Each one talks about an opponent in its flavour text. I've tried to do give each one some unique mechanic. Enjoy!
Harvoc, the Unstoppable 1RRR
Legendary Creature - Human Berzerker
Creatures you control have, "When you declare attackers, if this creature isn't attacking, tap this creature and it attacks." (That creature attacks even if it couldn't normally attack.)
"Harvoc is a monster. He doesn't care where he leads his raids or who he kills, so long as somebody dies."
-Ranoa, Northern Monitor
4/4
He attacks. Every. Turn. So does everyone else. Nothing can stop him from attacking. Not Faith's Fetters, not Pillory of the Sleepless, not even summoning sickness or Minister of Impediments stops him from attacking. And when he does attack, everyone else wants to attack too, so they do! He is a 4/4 for four, but I think that's reasonable given his mana cost.
Dag Treeriser 4GG
Legendary Creature - Centaur Shaman
Whenever Dag Treeriser attacks, forests you control become Auras with "Enchant creature you control. Enchanted creature gets +3/+3." until end of turn. (They're no longer forests until end of turn.) "Sure he can pick up a tree and beat you with it, but I've got style! Mostly brains, but also style."
-Capulus the Smart
3/3
Also known as, "Dag, Game Ender," "Dag, the Licid-maker" and "Dag, potential card disadvantage."
Ranoa, Northern Monitor 4WW
Legendary Creature - Human Guardian
Vigilance.
If you would draw a card, instead remove the top card of your library from the game. If you do, you gain life equal to its converted mana cost. If you gain 3 or less life in this way, put a 2/2 white Knight creature token with first strike into play. "Always looking for danger from abroad when in truth it lies closer to home."
-Diniel Swin
4/4
So what if you never draw cards again. You've got lifegain and creatures!
Capulus the Smart 1U
Legendary Creature - Human Wizard
Whenever a spell you don't control becomes countered, put a gloat counter on Capulus the Smart.
U, Tap, Remove a gloat counter from Capulus the Smart: Choose one - Look at each opponent's hand; or return a permanent you control to its owner's hand; or draw a card. "I've nearly killed him many times, but by the time I strike all that's left is his smirk!"
-Harvoc, the Unstoppable
1/1
He's smarter than you!
Diniel Swin 2BB
Legendary Creature - Human Rogue
2BB, Tap: Put target creature card in a graveyard into play under target player's control. That creature has, "At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 2 life." "His magic makes a mockery of life! His creations may look true, but they have no soul."
-Dag Treeriser
2/2
Dag, Treeraiser4GG
Legendary Creature -- Centaur Shaman
Whenever ~ attacks, untap all Forests you control. Until end of turn, Forests you control gain "T: Target creature you control gets +1/+1 until end of turn" and "Whenever this would be tapped for mana, its controller adds 0 to his or her mana pool instead".
3/3
The Forest-Aura effect is a little unwieldy, but then again I'm not sure if this method is any better... And the +3/+3 thing is a little wacky. I'd expect to have a bunch of Forests (or dual-land Forests) in play when it comes down, and "+3/+3" times, say, 10, is a little much.

The Green one is unweildy, since it opens your mana base to being slaughtered by a single Boomerang.
The White one wouldn't be broken if he just triggered during your upkeep, and let you keep your draw step. Less complicated, too.
The Blue one is rather weak. It doesn't do anything unless you're already doing pretty well. Countering spells doesn't happen that often.
The Black one is a Johnny card. Giving your opponent Phage the Untouchable is priceless.
