Huh? Why do phase counters have nothing to with phasing. Also this has zero impact on the fielduntil someone plays another creature. Also, shadow.

Take that lingering souls. A nice card, possibly overpowered. 4 1/1 reach for three feels damn good and is hardly a push to achieve.

A surprisingly powerful combat trick on the surface. I would be interested in seeing how it played.

A 2/2 black wurm just feels kooky. Not sure if the choice balances it enough to be common. The rest of this card is fine though.

Well this definitely isn't common. Too slow to want to play this or even deck it over a forest in my book.

A bit too pushed for common again, but at uncommon it would be fine. Heck I don't think this card would get too many complaints in a rare slot.

There isn't a whole lot of precedent for frogs with reach, especially frog tokens with reach. Wouldn't Spiderstorm or Insectstorm make more sense? Though if it were insects, they would probably have to have flying instead of reach for flavor.

I really like this. It's tough to make discard interesting, but this card just introduces a lot of decisions into combat math in limited that I like.

As already stated, super slow. I once had something like this, like this:

Also as already said, this is incredibly strong for common, and would be a first-pick uncommon even in a strong limited environment.

I agree with everyone else on this. Would it be too much to add this?
T: Add 1 to your mana pool.
That way it would have a use while you're waiting for the counters to go.

Love this card, however I dislike that it relies on your opponent 100%
What about making it give 1 frog token plus an additional one for each creature with flying that target opponent controls?
