Reverse the stack until he end of the turn.
yeah i know its confusing and definately needs some reminder text but post what you think as well as any new wording ideas. And i know it could be blue but it seems tricky, tricky like fox, a red fox.
This generates a million rules problems. 'Nuff Said.
On a more helpful note, it really should be blue, and the reminder text might be:
Until end of turn, whenever a spell or ability would be put onto the stack on top of another spell or ability, put it onto the stack beneath that spell or ability
Though even that is clunky beyond all belief.

I think it should cost :1mana::symr::symr: since it is a gamebreaking effect. It also fits in red since WOTC has ruled that all "tricks" belong in red now. I like the card best as a non-permanent. Even though it is a common idea, it has been done tastefully. Good job!
my reasoning for costing it at is because i hate when WOTC prints awesome cards that require extra spells to abuse but the spell itself costs so much that you need to go inifnite or something just to do anything. I think as it stands now it can be thrown in at any time during the game and be effective instead of being a card that you need to plan to use. I'd rather have you spend your mana elsewhere. And thank you for the compliment.

I don't like the UEOT. It would be a lot less confusing if it didn't have it.

Reverse the order of the stack. (Remove all spells and abilities from the stack, then put them back in the opposite order. Do not choose new targets for them.)
The problem with it being until end of turn is that it might not be exactly clear without Time Stop-like reminder text. Being one shot still has potential for screwing up stacked effects without confusing things too much. Also, more importantly, I think that without ueot it can retain the single R cost.
If wiz were to print a card like this, it would most likely be rare, but I think fun stuff should be more available than that.
silvercut i dont know what you mean by UEOT confusing you. Could you go more in depth please and also post suggestions of what you think the card should look like..
EDIT- sorry didnt see your suggestion- i thought it was your signature. I do like your wording though.

but seriously i know its confusing its supposed to be.
I will play Glory Seeker
I will counter spell it
Stack:
Counterspell targeting Seeker
Seeker
Reversal:
Seeker
Counterspell targeting nothing
....
both players at 1 life.
player 1- shock
player 2- i shock in responce
player 1 - overturn
stack without overturn
player2- shock
player1-shock
player2 wins
stack with overturn
player1- shock
player2- shock
player1 wins
see it can make a differnec whether in a burn spell dual or in a counterwar.
