Expert Bird Watcher - Might as well be called something more fitting, like Ornithomancer.
Shell Game - Undercosted.
Unstable Timefault - Broken. If someone as much as thinks of casting a turn 3 spell, you bounce two lands to their hands.
Downpush - Probably more suitable as 2BB.
Sensecrusher - Overpowered. Red knows it won't have anything in its hand by then. 5/5 at most.
Obstinate Efreet - Doesn't work... red has creatures that if conditions aren't met, are useless, not creatures that forbid them to do things. Too powerful.
Swessa - Shroud seems unnecessary, but alright.
Sage Imp - Shouldn't it fly?
Cemetery - "At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player discards a card unless he or she pays 1 for each card in his or her graveyard" would be better.
Gap Time - Either exile it or forbid it from grabbing instants/sorceries.
@Fumar - I disagree with your assessment Unstable Timefault, I feel like you reacted without thinking. If you're concern is that for 4cmc you can situationally bounce two lands, Plow Under would like a word with you.
Sorry if that came across a little harsh, just a designer pet peeve is when people jump at a new idea as "broken, imbalanced, impossible" without really thinking through previous design.
Also, for Gap Time, I understand the concern with returning itself, except I don't see what abuse you need to prevent at 1GU, since it's a 1-for-1.
Otherwise, I agree with your assessment. These are some vary neat cards for sure!

Never ever create a card without taking the extra minute to double check it.
Plow Under is also five mana, not three. Large difference.

When editing cards in the first post of a thread, PLEASE leave the original so that everyone can comment on the thread and not just those who saw the original. Those who did not see the original can't leave comments as we don't have any idea WTF is going on.
Colourless mana comes FIRST! Try actually looking at a Magic card some time. It is NOT UU3, it's 3UU. What game are you making cards for?
I can no longer tell people to check their card names, because I am made of suck and fail.
On Unstable Timefault, I fall somewhere between UmbrellaExile and Fumar. I think Churning Eddy was pretty safe, and this on turn 4 isn't much better as it doesn't even do anything about the real threat. On the other hand, this card with one of any number of other control cards (particularly Wrath of God and Boomerang) seems like it could be a little too much for some formats. I'm not sure.
Turn 1: land, go.
Opp: land, go.
Turn 2: land, creature, whatever, go.
Opp: land, creature go.
Turn 3: land bounce your two lands, and gain irreparable amounts of tempo.
Broken. If it didn't bounce lands, it'd be safe.
EDIT: If you knew my historial, you'd know I don't always jump to say "broken!!!" Hell, I reviewed a dozen cards without calling them that. Now this card is broken though.

So when x = 0, doesn't your opponent just pay the 0 to keep those two lands?
Burgeoning Cemetery 4BG
Enchantment
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may discard a card. Otherwise, for each card in that player's graveyard, that player loses 1 life unless he or she pays 1.
I'm pretty sure this wording works, although there may be an even more succinct way to phrase it. By the way, in what way is this card G? And why does it cost so much? Against most decks it only cuts 3 life per turn, and is a symmetrical effect, so I look at it as a kind of graveyard hoser, which could cost 2BB at the very most.

Fair enough, sorry, I didn't mean for that to be a judgment about you, just about this one assessment.
In this case, I think you just missed the fact that it says X, as WUBRG points out.

Opportunism is a wonderful mechanic, hats off.

Please note that it's a conditional Plow Under for 4mana, because of the X in the mana cost

Swessa loves her some Sprout Swarm.
