"Lots or not, we shall escape, if they are not very strong then it is only a matter of finding the safest way out of here without alerting the larger number of guards" Kakita says sheathing his blade as he moves towards the fork in the path, he glances down both ways before stepping out into the opening.

Cottar moved quickly and purposefully to pick up his boomerang, and examined it carefully to make sure there were no major cracks yet on the worn wood. He then walked lithely to meet Kakita.

That is not dead which can eternal lie. And with strange eons even death may die.
Edited the prior post slightly to show me donning the armor, its ok if i dont act this round, hiding and silent moving actions still remain no point wasting a nat 20 and a 19

Most of the time you can post your actions with your initiative, and I can sort it all out. Sometimes you'll want to wait for some reason, but it is not necessary to do so.
Alright here are the actions, just put them in with the init order
As the creatures move to strike at Kakita, he will defend himself with his ancestral blade, hoping the speed of his attack is enough to end this fight.

The leader of the squad, with skin stretched thin across the bones and dessicated, attacks the priest, who narrowly escapes the crackling negative energy.
Ah, the heat of battle was upon them yet again, and Cottar finally felt the need to let his anger loose. His body began to clench and unclench, his vision began to become tinged with crimson, and his body temperature was almost hitting its boiling point.

Then, something strange began to show itself. Strange constructs of ephemeral light materialized about him, cloaked him in golden lammasu feathers and bisected his torso from his legs with a belt of purple, slimy-looking scales. His eyes shone golden and blue- perfect, unbroken orbs of muddled color and sheen. He drew the scythe from the sheath on his back, gripped it tightly in both hands, and the very metal of its blade seemed to tremble with some unknown force.
He screamed powerfully and terrifyingly, not with the voice of a simply angry halfling, but with the force of a lion's roar and the sheer earsplittingness of a howler monkey's screech.

"Oh **** you can't be serious, I mean do they really need to travel in such large groups." Ducking and rolling with the blows from the undead Pinkeye comes up pulling out his Ninja-to slashing the zombie.

As Kakita makes the left turn, he sees many more guards as well as another fork. It appears to be a maze of caves lit by torchlight.
There are four more skeletons, and three figures who have more flesh on them.

It was in a bag on the floor. So you'll have to put that on, then follow the other people, then finally do your actions.
I suggest deciding to wake up a bit sooner than that. Besides, your shackles were undone before they left.
"Everyone, we have more company to deal with" he holds the blade steady with both hands waiting for the proper time to strike.
