So, these might be seriously underpowered or seriously overpowerd, so give some feedback! The reason I made these was due to the awesome B/R art i found!
They should say instead of "player" they should say "opponent" srry, didnt catch that till afterward
Seems pretty cool. They're a good mechanic, although nobody would play them :P. Either it's early in the game and you don't want an opponent to get out lands, or it's late game and coming into play tapped isn't a big deal. If they could get any land from their deck into their hand, it would be playable.
Oh god, wall of text! Oh wait, that's actually not that bad.
I like these quite a bit, powerful but the downside could be potentially steep (like your opponent just needed that one Island to Mental Misstep you stuff.)
One thing though, you should definitely post text versions of your cards, that way people can read them while posting, so they can go back and reference quickly, and some people may not be able to see them. Just for future reference.

Land - Forest Mountain
This land comes into play tapped.
...to be fair, then yes, these cards are acceptable. I personally feel like the drawback is far to noticeable, and they will very seldom be coming into play untapped. Then again, I find the Rav lands to be a bit overpowered (mostly in conjunction with Fetchlands).
A cool way to do this, where it at least has the chance of being fair, is to have the "come into play untapped" ability be this:
"When ____ enters the battlefield, you may choose to have each opponent put a land from his/her hand into play tapped. If you don't, ____ comes into play tapped"
Acceptable early game, good late game. Kinda similar to the M10 lands, and opposite of the Scars lands. As for the basic land types...if Modern just did away with the Fetch-lands I'd have no problem with it.
"Enters tapped" doesn't work as a triggered ability. It enters untapped, then the trigger is put onto the stack, you can tap it for mana, then the trigger resolves. "Enters tapped" needs to be a replacement effect, but the search wouldn't work as a replacement effect. The cleanest way to do this kind of ability is to make it enter tapped, then have the trigger untap it.
Superwordy Tundra Land - Plains Island (T: Add W or U to your mana pool.)
CARDNAME enters the field tapped.
When CARDNAME enters the field, you may choose up to one target opponent. If you do, untap CARDNAME and that player may search his or her library for a basic land card and put it onto the field tapped (then shuffle his or her library).

A better wording for this would be:

Which is based on the Ravinca shockland text and less wordy (by one line). Your version enables the land to bypass Kismet and stuff (not exactly relevant, but just saying).
It's still not colorless, and has no color. That's a paradox. So either you're a Zen master or an idiot, I'll assume the Zen master for sake of argument. This card will have no paradoxes because it has a clear paradox. Deep stuff man.
