creature becomes paired with another creature, put a +1/+1 counter on Bonding Ooze.

Harbinger of Devastation - 4RRR
Creature -- Dragon (M)
Flying
When Harbinger of Devastation comes into play, reveal cards from your library until you reveal a red instant or sorcery card. Cast it without paying its mana cost, then exile all other cards revealed this way.
7/7
Unholy Miracle - BR
Sorcery (R)
Search your library for a card and exile the rest. Put the chosen card on top of your library.
Hulking Bear - 2G
Creature -- Bear (U) 2GGG: Hulking Bear becomes 7/7 until end of turn.

I think Bonding Ooze would be cooler if it put a +1/+1 counter on itself and the other creature.
Harbinger is cool.
Unholy Miracle probably couldn't be printed where Laboratory Maniac is T2 legal, but seems really nifty otherwise. Really good capturing the mechanics of BR narcissism/no thinking for the future/etc. Name is a bit iffy though.
It MIGHT be fine if the Bear costed 1G, if it was pushed a bit.

I like this, but I wish that it gave some sort of benefit to the other creature, like all of the other Soulbond creatures (unless I've forgotten one?).

Why do you feel the need to have this exile the other cards? At that cost, I'm pretty sure it would be find just to put them on the bottom of the library or into your graveyard.

You like drawbacks, huh? I would never play this card, but I'm sure there are people out there who would... I can't really judge this appropriately.

Bonding Ooze: I agree with Orius; this card should put counters on both creatures. Remove the trample to compensate for the increase in power. It's comparable to Champion of the Parish in power level; it can only grow so much, but it grows other things (and is totally busted if you consider Persist creatures).
Harbinger of Devastation: Looks good. Exiling the cards does seem a bit odd. Maybe just discard them.
Unholy Miracle: Love it. It's probably not busted enough for its cost to see play in Eternal formats (though it could), and would be super hard to break in Modern and Standard, so I can't see why you couldn't print it. It's too bad this can't be templated any better, because 'exile the rest' does not sound as awesome as 'exile your library'.
Oh also, the name could be better. I think a much more appropriate one would be 'Last Hope'.
Hulking Bear: The 3 green in the ability feels very awkward. You can compare this to Stonewood Invoker if you're curious as how to cost this ability. I think here you might be better off with 5G, because it you keep the card's splashable high.

As a monogreen player I disagree with the other comments. I fine Bonding Ooze to be perfect as you have it. I would love a playset, the mechanic on it is fantastic. The concept here is to bind this guy to as many different things as many times as possible.
On the other hand I'm not a huge fan of the bear. The flavor of it is great but I don't thing it's as spectacular as the ooze.

I wouldn't say it is comparable to Champion of the Parish. You can only pair it with a creature if it's not already paired. If you pair it with your 2 drop, you can't then next turn pair it with your 3 drop unless they become unpaired.

This would probably see play in limited.
