jace's ult makes you lose. You might want to make it 1/2 of the library
Well no.
You pick up your library then if you don't win, you lose when/if you have to draw a card again.

Jace shuffling your library is weird. Blue is supposed to care about the order of cards on top, if you're going to make him shuffle, why not add B to his mana?
I want it to (in addition to just being a normal - loyalty ability) also be a highly situational mini-ultimate in that if you have no cards in your library and most in your graveyard it's like doomsday.
I know doomsday is black but I think it's an appropriate rare splash for a blue loyalty ability

Lifelink; vigilance
~ comes into play with three shackled counters. 1W: Remove a shackled counter from ~
When ~ has no shackled counters on it, transform it then put 3 loyalty counters on it
3/4
//
Avacyn, reborn
Planeswalker - Avacyn
+1: Put an X/X angel token with vigilance into play, where X is equal to the number of angel tokens you control
-3: Exile target creature
-7 Destroy all permanents you don't control.
Just curious if you had creature types in mind for either of them. Cause if Avacyn is an angel it pretty much needs flying (which would mean tweaking it a bit). if it isn't, than this is fine.
The same goes for the tokens. I realize why they don't have flying (really strong), but I think that every angel (except one) in magic flies. Maybe, just change the creature type.
EDH is like French fries: some people like waffle cut, crinkle cut, or plain old straight cut, and while there's slight flavor difference and personal preference, at the end of the day they're still fries.

t: Draw a card.
When you have drawn your fourth card in a turn, transform ~ then put 4 loyalty counters on it.

+1: Draw a card, then put the top 2 cards of your library into your graveyard.
-5: Shuffle 5 target cards from your graveyard into your library then draw 4 cards.
-7: Draw X cards where X is the number of cards in your library.

Where are the cards you're targeting?
