Hey all,
I've been wanting to get into legacy for a little while now, and didn't want to net.deck. So here is what I've come up with after studying up on legacy. It's kind of a mix between The Mighty Quin, and Deadguy Ale. Any and all help is appreciated.
The Lockdown Isochron Scepter Orim's Chant/Silence Grand Abolisher
Most people will scoop if you can pull this off early. Between Not being able to play spells on my turn and thier turn, there isn't much that an opponent can do with the exception of siding in more counters
Pretty Standard, Tutor gets me what i need, vindicate removes anything that got played pre lockdown(vial, chalice, tops, etc.), moat stalls aggro(potential SB card)
Have you though of any type of utility lands such as Karakas which can bounce Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or any other legendary creature that gets in your way outside of Progenitus. There is Maze of Ith that can prevent your opponents creature's from attacking or be used to untap a attacking Knight of the Reliquary you control which bite's when your opponent does that to you. Finally there is also Tower of the Magistrate which can be used to unequip equipment that your opponents creature's have, kills Batterskull token's or allows your creature's to attack or block artifacts with no worry's.
Also if you have problems with green decks or creature's it is handy to have Perish in your sideboard.
Also Bojuka Bog can be used to stop or help prevent graveyard based shinanigans.
The effect could prove so discombobulating to combo players, in particularly, they may fizzle and run away screaming. "From that day the Curse of the Plateau was upon me, and I found every hand I ever pull from a combo deck is a mulligan."

From what I've seen and experienced, the Scepter lock died in popularity when two things became prevalent in the format : Aether Vial and Krosan Grip. Can it still work just fine? sure, but you need to be prepared for the fact that an early vial with out-race you and get around the lock, while a grip will break the lock and cost you two cards whenever they draw it.
Additionally, you don't seem to be playing any kind of removal. Swords to Plowshares and most black kill spells go wonderfully on scepter, and are important to have for anything that gets through.
Remember that just because they can't cast spells during your turn or most of theirs doesn't mean they don't have a window of opportunity. They can break at least half the lock pretty easily by using an instant speed kill spell during their upkeep before you can chant-lock them for the turn.
Additionally, against the combo decks remember that they can just hold a counter to deal with that turn's iteration of the chant, and go off after it's taken care of. Assuming they've got a FoW handy that still makes it pretty easy for the show and tell decks to go off as normal on turn 2-4.
If I were you I'd definitely replace some of the lands with accelerants in the form of Chrome Mox, when I used to play something similar to this a few years ago it helped enormously to get the lock on turn 2 instead of turn 3.
I know it's contrary to the confidant/abolisher plan, but Humility helped a lot as well, and neuters so many decks in the process, plus it shuts down Pridemage, which is one of their best chances to break the lock if they can vial it in. Works wonders on their emrakuls, and complements your bitterblossom very well. With Moat it makes a total creature lock, which is traditionally broken in the Stax decks with Elspeth, who's another good win condition for a deck like this. Just throwing some ideas out there, see what you think.

I assume Humility messes with Progenitus, cause it might be interesting to use against any green deck i play that has Natural Order backup.

Yes, I played a match last year of Wg Stax vs Polymorph/ProteusStaff, we got into the game state where I had what would have been a 12/12 KotR on the board with Humility and he had Progenitus and Emrakul, all as 1/1s that couldn't do anything for quite awhile..

oddly it was an epic loss, eventually he got the mana to cunning wish for boomerang, bouncing the humility, he declared his attack phase and I responded with knight, fetching karakas to bounce emrakul, but progenitus swung through, next turn he countered humility and I couldn't stop Prog from swinging for lethal the next turn.
