So you sorta hope to survive and draw until you can drop an Invisible Stalker and hopefully equip him with something cool the next turn.
Butcher's Cleaver seemed cool since unlike Runechanter you could sorta hope that the lifegain will keep you up enough that you'll win the damage race. And Increasing Savagery is cool since you can dump it in the grave and still win with it late game.
Seems like a variation on the Invisible Stalker UR deck. I think the biggest problem with Cleaver is just that 3 to drop it and 3 to equip it is basically two full turns you're blowing on it. It's stellar once equipped but it just takes so damn long. I would personally drop them and either up the pike count to 4 or throw in a few Silver-Inlaid Daggers. With the dagger you can drop it turn one, a stalker turn two and then equip and swing turn three which is really what you want to be doing.
You're playing 21 spells. Delver is an absolute monster of an aggressive card in that situation. He also carries equipment well as he is a flier and human on both sides AND Moonmist flips him. Just be careful with it because Moonmist ALSO flips him from a 3/2 flier back to a 1/1 durdley dude.
Some facts of magic:
-Terror is an emotion which, when experienced, results in death.
-The pox was a disease notorious for having killed one-third, rounded up, of Europe’s population. Smallpox, on the other hand, killed only a single person.
-A person riding a horse cannot be stopped by foot soldiers, large animals, walls, archers, or even catapults.
you need some disenchant type things perhaps Naturalize in the main just incase you run into paralell lives etc.. having one or 2 main board will just be nice cause of all the cards into your yard so snappy can get them back for you when needed
Also totally onboard With delver idea Swap out the vipers for him
This deck gets its butt kicked by lost in the woods.dec preboard
Ja, I actually keep meaning to put in the Woodland Cemeteries and keep forgetting. I'm definitely all for that.
I had in Silver Inlaid at first and it was cool and often played out exactly as mentioned, but the problem was that if I didn't draw the fogs, sometimes they'd get too far ahead in the damage race (which is a really big thing for a deck that kinda just plans on never blocking). But ehhh, maybe I'll give them a 2nd shot. Given, those times when I was swinging for 4 on turn 3 I usually did take the game.
I'm actually not sold on Delver though. The deck really isn't meant to be "aggro" in the traditional sense. And with only 11 creatures, 7 of which could be targeted I just feel that the only thing Delver would ever be is a perfectly valid target for Geistflame,Dead Weight, Brimstone Volley, Victim Of The Night, Tragic Slip, etc......
I figure it's different in a more aggro deck that sort of assumes a lot of it's creatures are gonna get knocked off.
Interesting call on the Spectral Flight. The SB kinda sucks and I was trying to think of stuff that could save Stalker from all those nasty things post board. That sounds about right.
I'm thinking that the win condition would be swinging with Stalker with a pike for massive Damage b/c of the Dig and fog in the yard. Got a grand total of 14 fogs. Then 3 snapcasters to add into that.

It sucks if they have Roiling Tremble or Tribute To Hunger, but I'm sorta hoping the Dissipates will at least kinda help.
It's actually tested "okay" at least. Like it's won more than it's lost. I'm sure it needs work though, but I dig the idea.
Also:
-3 Ambush Viper
+3 Delver of Secrets

Maybe a couple Woodland Cemetarys for Forbidden Alchemy flashback? Also considering the Rolling Tremblor and Curse of Death's Hold worries, maybe throw a couple Spectral Flights into the sideboard.
