A continuous ferry service runs between Newbloom and Livian. It runs all hours of the day, carrying trainers and people across the bay faster than if they had walked Routes 1 and 3. Other boats are able to use the ends of the docks, and with the calm waters, Newbloom Bay is a prime place for divers as well.
just watched this guy win a game after mulliganing down to zero and doing nothing for four turns in the t8 of a 2x premier event. I immediatly Imed a friend to confirm Chuck Noris actually plays Magic.
The water rippled slightly as Luke's lure dropped into it as he cast out into the bay. Several minutes pass with nothing happening, but then a small tug is felt on the line.

Luke pulled in the line with all the strength he had, and a small, tadpole-looking creature came out of the water. It had a hypnotic swirl pattern on its belly, and didn't look happy at all, probably because it was out of the water and it's dinner was rudely interrupted.

After tossing back the little tadpole, Luke ended up sitting with his line in the water for almost an hour before something came nibbling again on the end of his line. (no roll necessary this time, I`ll use your 71 from before)

The little clamshell creature didn't take well to being forcibly removed from it's snack, and unleashed a wave of sound that appeared to make the ground shimmer and quake before Luke's eyes. (supersonic)

The purple clam shuddered with the impact of the absorption energy Roselia unleashed. Once it regained itself, the shell clamped down around the outside, and tried to seal up tight. (withdraw)

The stingers rained hard and fast around the little clamshell, with a couple even lodging in the seam the top and bottom halves made, but it appeared that the attack did little more than scratch the surface as it continued to hide inside the relative safety of its shell. (withdraw)
Ryan approaches the dockside keen to get some practice in for the fishing challenge, he lets both his Pidgey and Ponyta out of their pokeballs.
Ryan drops his backpack and looks inside for the rod and lures, Pidgey and Ponyta look at him expectantly as he does, eventually he notices.
"Oh, here you go"
He gives both some pokeball, then proceeds to string the green lure onto the line. Both pokemon finish their food, Pidgey takes to flying around, while Ponyta stands watching Ryan work.
He finishes and tosses in the line, while he waits for a bite, he strokes Ponyta's mane absentmindedly.

Smile your day could be worse, so I did smile and it was worse.
With a strong pull, Ryan managed to reel in the pokemon at the end of the line. It sputtered for a second as it cleared water from its mouth, then turned to face the trainer with a challenging "Squirt!" It's wet shell gleamed in the sunlight as it prepared to attack.
Pidgey's attack hit the little turtle square in the chest, knocking it back a few feet. As the bird turned and swooped away, however, the turtle fired a burst of bubbles from its mouth, trying to knock Pidgey out of the air. (bubble)
