**The gilded carriage that Arl and Colt had been ushered into was opulent, yet oddly uncomfortable. The fact that the servant who had invited them along never stopped staring at them. His smile stretched further across his somewhat weaselly face, sweat beginning to bead on his forehead.**
Servant - "The two of you really are splendidly interesting. Splendidly so."
**It was clearly expensive, with gold flecked wood and rare furs adorning the seats. But it had become very uncomfortable to be in rather quickly; it seemed the vehicle was not designed with the needs of someone actually riding in it in mind.**
**Outside was a particularly lush stretch of forest, perhaps Chakosa. They were currently parked beside a small, clear lake and a rather quaint hunting lodge which the servant quickl disappeared into.**
Arl walks towards the hunting lodge at a slow pace.
Seeing the lodge, Cee turns around in the air and starts flying in another random location. He tries to look natural in case someone is watching him. After a bit of natural flying about he sneakily heads back towards the nearest town. Or rather, the nearest peacekeeper location that has seen Arl before. Cee earnestly hopes he's only doing this to bring the clean up crew. Arl's with Colt after all, doesn't get much safer than that.
It was cozy, yet incredibly odd: there was a large armchair and a roaring fire but other than that little in the way of furniture. There was, however, just about every animal that has ever existed dead and stuffed crammed into every nook and cranny. The servant fiddled with a gem set in the mouth of a river tyrant, and an image popped to life from it.
He was a rather pleasant looking man, handsome and dark featured with carefully molded hair and a small mustache. He was dressed simply in khakis and was elbow deep in the twitching bear he was skinning. The man paused a moment before recognition and a smile passed his face.**
Lautremont - "Why, Stately! You old dog. What's all this then?"
**The servant gave several quick bows, responding quickly.**
Stately - "Master, I have brought more guests; you see?"
**The nobleman's projection glanced towards Arl and Colt, appearing intrigued.**
Lautremont - "I see....do step closer, my friends; the picture quality on these projections can be abysmal."
