So I have a few multiplayer decks but no decks built only for 1v1 play. I decided I want this one to be Vendillion Clique.
Just wondering what are some staple cards for Cliques deck. I assume just counter spells, utility, card draw, and bounce effects?

it only runs like 2 or 3 other creatures, like Sower of temptation its exactly what you said, cantrips, counters, draw, bonce, also you can Tunnel Vision after you tuck with Clique, Hinder, or Spell Crumple for an alternate win.
So I assume the win con is just the 7 turn recursive clock clique provides, with 99 cards backup. With a instant wincon as back up.
Sounds nifty.

thats exactly what it is, clique takes 7 turns to kill with general damage which is a long time, but it doesnt matter because you're opponent literally doesn't get to play anything, and anything they do you just keep bouncing and then counter it ...
