I like the name a lot, it reminds me of this one creature from Ratchet and Clank. But anyways...
Grapple probably shouldn't be a regular keyword in my opinion. And if there was going to be a keyword like that in magic, it would be in blue if anything. Red is aggressive, not defensive or control. Wall of Frost costs less and is more useful even without any power.
Bring to an End:
Don't really like the name. So, first off, its a black creature counter. It should probably cost 1BB or should be multicolored. Maybe the life cost balances this though. With a card like this, you're pretty much going to put this in nothing else but a blue/black control. BU seems pretty decent, since its multicolored and a life cost.
Grapple is a nice ability, and I could see it working with creatures it blocks or becomes blocked by. I'd prefer if it gave you the option of locking them down though.
Bring to an End is hard to judge as it's out of colour. UB cantrip without the lifeloss would be nicer to see.

first off thanks for the input. I'm still working on my naming skills, i'll be sure to make it awesome. I was basically trying to make a better version of Withering boon. I'll keep at it.
As for the lummox I'm really trying to get the flavor of a giant grabbing you and incapacitating you for a bit. I really like Veridiancircles suggestion. makes me want to add provoke to some creatures with grapple haha.
Forgive me but i just remembered this mechanic a I had as well.
Techy Airship - The rules won't currently allow for creatures to be attached to things, and it's incredibly confusing to change rules to fit the mechanic (I've tried). How about a simpler but less permanent way of doing this?
Techy Airship 4
Artifact - Vessel
Creatures transported by ~ get +1/+1 and have flying. 3: Target creature you control is transported by ~ until end of turn.
Now, that could just be worded as "Target creature gets +1/+1 and gains flying until end of turn. That creature cannot be targeted by ~'s abilities again this turn." But that wouldn't look as funky I don't think. It also doesn't allow for other effects which allow you to affect all transported creatures you control. But, it's up to you.
Basically, don't bend the rules unless you have to do so!
