Lily moves so as she is in possition to make an all out attack against the soldier nearest to her, and then she swipes at him with both of her front claws, and attempts to take a bite out of him "I am so going to need to clean my mouth after this fight." she thinks to herself.

Taikavoima's spell once again flies toward the crew. The captain simply sidesteps the spell as it streaks toward him.
The rest of his crew aren't as lucky. The ray strikes each and every one of them, and they are all gripped by baleful energies that drain them of their power.

All but three nearly collapse to the ground. The three that manage to avoid the worst of the spell appear to grow weary and their movements slow. The rest are struggling to stay on their feet, and don't appear to be up to much fighting after the spell.
"They're weak," Hector growls. "Now is the time to strike. Borotur, cover me. I'm going for the captain. Don't let them surround me once I've engaged him." Hector immediately rushes across the plank, stopping just over halfway across the plank. "Someone punch a hole in them so I can get passed," he shouts.
The crew readjusts, and several of them rush to surround Lily and strike out with their rapiers, though their motions are slowed in the extreme by Taikavoima's spells.

The rest readjust to move within 10 feet of Lily, ready to swarm all over her next round. Several still wait to intercept Hector. The captain doesn't move from his perch on the upper deck, and the spellcasters (if any) still haven't acted.
Lily's claws both score hits on the pirate she fights, but he manages to step away from the bite.
Vael, Borotur, and Etos all wait for a better opportunity to act, and do nothing.
The other ships seem to have caught on to what's happening, and move closer to the battle, though they don't know which ship to attack just yet. By their patterns, they obviously mean to surround the two ships and attack once they figure out who is their ally and who is their enemy.
The storm gathers even more intensity, and Kalva appears to be struggling to keep the Seafoam next to the enemy ship.

Taikavoima casts a Telekinesis spell. He attempts to grapple, and subsequently pin the captain of the enemy ship. (He has a +27 grapple modifier for the spell (Please roll and resolve the attempts for me))
Taikavoima smashes the captain with a powerful crushing force. Unfortunately, the captain simply shrugs it off like water.
Hector looks at Etos. "There don't appear to be any casters. Get me over to the captain so we can finish this." Etos, using a skill only the most powerful of mages can master (OOC: Arcane Reach, for those who know about Archmages), points the rod in his hand at Hector, and quicker than the blink of an eye, Hector is imbuned with the power of flight (OOC: Quickened Fly spell on Hector). Hector lifts off, and in more of a very long jump than true flight, lands close to the captain. He sets his blades in a defensive position and waits for the captain to make his move.
The enemy crew, seeing their captain in trouble, move to support him. Their fatigue, however, limits their movements, and they can barely get halfway up the stairs to the upper deck before pausing for breath.
That's when Lily's burst of flame from the heavens streaks down and smites four of the crewmen.

Vael sends a blast of eldritch energy at one of the survivors of Lily's flame.

The spear of energy wipes the already-wounded sailor completely out. His body vanishes in a flash of power.
Borotur charges and easily cuts down another of the wounded sailors, his blood spraying in arcs over the deck.
Etos, following Taikavoima's lead, also sends crushing telekinetic energy at the captain.

I can sink a lot of ships if need be. Disintigrate of the normal and split-ray variety, reverse gravity, polymorph any object part of a hull into lava or something fun like that. Et cetera.
How you guys proceed is up to you. I'll let you discuss it in and out of character. Consider the combat ended as of this post.
Seeing the captain downed by Etos' spell, Hector's right-hand sword flashes to his throat while his left-hand blade points to the crew. "Call your men off, or you all die right here."
The captain's eyes go wide, and he quickly says "S-Stand down. They're too strong."
The crew all reluctantly drop their weapons and raise their hands in surrender. A moment later, the hatch to belowdecks is smashed open, and Fideas bursts forth, his gore-covered blade held in a high guard and his shield in a low guard. Seeing the crew have surrendered, he simply says "Oh," and wipes his bloody sword on the corpse of one of the dead sailors on deck. "I see you won up here. The crew belowdecks won't be a problem. Nor will the cannons." He says it without emotion, his face kept carefully neutral. He glances at the open hatch to the lower parts of the ship and a tinge of some emotion-regret, maybe?- flashes on his face for a moment.

"Right then, I suppose we should deal with them now?" Lily indicates the ships that were hovering around the area threatening to take down the Sea Foam.

"Let's just get out of here" says Taikavoima, "and I'll sink anyone stupid enough to follow us. Let's bring the captain to our ship and set sail."
And that's me, readying an action to blast any boat trying to follow. Disintigrate on the lower hull (to sink the ship), or Split Ray Disintigrate if there is two; close enough to hit both.
"We cahn't just leave the civvies ta fend for themselves, cahn we?" the dwarf asked, waving his axe in the direction of the harbor and the civilian ships that were also bottled up. "There be honest folk tryin ta get outta this mess."
"Yes, I had forgotten about that.." says Taikavoima. He looks worried; from the pirates to the city, and back again. "This place is flaling to chaos... we should help out everyone we can. What I'm worried about is enemy spellcasters. I could likely sink all of their ships, but that's relying on no counterspelling mages."
"If there is one thing my life as a spy has taught me," Fideas says, giving Lily a significant look. "It is that martial might isn't always the answer. In any situation, you must ask yourself if negotiation, surprise, or perhaps subterfuge could be used more effectively than pure offensive power?"
The storm is nearly on top of the blockade now, the wind becoming dangerously strong, whipping the sea into a frenzy of waves.
"Whatever we do, we need to hurry," Hector says.
Etos snorts. "Thanks for pointing that out. Never would have realized that without your expert observation."
The captain's face contorts with rage. "Kill me or let me go, traitors. Don't waste my time with pointless banter."

"Traitors are we? Who told you we were Traitors? Who ordered you to Blockade the Harbor and to slaughter innocent civilians of this City whom you were supposed to be protecting with your life?" Lily asks with a striking calmness to her voice that perfectly hid the rage she felt inside of her at his insinuation.

Closest one is about 300 feet, give or take. They all pretty much have turned their cannons toward the Seafoam and the flagship, but haven't fired due to Etos's spell.
