Self Destruction: I read this card about 5 times and still don't understand it. Can you please reword it?
Labyrinth of Darkness: This is actuallyy pretty powerful, say with Accumulated Knowledge.
Raiders: The reminder text is HORRIBLE. But if it does damage like a 4/2, then why didn't you make it a 4/2?
to your 1th question: you pick a number, then draw cards equal to the number. lests say you've picked 13: you draw 13 cards, then choose and discard 7 cards, then you discard at random 4 cards. then ,you add UUUU to your mana pool. when the turn ends, you must discard your entire hand.
to your 2th question: a 2/2 with triple strike doesnt become 4/2, its just works like it. why does it matter? to spells that check power, like terashi's verdict, chastice and so on.
Your triple strike is really bad wording. I'm guessing that you tried to make double strike give first strike twice instead of once. So instead of normal combat damage you want an additional first strike. The easier way to do this is to put another strike step before first strike and have it deal damage in each step which is how the ability suggest but you only want it to hit twice. So that doesn't work. I think the best thing to do would be to drop the triple, put in double, add a new ability 'xyz' all combat damage delt by this is resolved before normal combat damage. Makes it a little easier and prevents quad strike and super dupper I hit you first strike. Other 2 cards are really cool.

Crap. Nothing would make this play this card. I don't even think Madness would play this card. The only deck that might play this is Psychatog. Look at the numbers with 0 cards in hand.

10-5-3-2. For free pretty much, I get 2 cards. But I lose 8 to the graveyard
15-8-4-3. I get 3 cards for the price of putting 12 cards in the graveyard
20-10-5-5. 5 cards for 15 cards in gy..wooh.
Second Card.
I think is ok. Priced right at 5 and you get 2 copies of any card. The only thing I might change is make it from 3BB to 2BBB.
Third Card.
WTF. TripleStrike. This card wouldn't even work. There's 2 combat damage steps. First Strike and Normal. If you wanted something to this effect. Make it:
During the declare blocker step, if a creature blocks ~this~, ~this~ deals X damage to it. If ~this~ is unblocked, then this deals X damage to opponent. This damage is considered combat damage. X is ~this~'s power.
The wording is off, but nonetheless, you get the point.
Both "Self Distruction" and the Triple Strike mechanic seem to me like extremely inelegant ways of designing narrow mechanics that would only be needed in very specific decks. The first also seems almost like an arbitrary, flavourless chain of effects, and while I understand why it ended up like this (trying to make it playable and balanced), the result does not look good IMHO. I would lose some of the effects and reword it to make it clearer both rules-wise and flavour-wise, and maybe rename it.
I think the Triple Strike also needs rewording, like others have suggested.
I like the second card though, it might lead to some interesting deckbuilding, I'm no expert though...
SD: The wording is too clunky and upon first glance, alot of players will not understand it. Also the words "rounded up/down" need to be in ()s.
LOD: I like this card but I would suggest changing the mana cost to 2BBB, like what NavyJoe said above. That or make it Black/Blue; something like 2UUB or 2UBB. Also, I'm not sure on this one but I think cards that make you search for more than one card says "up to x cards." Again, I'm not really sure.
RoR: The wording on this is done weird. I think almost everyone that read it, knows what you're trying to say, but the wordings weird. I would say go something along the lines of.
"Double Strike.
If this creature would deal non-first strike combat damage to a player, double that damage."
Just my 2 cents.
