I have been mulling over these two for a little while now. I think they are pretty much balanced. Torlyn has a higher power cause you won't be able to play any other creatures. Morlyn has higher toughness cause you won't be able to play any spells. And not to mention you'll have to bounce lands to control your opponents spells with either one of them. I wanted to have them both at 3/3 but I got sick of messing with them and figured I'd leave'em this way for now..
And they can be brother and sister... awww..
Torlyn, Blasphemous Speaker - :1mana::symu::symu:
Legendary Creature - Moonfolk Wizard (R)
Flying
You cannot play creature spells.
:1mana:, Return a land you control to it's owners hand : Counter target creature spell.

Flying
You cannot play non-creature spells.
:1mana:, Return a land you control to it's owners hand : Counter target non-creature spell.

Torlyn: The power and toughness is quite good for the cost. 3 flying power is nice for 3 mana. She's a cheap (only 3cc) legend which is also really cool. I feel like the drawback and the ability almost balance each other out. The flavour is quite cool... moonfolk wizard is a sweet creature type, too. Nice card!
Morlyn: I like synergy but I feel that he has just a little too much in common with his sister. The p/t reversal is cute, but maybe a bit predictable. I feel like maybe he should be something other than a wizard, and instead of flying have a different blue ability, if possible. But overall it's quite good and no problems with it really.
i like the cards but agree that they are predictable.
the effects are cool and realistic.
i think that the cost to activate the ability should be colored or two colorless
However, as it's returned, I will comment on these creatures - IMHO they are overpowered. And that is just considering their anti-spell ability.
The Flying is a bonus for them, not of itself that powerful but when consider their anti-spell ability Flying becomes more potent.
Activation should probably require that should return 2 lands to hand [of course, with some decks returning lands to hand is an advantage, not a drawback].
