Definitely a threat on the table.

Fairly costed when compared to...:
Drana's Emissary
Zulaport Cutthroat
Soul's Attendant
Blood Seeker
Vampire Nighthawk
...when you consider it's Legendary, has a small body, not a threat in combat phase, and doesn't effect the board in meaningful ways alone.

These are the types of Commanders I like to see. Although I do not like Menace at all on this creature I do take pleasure in the Build-Around-Me level of Frena. Since you have all of the Yin Yang flavors going on (Black/White Cost, Corrupted/Cleric, lose/gain life) then I suggest you consider Deathtouch/Lifelink instead of the, in my opinion, awkward Menace/Lifelink.

EDIT: If Frena is supposed to be a Commander (or even if not) I would like to see an activated ability or something else. Something flavorful in the lines of the Yin Yang balances you already have.

I like the design and I do agree that deathtouch would make more sense here for the symmetry aspect.

I actually like Just lifelink on this card. It's an ability seen in both colors and still fits with the idea of a creature draining and gaining life.
