Crazy Judgment - 1WR
Sorcery
Starting with you, you and target opponent take turns assigning different whole numbered-values from 1 to N to each creature, where N is the number of creatures on the battlefield, until each creature has been assigned a value. Crazy Judgment does damage to each creature equal to the value assigned to it.
Simpleton Clone - U
Creature - Shapeshifter
You may have Simpleton Clone enter the battlefield as a copy of any token on the battlefield.

And with the judgement ability, couldn't you just assign the maximum amount of damage possible to every opposing creature?
Isn't that like a worse Day of Judgment since you have to rely on the number of creatures out on the field and it deals damage instead of just destroying them?
Crazy Judgment
Cost: 1WR
Sorcery
Target opponent copies Crazy Judgment. The copy must target a creature that is not being targeted by another Crazy Judgment.
Crazy Judgment deals X+1 damage to target creature, where X is the number of copies of Crazy Judgment that resolved this turn.
It changes the order of the damage assigning. If there are four creatures on the battlefield, you assign the first 4 damage, he assigns 3, you assign 2 and he assigns 1.

What if I want to assign 1 damage to my fatty first so it doesn't die?
"Choose an opponent. Starting with you, both of you take turns in choosing a creature on the battlefield, until all creatures have been chosen. ~ deals damage to each creature equal to 1 plus the number of creatures chosen before it."

Slight tweak to Tranquilo's version. This is still pretty wordy and complex but allows the sequential targeting that was originally intended.
Crazy Judgment - 1RW
Sorcery
Whenever a creature becomes the target of Crazy Judgment, target opponent chooses target creature that is not already the target of a spell. That player copies Crazy Judgment and the copy targets that creature.
Crazy Judgment deals damage to target creature equal to the number of spells named Crazy Judgment on the stack.

It's a tricky effect to word.
And I'm pretty sure your card crashes the game.
Crazy Judgement might be possible like so:
"Choose an opponent. Starting with you, both of you take turns in choosing a creature on the battlefield, until all creatures have been chosen. ~ deals damage to each creature equal to 1 plus the number of creatures chosen before it."
