@Seppel No I was just being dumb/lazy, went and figured it out. Which as it happens could you continue that? The first half of my ability was successful, but I won't get the rest until tomorrow.
Does Iso being scum come from the fact that he didn't come to those conclusions that you state, or that he isn't even acknowledging them?
Want to hear GJs wagon analysis and Rhand's wall response before voting
Can you analyze the individual players on your wagons? In general, do you think it's more scum-driving that's been throwing you in here over and over or town-driving or both? I understand D2 as well, go into more detail on "bleh"
I'll try.
Day 1 felt mostly like a rush to the end. I made a claim that didn't sound overly townie, and that went the distance. There was no attempt to see if such an ability existed, there was just an arrest me, and move on. Of all the votes pre-claim, Cyan/WG probably had the worst ones here. Post claim, Ghosting did by far. I actually had the mindset that after he asked me about my ability, he was more leaning on the town/wait and see. Necarg voted me, followed by Ghosting hammered, and while I was more suspicious of Necarg at the time, Ghosting really didn't impress me much more. He has done very little to lead, and his bandwagon on me day 3 was just as bandwagony as it was day 1.
Day 2, like I said, I am ignoring because reasons. Vaimes/Iso join the party, even though the latter says he doesn't believe I am scum, but something along the lines of 'I can't ignore that play'. I really don't know how much stock to put into it, as I can see town and scum motivations.
Day 3 is the most interesting day by far. I will still find this one of the most groan worthy posts, even if Rhand flips town:
And I've said this before: GJ's role is perfect for scum to have because it activates during Day, freeing him up to do something else at Night.
Like, really? That's your justification?
....(I read the next post and didn't realize D_V thought it was a good point. I....can't even)
At this point, despite no break in the GJ paintrain, Vaimes/Cyan both have used two votes and neither were aimed at me. Vaimes went Iso/SC, and Cyan went Iso/Rhand.
Quote from Rhand »
@Wheat: what do you think about Chris's Vaimes vote toDay?
I think I would've targetted you as well if I had Iso's role. You were a too obvious kill target to actually get killed. Your role would attract docs and watchers if they were in the game. I get the feeling you want Iso to be scum.
I agree on the other two though. Can you explain more why Chris is town?
vote GJ, vote Hunt
"Well, if I follow the mod confirmed town, I must be town!"
I still don't know what to think about GJ right now. I don't feel like his behavior has improved much today. I also don't feel like he and Iso can really be scum together. But WG has made me feel more confident in my initial read there, and I'm willing to let the Jury decide whether to lynch Iso or GJ. Vote GJ
Big surprise. The only thing this showed is that Cyan is attempting to make it look like his read is more dynamic, rather than static. His vote on Rhand at this stage and after just make it look like he is distancing.
Quote from Ghosting »
Thought I already had my vote on GJ, but since I don't, Vote GJ.
Did i just wonder into a Denny's because this post was a grand slam (I realized I used this one already, but it merited repeating).
Quote from Vaimes »
literally every mafia player under the sun has probably said "I'm okay with [being lynched]" or some variation thereof at one point. it's completely null. and there's no way Hunt is getting lynched over Iso or GJ, so if he ends up being the third Defendant then it's not a huge deal.
anyway.
Vote GJ
do we even have time to send a third person to trial. for some reason this Day has been a mess of lurking and V/LAs.
Vaimes has a role that has a very low chance of being a scum ability. That is all I am going to say about how I feel about this post. Feel free to read between the lines.
Dota's was a deadline vote, and I still think he is town.
Quote from Seppel »
Keep reading. I answer this.
You explain why my survival instinct is omnipotent as scum, but absent here, but not how that ties to you meeting me IRL. I don't think it's super relevant to this game, but I still want to know for curiosity's sake.
Iso is in a very weird spot for me. Votes can be very swingy, and without dead scum bodies, along with the tri-defendant strategy, I think reading into decisions like jury votes are much biggesr than they would be in a normal game. Iso has done things I haven't liked, including his day 2 vote of me, his pessimistic attitude of saying "GJ is probably town, but will still be on jury anyway", and while I am still trying to figure out if WG caught him on the target choice, it seems eh.
That said, I'm town, megs is null, and Necarg is town. Let's assume Iso is scum. Regardless of how bad I play, or how scummy I may look, Iso could have held off on extending the day, let the chicken game play out and take absolutely zero blame for my town death. There were so may worse people, he almost was expected to hammer me out (or nothing me out, as it were). Even if megs was scum, he doesn't look any worse for wear, and if megs was town, he still is not inclinded to do anything but try and push his read, knowing that SC not willing to budge only looks worse for him.
That brings me to SC. Again, assume he is a scum neighborizer (since there is no doubt that ability exists). Again, all defendants are town. If i die night 1, or think I will die, what is stopping me from outing SC had a neighborizer and didn't speak up? Does scumSC really take that chance knowing that a town flip with him witholding that information almost assuredly sinks him (or at least makes him look questionable). Apart from the fact that his jury chat has been quite good to my ears as well, I liked where his mind was at, and his actions day 1 in the jury, and day 2 in the thread were all really strong.
Rhand is on trial because Chris diverted attention to him because Rhand also thinks Chris is scum, and enough people said, "Huh, you know, I don't think I remember anything Rhand has really done that's been impactful all game." I think the prior sentiment is a result of Rhand having limited access for most of the game, and I have every intention of white-knighting him.
So your town-read on Rhand is whole-ly dependent on Chris being scum? And then what's the thought process for that? Chris did it to avoid him getting put on the bench + Cyan's push? Like that's really how I feel about Rhand as well. He threw a readwall once when I asked him some-odd pages ago, which felt pretty good, and then disappeared back into the abyss again until getting pressured into arrest. Do you have any other basis for why Rhand is town? Anything Rhand's done specifically, as opposed to things he hasn't/things others have done around him? Because town-reading him to the degree you're suddenly spouse-ing is...a lot
Also clarification: so you currently believe the best call is to no lynch right now? What would you do if you were sole Juror (Judge) right now with only 2 Defendants of Rhand and GJ?
I am 100% sold on Chris being scum. I realize that Rhand hasn't really had a hand in a lot of the proceedings, but again, I think he's being scapegoated along with GJ and myself to force a situation where all town are on the bench, because inevitably, there's going to be someone who finds SOME kind of reason to scumread one of us, especially given the negative sentiments towards the three of us that existed in the thread prior to toDay. Invariably, this results in a town lynch. Hypothetically, even if you and Seppel aren't scum, the jury is still heavily mafia-rigged, meaning they can effectively put whomever they want on the jury to suit their agenda.
-
@Seppel: What exactly in the jury QT am I not commenting on that's just SOOO important that you're willing to lynch me over it? Especially given that I think you and Citric are scum, this is just pure cognitive dissonance in your alleged read of me.
Hopefully I'm wrong about Citric, and he and Anak will see the total invalidity of anything you're saying.

You're dodging the question. The explicit hypothetical I am asking you to answer is what would you do right now if you were Judge over those two (because obviously asking you to preside over yourself doesn't make sense). And then why would you do X? Why wouldn't you do Y/Z, where Y and Z are the other 2 possible actions that aren't X.

Actually, can you clarify better what your read on Iso is. You say he's in a weird spot for you but then your second paragraph is a total wash (cancels itself out) and your third talks about Sir Chris.
Do you think Iso and Sir Chris are unaligned/aren't knowingly aligned?
Read on Iso is lean town. Like, between the two of them, I dunk Rhand and don't look back.
My issue is Iso has been doing a lot of things that raise eyebrows, but I can't get past his move on jury, as I stated in the paragraph. It makes very little sense from his perspective to extend. There is no way in hell both SC and Iso are scum though. Not with me in the position I was.
I guess what I am saying is behaviorally, Iso really isn't the town I expect him to be. But from his actions, I can't see his scum perspective from just letting me die.
You explain why my survival instinct is omnipotent as scum, but absent here, but not how that ties to you meeting me IRL. I don't think it's super relevant to this game, but I still want to know for curiosity's sake.
I read voice in posts. Having met you allows me to better place your voice. It's in your voice.
Does Iso being scum come from the fact that he didn't come to those conclusions that you state, or that he isn't even acknowledging them?
He's barely acknowledging them. But they don't fit into the universe he's trying to project, so he's just rejecting them without any rational explanations.
Oh one last note, I have a feeling that the scum can only shove a townie onto jury (otherwise BAHROKEN) so Sir Chris will (1) definitely not be on Jury tomorrow and (2) definitely be lynched tomorrow.
Oh, Citric, I forgot to answer your hypothetical. The correct choice is a No Lynch if my choices are Rhand and GJ, now that I know that's an option. If you're forcing me to pick one of them to kill, definitely GJ for the reasons I stated before.

Phoenix tried to do something a little different with the investigation today. While Damon Gant and Shelly de Killer were bad people, they weren't responsible for the current Tarot Killer Murders. "While the jury system is good at figuring out who the bad apples are in our society, we need to find the killers," Phoenix thought to himself.
That morning, Phoenix drove to the von Karma mansion and, once again, did his own investigative work. He hoped that the killers were going to get a little too complacent and leave some critical pieces of evidence behind. Plus, two people were murdered - Franziska and her father, and the news reports coming out of the mansion seemed like they died by two separate causes. Due to the lack of tarot card on Manfred's body, Phoenix concluded that a separate person had committed that killing. That person would obviously need to be brought to justice, but not now - the Tarot Killer was more a priority for Phoenix.
Phoenix flashed his attorney's badge in order to get inside the von Karma mansion and approached the detective on the case, who was strangely not Gumshoe this time. "Would it be possible to get the remaining documents from von Karma pertaining to the case?"
The junior detective mouthed "wait a bit" and left to go deeper into the mansion. When he returned, he gave the documents to Phoenix. "These appear to be Franziska's notes on the case. We haven't looked through them yet, though, so feel free to check if they would give any additional insights on the investigation."
Phoenix put the papers in his briefcase. "Thanks," Phoenix said. "What happened to Manfred von Karma's work on the case, though?"
The detective sighed a bit. "I couldn't find them anywhere, so I asked around and found that all of his work is in the Records Room at the police station. The police station's still in kind of in chaos from Gant's arrest, though, so it'll take a while for the paperwork to be sent in."
"Ah, I see. Well, let me know once Manfred's paperwork comes in. See you later." Phoenix then left to go to deeper into the mansion. It was possible that Franziska or her father would have some critical information about the case, as they preferred to not cooperate with the other investigators and preferred to work on their own. Phoenix went into the room where Franziska was killed. Her body was already hauled off to the hospital, but there were still several clues that the detectives in the room were still looking through.
The detectives were examining things like the time of death and what kind of bullets hit her from behind, but Phoenix noticed a stray belt near one of the drawers. That was strange. Franziska didn't wear belts, and while Manfred had an impressive wardrobe for a prosecutor, it seemed odd for a stray belt to be near Franziska's bedroom. Phoenix picked it up and closely inspected the logo - it was something of Eastern design. "Hmm," Phoenix thought to himself. He stashed the belt in his briefcase and pulled out Franziska's papers, then started to look through them. Most of it was coming to similar conclusions as the main investigative team, but there was one interesting part that Phoenix pulled out.
Apparently, Franziska was a lot more.. paranoid, for lack of a better term, and speculated a list of potential motives for every prominent person on the case in Tokyo Los Angeles. Most of these didn't make much sense, or were unnecessarily stretched out - there was even one for Phoenix! - but there were a couple whose motivations could make sense. However, Phoenix noticed a name on there - several names, actually - whom he didn't recognize. The only Eastern name on here was a fellow named Shi-Long Lang. Phoenix thought back to the belt again. Was it possible that these two were connected?
Phoenix rubbed his chin - it was a lot harder to reason out things when you didn't have an assistant - and continued looking through the mansion. He felt as though he was going somewhere, even though all he had was circumstantial evidence.
Phoenix spent the entire day investigating the case, so it was pretty late when he got back out. He had a few items in his briefcase, but the police wouldn't let him take most of it as they were deemed critical pieces of evidence. Still, Phoenix managed to snag the belt without anyone noticing, and he snuck some small trinkets as well which may help the jurors at trial tomorrow. Phoenix was going to eat a quick dinner and prep for the trial.
As he was leaving the mansion, Phoenix heard a voice call out. "Hey!" The junior detective Phoenix met that morning rushed up to him, paperwork in hand. "Here are Manfred's documents, as you requested." The detective producted a spiral-bound book and gave it to Phoenix. "Whoa!" Phoenix exclaimed. "There is sure a lot of stuff in here."
"Yeah, we hope it's useful to solving this case," the junior detective said. "Remember, keep your doors locked and have a good security system in place. The Tarot Killer seems to be specifically targeting people working on trying to figure out their identity."
Phoenix smiled. "Yeah, I will." He then left to take his car to a local restaurant.
As Phoenix was reading over Manfred's documents while eating, he noticed that Manfred had actually made a profile for every detective, prosecutor, and defense attorney in Tokyo Los Angeles, which was formidable, to say the least. However, what caught his attention was the last page, which was written before Manfred died. Manfred was investigating some people in Interpol and noticed that there was a strong correlation between some detectives entering the city and when the murders started to pick up. Between the belt, Franziska's list of motives, and Manfred's independent investigation.. It was clear that Shi-Long Lang needed to be questioned.
There were one and a half days of discussion amongst the jury, and it was clear that a decision was made. The American judge was presiding over this trial, as the Canadian one needed a break after judging the de Killer one.
"Attention, everyone! The jurors have made their decision." The judge motioned to the bailiff stand, where Iso, Gentleman Johnny, and Rhand were sitting. "Upon reviewing the information a timely defense attorney has given us, we have concluded that this evidence holds more weight than what we previously had," the judge announced. "Rhand, also known as Shi-Long Lang, the Interpol agent! Please come to the stand."
One of the jurors, CitricBase, had some questions for Lang. "We have just received news that a belt, apparently made from Zheng Fa, was at the crime scene. Is this your belt?" CitricBase held up a long belt, with a symbol of a claw.
Lang recoiled a bit, but then answered matter-of-factly. "No, it's not." He went on. "I don't wear belts from Zheng Fa. They're all low quality. If I were to wear a belt -" he gestured to the belt he was wearing right now, which appeared to be purchased at Hope Springs Airport - "I would buy it from this country."
CitricBase went on. "How about the fact that you would have a very clear motive for the killings? What about when you entered the city of Tokyo Los Angeles and when the murders picked up?" The court audience started to yell, and Lang had trouble responding.
"Enough!" the judge cried out. "No matter if you are guilty or not, Lang, you will answer to this court. And the jurors have found you guilty."
Lang stammered for a bit, but soon began to laugh.
"Corrupt prosecutors, corrupt defense attornies, and corrupt judges. That's all what this country is," Shi-Long Lang yelled. His laughter shook the entire courtroom into silence. "Yes, I admit it. I am one of the members of this 'Tarot Killer'.
This country's legal system is messed up, and one of the prosecutors in this city specifically brought my whole family to ruins," Lang intoned. "Normally, I would answer to the law. However, I see no reason to operate under this dark age of the law."
Lang laughed again. "And you guys won't be catching my anytime soon." Lang snapped his fingers.
Immediately, a posse of bodyguards surrounded Lang. "Distract the audience. Help me escape!" Lang yelled. The bodyguards did their job well, but one lone detective who was in the courtroom immediately pulled out a gun and fired it.
"Ugh!" Lang stopped moving, and collapsed onto the ground. The shot was perfectly aimed at Lang's leg - enough to injure him and stop him from moving, but not enough to kill him. Before he was picked up, Lang uttered:
"Lang Zi says: The end of the trial is not always the end of the case."

"Lang Zi says: 'A cub who disrespects others soon feels the disciplinary bite of an elder.'"
You're on the plane from Zheng Fa to Tokyo Los Angeles, and while it won't be your first time in an American country, your heart beings to fill with a deep, seething hatred. This is the city where the House of Lang crumbled, and where you must do battle to restore your family's honor.
It all started with your father, Dai-Long Lang. Before your family's honor came crashing down, the Lang family was a particularly notable one in Zheng Fa, as your family members routinely grew up to be members of law enforcement, and they all went to the most prestigious schools. The president of Zheng Fa, Di-Jun Huang, was a close friend of your father's, as your father was his top bodyguard.
However, a series of events caused the Lang family to be dishonored and forever ruined in the eyes of Zheng Fa social status. Di-Jun Huang, the president of Zheng Fa, was kidnapped and held for ransom under your father's nose. Even though the president was successfully able to be brought back, it seemed like he turned into a completely different person. Di-Jun Huang demoted your father and insisted on using private bodyguards, completely removing himself from the Lang family. You saw your father lose his job and all of your family's fortunes gone to waste, and you vowed to become the top Interpol agent in order to get to the bottom of it.
And now, here you are, in Tokyo Los Angeles. Years ago, they managed to find a suspect for the kidnapping. While you believed from the bottom of your heart that the person was responsible for the fall of your family, that person was acquitted by this country’s corrupt court system. Corrupt prosecutors, corrupt defense attorneys, even corrupt judges. And now you’ve come to put an end to it.
To pull off this operation, you have allied with others who have similar grudges. You slow your breathing, and think of the shotgun you had delivered via special transportation exclusively for Interpol agents. With any luck, you will kill the ones who have brought shame and dishonor to your family, and once again give meaning to the name "Lang."
Welcome to Ace Attorney Mafia, Rhand! You are a Mafia Two-Shot Nominator. You have the following special abilities:
Voting Abilities(Every player has these abilities):
1. During Investigation, you have X votes, where X is the number of defendants needed to be nominated to end the phase.
2. Each Night, you may PM me the name of another player you want to vote for as a jury member.
Factional Abilities:
[REDACTED]
Active Abilities: Not so fast! (two-shot): Any time during the Investigation Phase, you may choose to PM the mod and target a player with this ability. If you do, you will arrest that player, immediately indicting that player as a defendant in the next Trial Phase. You may only activate this ability once per Investigation. You can't use this ability if you would nominate the last defendant (if doing so would end the Investigation phase).
Win Condition: The mafia wins when they equal or outnumber the remaining players.
After that, the bodyguards were tackled by the bailiffs and two of the more senior detectives carried out Lang's body to the hospital.
"It seems like justice has been served. We have found one of the members of the Tarot Killer today, which is a monumental achievement," the judge said. "Court is adjourned!"
It is now Night 3. Please send in all actions and jury votes within 48 hours. Day 4 will start on Saturday.
"What news updates do we have on the Tarot Killing murders today?"
"Well, things were a bit unusual last night, Jack," one of the TV talking-heads said. "There were some murders last night, but police reporters haven't noticed any signs of them being committed by the Tarot Killer."
"Oh?" Jack leaned forward. "It looks like our city of Tokyo Los Angeles is getting a little less safe minute by minute. Can you tell us more about their deaths?"
"Yes. First off, one's not actually a death, but a missing person case."
"What do you mean?"
"It seems like Cyan just up and vanished and was reporting missing since last afternoon. We're trying to find any signs of his whereabouts, but it's very strange for a person like him to completely disappear like this. We do know that he was not a member of the Tarot Killers, though."
Cyan, Town [REDACTED], was killed Night 3
"That's certainly more than a little strange. What about the other death that happened?"
"Frank, this is a sad and tragic tale. It seems like Gentleman Johnny, better known as Tyrell Badd, one of the most senior detectives on the Tarot Killing case, was poisoned last night. He was identified as the one who shot Shi-Long Lang, one of the Tarot Killer members, right in the leg to incapacitate him. He was a local hero."

As a veteran detective, you’ve met your fair share of criminals, corrupt lawyers, and maniacs. You aren’t the same person as when you first joined the force, but one thing did remain the same - your drive to find the truth. Although you’ve picked up just about every trick in the book, you also know that sometimes, sticking to the book just doesn’t cut it. Sometimes, you gotta bend the rules - even if they bend so hard that they break.
Right now, it might mean just leaking a few interrogation reports. Hey, everyone does it, sometimes not even on purpose. Plausible deniability is what makes the justice system go ‘round. But later, you might have to get your hands a bit dirtier. And when that time comes, you’re gonna be ready.
Welcome to Ace Attorney Mafia, Gentleman Johnny! You are a Town Three-Shot Journalist. You have the following special abilities:
Voting Abilities(Every player has these abilities):
1. During Investigation, you have X votes, where X is the number of defendants needed to be nominated to end the phase.
2. Each Night, you may PM me the name of another player you want to vote for as a jury member.
Active Abilities: The Truth Isn't Sweet (three-shot): Each Day, you may target a player and conduct an interview with that player at Night. You may send that player up to two yes-or-no questions, and that player may respond with answers to those questions. That interview will be broadcast in the morning in public the next Investigation with their name hidden. That player will be notified that their answers will be broadcast publicly.
Win Condition: Eliminate all threats.
"What's more, he was in the process of leaking some confidential police interviews last night. We managed to get him on record interviewing a suspect, right before the poison took effect. Here they are:
Question 1: Do you believe that my alignment is connected to Chris's at all?
No
Question 2: If Io flips town, does that affect your read of the jury at all (that you have listed as likely being all town)?
No
"That's all there is, folks," Jack Cameron, one of the reporters, said. "We hope everyone stays safe in these trying times."
It is now Investigation 4. With 9 on the case, it takes 5 votes to arrest someone.
The deadline is in ten days, on Tuesday, May 17.
Vaimes and Iso have been nominated to be on the jury. They may not post in the thread until Trial 4 begins.
Keep in mind that you guys can only arrest two people Today, and the first one arrested will be the default lynch if the jury can't agree. This makes the order of arresting that much more important.

Please vote Rhand? I am going to be super checked out in my neighbor chat if this comes down to 3 people I think are town =(
You just literally said that Megs is your only real scumread and now you're advocating a wagon on me without reasoning at all?
Just... Go to trial please. You or Hunt.
Yes, please keep scum reading me hen the only flipped scum was pushing so hard for my mislynch...
(this is rhetorical and not aimed at anyone in particular)
No one else finds it suspect that the people I am scumreading are the ones trying to kill me?
Not really, because your votes on them occurred after they had made it clear you're scum, and your votes came across as OMGUS (with no explanation, just the votes). You've also just now went from a troll vote on Dota (if not a troll vote, a bad vote), to Rhand, a wagon one of your scumreads is leading. I find all of that much, much more suspect.
By the way, how have you, or anyone else for that matter, "made it clear that (I) was scum" ???
Question still stands Ghosting? How has anyone "made it clear" ???
If anyone isn't paying attnetion, Ghosting and Dota still very likely to be scum.
I am not as convinced about Sir Chris now. I think I was wrong about him.

So yes, claim. Now.
Oh jeez.
Also did anyone gain an ability from Iso?[/quote]Iso claimed 2 unlock shots (used on Wheat N1 and Cyan N2(confirmed)), and 2 lock shots. So the question is, who lost an ability last night?
I targeted Huntzilla last night with my jury vote ability and was successful, which means I was wrong about Hunt being perma-untargetable.

Uh I got locked but that gave me the ability to neighbor again so I am lost.

I was expecting to be dead so I didn't put much effort into making more details.
So Citric is confirmed scum then or am I misunderstanding what was said?
@Hunt: I'm 99% sure I have explained this already, and am even more sure that others have as well. I even called out how horrible your votes were, your dismissal of your wagon, etc. Meanwhile, you call me and Dota scum, but can you explain why? Keep in mind your view of us (for sure at least me) came directly after me calling you scum. Before that, you had never mentioned it.
Okay so Locked does what it was said to do now, which doesn't much matter considering it was a one shot ability anyway so I cannot neighbor anyone and stuff.
At least I had the honor of fighting for obviously town GJ against you smucks lol <_<.

1) No one, I had missed the deadline... I stupidly forgot
2) Janitor is a scum role that can "clean up" after the night kill, which manifests in the flip being doctored in some way. In this instance, Cyan appearing town but no other info.
So Citric is confirmed scum then or am I misunderstanding what was said?

To be fair I didn't mention much before that.
I wait for the bad votes on me to materialize, and then I start shouting about the scum I see. Do it all the time, for better or for worse.
Your vote, and ESPECIALLY Dota's were bad. So was Rhand's. Rhand was scum. Kind of how that works for me...
Chris was a gut read, but like I said, I could be wrong about him.
SO, why would a scum Iso go through the trouble of posting an "obviously fake" exclamation that they killed a townie? Especially if he is scum and knows Rhand is flipping red? Why is it alignment indicative to have scum Iso show indignation towards a lynch? Especially one he didn't want to be wrong about given his ego?
[1] Iso - Seppel

Deadline is in 14 hours.
Does Iso being scum come from the fact that he didn't come to those conclusions that you state, or that he isn't even acknowledging them?
Want to hear GJs wagon analysis and Rhand's wall response before voting
Like, really? That's your justification?
....(I read the next post and didn't realize D_V thought it was a good point. I....can't even)
At this point, despite no break in the GJ paintrain, Vaimes/Cyan both have used two votes and neither were aimed at me. Vaimes went Iso/SC, and Cyan went Iso/Rhand.
"Well, if I follow the mod confirmed town, I must be town!"
Big surprise. The only thing this showed is that Cyan is attempting to make it look like his read is more dynamic, rather than static. His vote on Rhand at this stage and after just make it look like he is distancing.
Did i just wonder into a Denny's because this post was a grand slam (I realized I used this one already, but it merited repeating).
Vaimes has a role that has a very low chance of being a scum ability. That is all I am going to say about how I feel about this post. Feel free to read between the lines.
Dota's was a deadline vote, and I still think he is town.
You explain why my survival instinct is omnipotent as scum, but absent here, but not how that ties to you meeting me IRL. I don't think it's super relevant to this game, but I still want to know for curiosity's sake.
The GJ way path to no lynching:
The GJ way path to no lynching:

And then why would you do X? Why wouldn't you do Y/Z, where Y and Z are the other 2 possible actions that aren't X.

Apparently, Franziska was a lot more.. paranoid, for lack of a better term, and speculated a list of potential motives for every prominent person on the case in
TokyoLos Angeles. Was it possible that these two were connected?Phoenix rubbed his chin - it was a lot harder to reason out things when you didn't have an assistant - and continued looking through the mansion.
As Phoenix was reading over Manfred's documents while eating, he noticed that Manfred had actually made a profile for every detective, prosecutor, and defense attorney in
TokyoLos Angeles, which was formidable, to say the least.
What about when you entered the city of
TokyoLos Angeles and when the murders picked up?" The court audience started to yell, and Lang had trouble responding."Enough!" the judge cried out.
SHI-LONG LANG - Rhand

Eye Color: Brown
Occupation: Interpol Agent
You're on the plane from Zheng Fa to
TokyoLos Angeles, and while it won't be your first time in an American country, your heart beings to fill with a deep, seething hatred.
And now, here you are, in
TokyoLos Angeles. And now you’ve come to put an end to it.To pull off this operation, you have allied with others who have similar grudges. You slow your breathing, and think of the shotgun you had delivered via special transportation exclusively for Interpol agents. With any luck, you will kill the ones who have brought shame and dishonor to your family, and once again give meaning to the name "Lang."

2. Each Night, you may PM me the name of another player you want to vote for as a jury member.
Factional Abilities:

Active Abilities:
Not so fast!
"It looks like our city of
TokyoLos Angeles is getting a little less safe minute by minute. Can you tell us more about their deaths?""Yes.

Voting Abilities (Every player has these abilities):
1. During Investigation, you have X votes, where X is the number of defendants needed to be nominated to end the phase.
2. Each Night, you may PM me the name of another player you want to vote for as a jury member.
Active Abilities:
The Truth Isn't Sweet (three-shot): Each Day, you may target a player and conduct an interview with that player at Night.
"That's all there is, folks," Jack Cameron, one of the reporters, said. "We hope everyone stays safe in these trying times."
It is now Investigation 4. With 9 on the case, it takes 5 votes to arrest someone.
The deadline is in ten days, on Tuesday, May 17.
Vaimes and Iso have been nominated to be on the jury. They may not post in the thread until Trial 4 begins.
Keep in mind that you guys can only arrest two people Today, and the first one arrested will be the default lynch if the jury can't agree. This makes the order of arresting that much more important.
My ability is that if I am on the jury, I can pick another jury member or defendents and learn if they gain an ability. If I guess right, I then follow them that night, learning if they use their ability and on whom they use it.
I targeted Citric, and learned that he did gain an ability. At night, that ability was used on Cyan. Who starts the day off dead.

Question still stands Ghosting? How has anyone "made it clear" ???
If anyone isn't paying attnetion, Ghosting and Dota still very likely to be scum.
I am not as convinced about Sir Chris now. I think I was wrong about him.
That is a super catch Anak. Nicely done.

1) Who was your jury vote last night, and why?
2) Thoughts on Cyan's role not being revealed upon his death?
2) First thought was a janitor
also kinda drunk so I'll say more later
What's a janitor?
Please refrain from doing so in the future, though.

Here's some notes from the first 10 pages:
307=GJ is definitely town
347=Vaimes is definitely town
444 & 500=D_V is definitely town
473=Ghosting is probably town
487=Here's to continuing TS's 100% win rate!
I was expecting to be dead so I didn't put much effort into making more details.

I have a good feeling about ghosting now. I literally thought the exact same thing.
So you have another shot?
Can you check to see if you got this because GJ died or because you got locked?
Okay so Locked does what it was said to do now, which doesn't much matter considering it was a one shot ability anyway so I cannot neighbor anyone and stuff.
At least I had the honor of fighting for obviously town GJ against you smucks lol <_<.

With 9 on the case, it's 5 votes to arrest. Keep in mind that you guys only have two votes today.

1) No one, I had missed the deadline... I stupidly forgot
2) Janitor is a scum role that can "clean up" after the night kill, which manifests in the flip being doctored in some way. In this instance, Cyan appearing town but no other info.
