So this is my first attempt at a card design. It was inspired by art done by a friend of mine, and she OK'd the image to be used for this, too which was super-cool of her. Anyhow:
Nekoia, the Midnight Charm
3UR
Legendary Creature - Human Ninja (Rare)
Ninjutsu 1(U/R)(U/R)
When Nekoia, the Midnight Charm deals combat damage to an opponent, gain control of target creature that player controls until the end of your next turn.
3/3
Constructive criticism much appreciated, comments welcome. And let me know if I'm posting hybrid mana correctly. I think I am, but it was difficult to understand that part.
here's constructive criticism: these forums arent a good place to learn how to design magic cards. they are full of WOTC-employee-wannabes who are obsessed with minor technical details and don't have a clue of the big picture. If I were you, Id seek advice in my local playgroup long before Id come here.

Someone sounds bitter that they were told their cards made no sense...
Anyways, hold on a sec while I reformat your card. ; ) There's nothing wrong with it, just that most forumgoers are used to seeing them in a certain format.
Nekoia, the Midnight Charm :3mana::symu::symr:
Legendary Creature - Human Ninja (R)
Ninjutsu :1mana::symur::symur:
Whenever Nekoia, the Midnight Charm deals combat damage to an opponent, gain control of target creature that player controls until the end of your next turn.
3/3
Anyways, I like it as is. The changing of control on a temporary basis is a pretty good mechanic to put on a hybrid blue/red card, and the ninja is big enough to feel legendary.
On a mildly related tangent, I had a multi/hybrid ninja I submitted to the DCC a while back that, if I remember, was something like:
Ninja of Morning Light :1mana::symw::symu:
Creature - Fox Ninja (C)
Ninjutsu :1mana::symwu:
Whenever Ninja of Morning Light deals combat damage to a player, you may untap target creature.

Don't listen to bob, he doesn't know what he's talking about. If you have a card idea and want to make it work (which is not what bob wants), then you've come to the right place.
Don't use rarity to increase the power-level of a card, despite what Zaphod says.
This card is pretty strong, but balanced by the fact that you can only ninjutsu it once, and you can't even keep control of the same creature by picking it turn after turn. With the hybrid mana, you have to ask yourself... should temporary stealing be in red? Well, yeah. Should temporary stealing be in blue? Hmmm... because when you design something with hybrid mana, that means it's ONLY blue and ONLY red. Perhaps a ninjitsu cost of :1mana::symr::symru: would be better, because then it's always in red.

Hey, you! Yeah, you behind the computer screen! You're unconstitutional.
@Sutherlands - well you can use it to at least scale power level to some degree; though this should be with limited primarily in mind... Also I could see blue being given temporary stealing to some degree, and hybrid is generally allowed to pull at the edges of the color spectrum to make a card "work"...
Nekoia, the Midnight Charm :3mana::symu::symr:
Legendary Creature - Human Ninja (R)
Ninjutsu :1mana::symru::symru:
Whenever Nekoia, the Midnight Charm deals combat damage to an opponent, gain control of target creature that player controls until the end of your next turn.

Very, very nice card for ones first attempt at card design!
My one suggestion would be to consider allowing the "borrowing" ability to hit any permanent, this might help make it feel a touch more blue and shouldn't swing its power level to greatly... unless flavor reasons prevent such a swap... (Also nice art! ;))
not to disappoint anybody, but WOTC will never hire you. sad
Three things.
WotC's standards aren't as high as you think.
Secondly, who was that directed at? I assume Sutherlands, but that makes no sense. Read his sig.
Lastly, If it were me, I'd make Nekoi hybrid cost and traditional multi-color ninjutsu. I mean, there's no reason to hard cast it. The other way around you can still play it if your mana isn't working out the way you want it to.

Actually this is a good way to help balance the effect and card as a whole. Helps it maintain its power while helping to ensure that it can't be abused.
As for bob3099's posts; at this point its best to just ignore and report them as he is clearly in violation of the CoC...
