The first thing people will jump on you about is that flipped cards can't unflip. But rules change all the time, so I don't see any problem.
Wording should be:
Other Demon creatures get +2/-1 and have haste.
Sacrifice a Demon: Regenerate Lord of Defilement.
There isn't really a need for that many mana symbols. The first ability is blue, and the second would be red/green or white. Abusing mana symbols like that makes the card look very inelegant.
Dark artificer can be put in a pure black deck and use black mana to destroy artifacts with absolutely no drawback. Black should not be able to do that.

Fire Dragon - Hmm, I like the ideas behind this card. The flip/flip mechanic, the elegance of a 5/3 attacker and a 3/5 defender is pretty sweet. However it looks as if its supposed to come into play as a red card even though its mana cost is 3RU, which would make both halves UR, if this was intentional cool; otherwise this could probably be fixed by just having Fire Dragon read "CARDNAME is red." and Ice Dragon read "CARDNAME is blue." Might also be cool if you could choose which side it came into play as (by giving Fire Dragon the text "As CARDNAME comes into play you may choose to flip it.")
Lord of Defilement - interesting idea, bit odd for demons to have a lord like that but cool none-the-less. Also the regeneration line could read --- and have ":symtap:; Regenerate Lord of Defilement. Sacrifice this creature."
Dark Artificer - As Mondu said this shouldn't be playable off of solely B. I think notjohn's suggestion would work nicely and leave you with a cool, if slightly different, card.

I like him better that way. My only comment is that he should be a Human Artificer.
I am pretty sure that flip creatues can turn back. It might be better to say "Unflip this creature."
If you want him to be red when he is fire dragon and blue when he's ice dragon you should have him cost 3RR, say "You can pay 3UU instead of ~'s cost. If you do flip him", and give his other side "~ is blue."
It seems sort of silly to ridicule a company for marketing efforts. Of course they are going to hype upcoming products, every company on the face of the planet does it, and it works, thats why they do it. There isn't really any sense complaining about it. If you don't like the marketing, ignore it.
Damon, Master Artificer2:symru::symru::symru: Legendary Creature - Human Artificer (R)
~ gets +0/+1 for each artifact you control. UU: Target permanent becomes an artifact in addition to its other types. R,T: Destroy target artifact.
2/2
Here's how I would present Damon. I added the static ability for flavor, also making it relevant to your side of the board.

Ah, how many times have I posted on this? More than I can count. Anyway, the relevent rules passages.
Quote from Magic: the Gathering Comprehensive Rules »
508. Flip Cards
508.1c A flip card's color, mana cost, expansion symbol, illustration credit, and legal text don't change if the permanent is flipped. Also, any changes to it by external effects will still apply.
508.4. Flipping a permanent is a one-way process. Once a permanent is flipped, it's impossible for it to become unflipped. However, if a flipped permanent leaves play, it retains no memory of its status.
508.1c was pointed out because I felt it was worth nothing that despite the vertical hybrid frame (God I need to fix those in MSE), the both halves are both blue and red. To have the bottom half be blue only, you need to use rules setting text like that is present on Evermind.
508.4 points out that cards can't unflip. However, this rule probably is only for keeping card statuses clear; things could get confusing with tapping/untapping and flipping/unflipping. Using flipping again isn't an okay work around. Afterall, you don't tap a tapped card to make it usable again; why would you flip a flipped card to return it to its original state. The rules even define what unflip means; they just say you can't do it. Unflip is the correct term.
Here is my take on him. I fixed the abilities to be their respective colors and added bounce so no matter which color was available it would destroy or psuedo destroy an artifact.
Changed the mana but only because it didn't shirnk the name down
I don't like how he can get rid of lands so easily tho.
Hmm maybe remove the blue tap ability and instead make him a 4/4 (or 3/3 depending on the prevalence of artifacts in the meta he's designed for) with "CARDNAME gets -1/+1 for each artifact in play." So with red you enable a heavy hitter and with blue you create a wall while with both you get to choose what you get.
Please Tell me what you think about my custom cards.

Dark Artificer isn't black at all. Try 2RU for the cost, U,T for the first ability and R,t for the second.
Lord of Defilement is ok.

well, I edited the artificer.

True. Maybe the first ability should cost blue, and the second cost red?
Hybrid mana involves abilities that both colors have access too.
Its just a very imbalanced thing to do with Hybrid mana.
