Sewerdepths Salvager is bah-roken. Ever heard of a little critter called Psychatog?
Redo seems okay. More splashable than Cancel but doesn't work as well against cheap spells.
Rockslide is scary... in an environment with as many nonbasic lands as there are now, two-mana land destruction is absolutely crippling. Actually, most of the time a nonbasic land played early is a dual land of some kind, and being able to remove that so early and cheaply is way too powerful.
sewerdepths salvager + psychatog = very large tog.
Rockslide, while looking fair on the surface (can only destroy non-basics) will never see the light of day. Land destruction is frowned upon, cheap land destruction more so, triple that for something that blows up money rares which sell sets.
Festive moment -- did you mean "tap untapped creatures you control"?

I really like Redo! Very clever variation on a soft counter. I'd probably cost it at UU or even 1U, but that's because I'm biased in favor of counters.
So I was completely not thinking about Psychatog when I made Sewerdepths Salvager. There's really no way to fix the insane brokenness that occurs when these two cards are paired together. I guess I could add a mana/life cost for the draw, but that seems sort of sad.

I almost think this feels better, since green and white are black's enemies, and black's the main discard color. And yes, its a therapist: the flavor fit well. Okay, so it still works well with Psychatog, buts its in two other colors. I don't think its a huge problem. Yeah, there'd be combo decks that abuse the relationship, but since the 'tog isn't legal in extended anymore, it wouldn't ruin tournaments (or I'm totally naive about the tourney scene).
As for Rockslide, I admit that it is very powerful. But there's not a whole lot of room to cost this effect fairly since Stone Rain costs 2R. Besides, I think that, given how many nonbasics are in the current standard, this would be a good wake-up call for players not playing any basics. Or, perhaps, if it is too strong, something like this:
Rockslide1R
Sorcery (C)
Each player sacrifices a nonbasic land.
or
Rockslide1R
Sorcery (C)
Choose target nonbasic land an opponent controls. That player sacrifices the chosen land.
That opponent may choose a target nonbasic land you control. If he or she does, sacrifice that land.
Are those any better?
Thanks for the correct wording for Noxious Lavaspitter. I'm still getting used to the new terminology. And thanks for the reminder about tapped creatures on Festive Moment. And thanks for all the love for Redo.
I still think the Therapist/Scavanger is abusable. Maybe if it were "Whenever a spell or ability a player doesn't control causes him or her to discard a card, that player may draw a card."
I don't think you can give your archer haste as it's green and not in Time Spiral. I'd say take out haste and make it cost 'Sac ~' instead of tapping to play the ability, and then maybe even drop the cost 1, or make it 2GG.
While psychatog hasn't been seen in a while in tournaments, you can bet this wil makes the tournament scenel. It also has a nasty interaction with tarmogoyf. Attack 50/50 mongrel and your 5/6 friends! What's that? you're all 2cc and green? Mwahahahaha!

Still no good. mountain, mountain -> this. something along the lines of this:
RR
Sorcery.
Sacrifice a land: Destroy target nonbasic land.
Even then.. a 2 cmc land destrucion is very sick, its worse than a UU counterspell
Raze? It's strange to think that land destruction has become so expensive now. I remember opening Raze at the Urza's Saga prerelease tournament and immediately placing it in the cheerleader pile.

Lavaspitter should get the bonus until end of turn; beginning of end step only replaces "at end of turn," not all EoT triggers.
