Thus, I came up with this legendary land card which I'm really happy with, especially it's synergy with the Exalted mechanic.
Colosseum of Akrasa
Legendary Land
Colosseum of Akrasa enters the battlefield tapped unless you and an opponent control a legendary creature.
As long as you and an opponent control a legendary creature, no more than one creature may attack each turn and no more than one creature may block each turn.
:symtap:: Add :symg:, :symw:, or to your mana pool.
The ETB clause feels like unnecessary clutter, as it doesn't convey as much flavor as the primary ability and there isn't much need to restrict a three-color land that's already legendary.
This is an awesome card.
Question, did you not want this effect to be in place if only you had a Legend? But I totally understand the logic behind the dueling aspect of it.

Thanks for the feedback. I removed the ETB tapped clause on your suggestion. As you mentioned it was placed there to avoid making a tri color land too powerful but as you pointed out the legendary clause does restrict it enough I think. I've since updated the OP and will update the render soon.

Yes, I wanted the effect to only be active while you and someone else has a legend to keep with the flavor.

It was at that moment that I realized: I'm kinda just making these things up. We can just write the rules the way we want them to work. People will have fun, and people will get it.
Yeah, give it another drawback. This thing is stupid powerful. Awesome design, but I just can't support all Bant colors available and a Bant-loving ability attached (even if it's situational) with no delay on the mana and no drawback other than Legendary.
The fact that the format this situation is most likely to come up in is EDH, where the "drawback" does next to nothing, should indicate that this card ought to etbt at the very least.
Dueling Grounds' effect should probably just be left on an artifact, creature, or enchantment. Artifacts and enchantments have been used to represent places before. A creature could be the Arbiter that oversees the tournament, and could maybe even have exalted.
