Lying on his side, Vince tenderly reaches up to his face and grabs his cheeks as if to hold his skin firmly in place.
He doesn't see much of what's going on around him, only hears the others shouting and babbling, Of course, we all survive the explosion so we can die of some ridiculous nuclear disease. Far more excruciating.

I'll bet you wish you had a non-unglued/unhinged card that shared your first name.
And yes, no incantatrix for you. Or anyone. That class makes puppies cry. Mostly because they are the former Big Bads who have been Baleful Polymorphed into said puppies. By you. Because you're an incantatrix.

Yeah, I don't see her handling a pissing match in any way other than a duel.

You each get 2 points to spend on upgrading your powers due to your levels. But you can't buy any 2 point powers. You could buy two 1 point powers or one 1 point power and then upgrade it.

OOC: When do I have to choose my forms for Dopplegang? Right now? The first time I use them?
You can choose them any time before you actually use them. Once you actually shapeshift into a certain disguise, you're stuck with it.
So you can wait to meet someone and then decide you want to copy them. Or you can invent your own two right now. Or you can mix and match. Or you can decide to copy people you already know. Your choice.

Yep, looks that way. Massive wall-o-text, coming right up.
Drifting in and out of consciousness, Zero, Caleb, and Vince see and hear everything as a swirl of images and vague sounds. A woman with dark hair stands over you with a medical needle.
Zeke's voice echoes vaguely in the background.
For the first time in days, you wake up. But you're so tired you can only stay awake for a moment.
The next two weeks are touch and go. You're only aware some of the time. You manage to gather bits and pieces of info from Zeke when you're not sleeping.
The blast leveled six city blocks. A few days later, some type of plague began sweeping through Empire City, so the government quarantined all five islands. Nobody goes in or comes out.
It's anarchy on the streets. The cops who survived the explosion and the plague are doing their best, but the criminals own the streets. They've taken over, carving out sections of the city for themselves, and to hell with anyone else. You're locked in with the drug-dealers, the murderers, the rapists, the psychos.
Trish saw everyone collapse, and rushed down to help. Along with Zeke, she managed to get everyone upstairs and provide medical care. But she's distant, haunted. Her sister died in the explosion.
Cole was in a coma for almost a week, but he pulled through. He appears to be in the same condition as you.
But all the changes on the outside world are nothing compared to the changes happening within you. Something happened. Something that should be impossible. Incredible, dangerous... and amazing.
Caleb was first to display physical symptoms. When Trish stuck an IV into his arm, the skin and muscle began healing so fast it literally pushed the needle out. Any cuts, bruises, and scars he had are now gone, and he appears to be in absolutely perfect health.
Zero was placed on a heart-monitor. Medically speaking, she should be dead. Her heartbeat is well over 200, and it's stayed there for two weeks. She can move her arms and head so fast they appear to be a blur. Trish won't let her get up and move, so who knows the extent of this effect?
Vince's bone structure and skin appear to have been drastically altered. Zeke heard Vince's bones crack and break, and he told Trish. At some point when Vince was unconscious, Trish and Zeke took him to the nearest abandoned hospital and took some X-rays. Instead of having large, solid bones, Vince now has thousands of smaller interconnecting bone plates.
Strange new structures, similar to tendons but stronger and smaller, have attached to the plates directly from Vince's nervous system. He theoretically has complete control of the bone plates and could shift their shape at will.
His skin has gained similar properties to an octopus or squid. He can change it's color and texture at will, and it appears to have become super elastic. It can stretch or compress almost unlimitedly.
When Trish tried to hook Cole up to a machine, the monitor exploded. When Zeke attempted to give him a shot, Zeke was shocked so badly he got second-degree burns. Unable to give Cole treatment, he almost died. He did recover, however, and is now awake along with the rest of you.
Two weeks of bedrest have taken their toll. But now Trish is letting you get up and move around. She told Zeke to take you to the roof of his apartment to let you get fresh air, sun, and excercise. On the roof, Zeke has rigged a TV to some batteries, and a few old couches sit in a semi-circle around it.
Everything scares me... kitties scare me... squirrels scare me... corpses....corpses bring forth a pletora of confusing feeling which i prefer not to dwell on...:p
Caleb stirred, and woke. As he's coming to, anyone in the room can hear him slur something that sounds like "I dun wanna go to school today." Once he fully comes to, and shakes away the cobwebs, he props himself up, and gets a feel for the room.
Vince has been sitting up in his bed for a few minutes already, playing with his right ear. He had twisted it 180 degrees with his hands, so it now sat on his head upside down. He could even pull or push on it to make it grow or shrink a small amount.
"Welcome to the land of the waking and the ****ed." Vince says to Caleb as he joins them in consciousness. He lets go of his ear and it snaps back to its original position.

The pain slowly begins to fade from Caleb's body. His bruises and cuts are... gone? He's no longer tired, but he can't seem to move his arms or legs.
Zero's voice is just as incomprehensible as it was a few seconds ago.
Cole writhes on the ground, while Zeke looks on in confusion and fear.
"Buddy! What's wrong?" Zeke reaches down to help Cole. He is promptly thrown back ten feet as a jolt of electricity blasts him away from Cole's body.

As everyone tries to recover, there's a roaring noise and a blinding flash of light from Cole's body, and you spiral into unconsciouness.

Looks fine to me.
You don't have to roll for HP, btw. You get full HP + Con at odd levels. And half HP + Con at even levels.
