Meek Pupil -- the flip side is interesting (if a little unusual for blue), but it doesn't feel particularly legendary to me. Kinda iffy on this one.
Increased Might -- very cool. The only thing that jars me a little about this is how bad it is as an Aura. I feel like you'd only play this card on a creature with power 5 or more, in which case you might as well just make it a non-flipping legendary enchantment! Making it +3/+3 and 8 to flip would help.
Mana Siren -- Neat-o
Minor Devil -- Love it! I especially like that both forms have an ability with a similar trigger.
Reading these just made me think -- it would be interesting to have flip cards that started out Legendary, but could be demoted to ordinary under certain conditions.
