Alright then, I don't mind if you drop out as long as people tell me so. I'm ready to play as soon as everyone's sheets are done. As long as I'm a moderator on MTGS there is no chance of this fizzling out from my end. It is just a question of if the players are dedicated.
We don't have enough players now, even if Mattsadface replies. So I guess it is toast for now. Keep your character sheets not-deleted and if there are more people interested I'll PM you and Caex. I can run this at any time and since I'm a moderator it isn't like I'm going to be unavailable.
Just fyi, I MIGHT still be interested. I will drop the charade, I have never actually played before, although I enjoy reading story and lore associated with the game. PATIENCE, and I can learn the game quite quickly, though I may need some help in certain places at times. Really, I wasn't trying to cheat, I just wanted a decent health stat, so I didn't get crushed in the first battle. Is that truly such a sin?
It doesn't matter really, although I do find it a little odd that the thread started to die off about the same time you threw me out over nonsense.
She/he (sorry not sure which one) didn't throw you out over nonsense just to start that off. She threw you out because D&D is a very honour based game. It is easy to lie and cheat the system if you want too. I would have asked you to leave as well.
You also should have been honest about not having played before. There are few things D&D heads like more than turning a freshie into a head. We are a dying breed and always willing to mentor others into the game. You obviously have the bug which is the first step.
You just have to realize how much of a trust based game this is. Without trust how are we to know if the party is balanced properly. Sure it is a ton of fun to be the character doing the most damage turn after turn. The bad part being that it is often very hard to keep track of how people can arrive at their damage totals. My wife once had an Arcane Archer that required her to use a white board taped off into columns so she could add her dozen or so damage contributors.
How is everyone else on their characters?
