I recently just got back into Magic, and I like Legacy/Vintage more than I like standard or modern. Is this deck worth anything, or have I missed the mark completely for a tournament worthy deck?
You mean as far as playability or actual cash value? (just wanted to clarify I'm assuming you are talking playability) as far as the playability of the deck goes cards like elvish piper are very inefficient ways to cheat things into play because your opponent gets a turn to deal with them. If you are looking for a deck that chucks Eldrazi at people the card show and tell. A lot of these cards are very weak in legacy due to the amount of time it can take to ramp into them or the limited impact they have on the board. look at Gaea's Revenge for example, at 5 toughness a Tarmogoyf can easily kill it and it only costs two mana. There are a lot of solid cards here like sylvan library. This deck how it stands however would not do well in a legacy event in my opinion and I would be surprised if it beat any well made legacy deck. And as far as vintage goes there is not a chance. Do you have legacy or vintage in your area? If not modern is really a great format and you could play urzatron which is a blast to play. If you do have legacy in your area and want to play that (which I highly recommend it's a great format) then there are a ton of people on the forum (myself included) who would be happy to help you build a deck if you tell us what style of deck you enjoy as well as a budget and the cards you have available, and how your local meta is if you know that. I believe that you would take that over to the "what should I play/buy/get into" thread although if you already know what cards you can use i'm not sure where you would toss that but here wouldn't be a bad place to start, hope this helps and welcome back to Magic!
If you want to ramp into Eldrazi, I recommend fewer Eldrazi and ramp using Cloudposts with mana elves or spells. Here is a similar deck that I was able to go 3-1 with at a couple FNM level Legacy tournaments. http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=341832
