I am making a few new planeswalker's, please comment
Yes, I realize that these cards are more multicolor than they are hybrids, but they have characteristcs of both colors, and I like the ability to play them in a mono color deck, or just out of color
Ilara - Why does this use monohybrid? That, combined with the first ability is kidna bleh, since you'll want that ability closer in the early game, like the card it's based off of. Turn 7 ramp is bleh at most. I like the second and third ability, though, and how well they work together, without being super obvious.
Vernishion - The first ability is bad. +s should not be conditional on the game state. If this guy is out without any artifact/enchantments, he just beefs three creatures or less, then dies. That, and none of the abilities work together at all.
Vanc - I don't quite know if I like or hate the first and third abilities interaction. Normally the first ability build ups for the third, while the second ability distracts the player from acomplishing the goal. This, however, distracts the player with the way you are supposed to make him stronger.
I really like the first one, except for the mana cost. What it is now is a bit too messy, and leaving it as 3UG would be better.
Second one... none of the abilities do much for me. Orius pretty much explains why. The second ability is alright, but you might want to make it a bit more potent. Third is... interesting. I suppose it could be game winning, but risky at the same time. Doesn't seem like a good combination.
I rather like the third, although the second ability seems a bit strong for a -1 on a planeswalker with that cost. And like Orius said, the first and third abilities contradict each other to an extent, so you might want to change the first a bit. I really like the third ability though.
Okay, so here's the nitpicks:
You should really post text versions of your cards, some people can't see the pictures and others rather just read the text.
Minor wording issue with your W/B guy, the ability should read "You get an emblem with 'At the beginning of your upkeep, put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control'" Also his first ability and last ability clash with each other, maybe the first ability should be a 1 card Gerrard's Verdict (Or just "target player discards a card") or maybeZealous Persecution instead of Beckon Apparition so you can fuel the graveyard, or maybe the last ability should be something different.
Was the aim of these cards to be easily played by Urzatron? I would've personally made these cards with normal hybrids than colorless hybrids (ex. :3mana::symgu::symgu: instead of :3mana::sym2g::sym2u:).
Otherwise, this is a lovely bunch of planeswalkers, I do enjoy how each of them has abilities that can be found on other cards in their colors. And I'm curious, are you going to finish the cycle? (Make and ones?) Overall, these are good, solid planeswalkers that I'd love to use if they were printed.

None of these cards fit as hybrids.
Ilkara's first ability is GU multicolor. Second ability is Green. Third ability is Blue.
Vernishon's first ability is RW multicolor. Third ability is Red.
Vanc's second ability is WB multicolor.

I can see your point, but I feel that these abilities for the most part can fit in each color without a lot of problems. It's not going to break the game to give red the ability to remove some enchantments from the board, or give black the ability to kill an enchantment. The main exception to this is Ikara's ultimate, since that is obviously a blue effect.
Vernishon's ultimate feels like an ability that can be both white and red, sure it's a risky, something that red does, but red doesn't often flat-out destroy creatures (the last print of a red card that destroyed all creatures unconditionally was Obliterate in 8th edition.) but white definitely takes pride in nuking the board.

The RW one in particular...if his title is "Ember Elite," why does neither his plus nor his minus involve burning stuff? And why would I want to play an ultimate that deals damage to myself?
Cool art! All of them look like official MTG cards.
Here are my opinions:
GU:
+1 is balanced, but is nearly identical to current Jace(sometimes weaker, other times stronger). Seems reasonable.
-2 i like this. At sorcery speed this effect seems reasonable.
-7 I like this effect, but it feels too green. Maybe take control of a creature and search a creature would fit green/blue a bit better? just my 2 cents.
RW:
+1 i dont like this effect. It seems extremely overpowered against some decks and extremely useless against others. I dont like the idea of a planes walker being a sideboard staple vs artifact decks.
-1: This could be a +1 and still be okay.
-5: This is actually a really bad ultimate. The point of a wrath effect is to prevent damage. Would you ultimate a planeswalker for Dissipation Field ?
Here's my take on this guy:
+1: Target creature's gains Double-Strike until end of turn.
-2: Exile target creature, artifact or enchantment. Its owner gains life equal to that card's converted mana cost unless.
-6: Target player sacrifices all creatures he/she controls. You may have that player gain X life, where X is the total power of those creatures. If not, each of those creatures deals damage to you equal to their power.
(The wording might be off but that's the idea).
I like the idea of a good r/w aggro/control variant. With a +1 like yours you might not even get to add counters at times.
BW: This one is my favorite of yours. Great job on the art!
+2: Seems solid.
-1: this should be a -2 i think. Imagine you day, play this guy and then +2,block,kill +2,block, kill over and over.
-6: Needs to exile that creature when it dies or enters. Emblems should be good, but infinite creatures for the rest of the game is a bit too good IMO.
Great stuff man. If id ever make a card game, id hire you for art =D.
The second and third still have +s that you can't always activate, which is a big no-no. I'd let Vernishon hit players and just give Geranlik an "up to" clause. Maura's +1 has the same issue, but, more importantly, is absurdly powerful. You can't have a four cmc walker go about casting Electrolyze for an increase in loyalty, and I would have serious concerns about it at five cmc. She might be okay if you separate the card drawing and damage into separate abilities, but I'd probably do that and give her an additional mana to be safe.

I primarily play limited, so most of my spoiler season comments view cards through that lens.
Vernishion - First ability is not R/W. It's RW. Last ability is RW, not R/W as well. Also, the abilities don't really fit. First ability kills creatures, which is nice and all, but then the last ability wants you to kill all creatures, and rewards you for killing more. It has the same problem that hte BW guy had before.
Geranlik - First ability is G or GB, not mono-black. Last ability is GB, not G/B.
Maura - First ability is RU, not R/U. It is also VERY strong, making this need to cost a whole lot more.
Vanc - First ability is not white at all. Second ability is not B/W, it's WB. You did fix it and make it a lot nicer, though.
Most of these would be perfectly fine if they were multicolored, rather than hybrids.
It's not going to break the game to give red the ability to remove some enchantments from the board, or give black the ability to kill an enchantment.
The color pie is pretty specific on not giving red or black the ability to deal with enchantments. It's part of their weakness as a color, rather than let every color do everything.
Agreeing with the earlier poster about including text in to post. Seeing the mock ups are nice, but they are harder to read and comment on.
Grenilek - This isnt a green/black hybrid due to the life loss on the ultimate, as green cannot make opponents lose life. It would be fine as 1BG though. The plus ability should be "Up to one target creature" so that you can still activate it on an empty board.
Vernishon - Again, the "Destroy all creatures" in the ultimate makes this not R/W hybrid, since red can only destroy through damage, nor can red keep permanents tapped. Would be fine at 2RW or even 1RW. As above, add "Up to one" to the first ability.
Vanc - Monowhite definitely doesn't get to make opponents discard or return opponents creatures from the graveyard. Is fine at 3WB, possibly 2WB.. maybe. The first ability should be "Each opponent" or instead of "Target player"
Ilara - If she didn't put the land into play, she could be hybrid, but being able to ramp means she can't be just mono-blue. Shes actually probably over costed at 5. She could easily be 2GU.
Maura - The +1 is definitely not red, so this needs to be 3UR. The ultimate needs to be reworked too, as working up the counters to activate it, only to have to wait 3 more turns for the pay off is a feel bad.
The litmus test for these is "Could I print each ability alone on a mono colored card in each color?" If you can't take each loyalty ability and reasonably print it on a spell in each of the separate colors, the Planeswalker shouldn't be hybrid.
First off I totally picked the green blue one because it let's be riff up the crap out if my opponents deck. That in itself is a win condition. They will quickly concede the game when I start shuffling there deck unless they are playing pauper.
Secondly yes it literally destroys the game to give black and red the ability to destroy the types of cards they can't. Sure wizards pushed the envelope a little recently with the edict but that still isn't too strong. If a color can do everything then it becomes the strongest color. Just keep that in mind.
For the longest time white was considered the strongest color, despite blue having access to all the power 9, because it could do everything. Had target and mass removal for ever card type. Had reanimation. Had protection and flying creature. Had lifegain. Had card draw in artifacts.

I'd enjoy them more if their abilities weren't just directly cribbed from existing cards in their colors.
GU = Coiling Oracle + Hunter's Insight + BriberyxTooth and Nail
RW = Hide + Double Cleave + reverse Soulblast?
WB = Beckon Apparition + Mortify + Debtor's Knell
